Abstract

Family law is the law that contains a series of legal regulations arising from the association of family life. The cornerstone of formal enforcement of family law in Indonesia is the No. Act. 1 in 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) issued by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Instruction No. 1 of 1991 dated 10 Jini 1991. This article, will give an overview about the phenomenon of the development of family law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Humans were given the authority to manage, develop, and enable the property and the universe and its environment for survival. That is, human rights over natural resources and assets available to him is limited to the maintenance, management and utilization alone. And as a mandate of his property should be used in His way. Concrete form is by issuing charity, infak and Sadaqah which must be distributed fairly to those who deserve it. In the perspective of Hasbi, zakat is the most powerful weapons to combat and eradicate indigence and poverty are structural, as well as an element of community development just, prosperous, materially and spiritually prosperous. And eight ashnaf zakat (mustahiq), are: Poor, poor, amyl, muallafah, riqâb, ghârim, Sabilillah fi, and Ibn Sabil, a group of people who should be empowered, both in terms of life and social status with priority homeless and destitute

Abstract

Abstract: In the scope of Islamic Studies, woman’s matter has almost become controversy. One side considers woman as a second class. The other side considers as equal as man. Are three topics to be discussed in this article, namely the creating of woman, woman political role, and woman withes value? This article is intended to present philosophers different thought of woman. Through deep research, it is found that controversy occurred based on different understanding toward the religious text. One side comprehends the text in textual, the other side comprehends the text in contextual, without neglecting sociological and historical approaches of the emerging text.ملخص: وفىمجال البحث للتعـاليم الاسلأمـية، مازالـت المرأة موضوعة مشكـة عـن المـفـكـريـن. بعـضهـم يعـدونهاانـسـانا جانبيا، وبـعـضهم يك فحون المساواة بيـن الرجل والمرأة. وفىهذه المقالـة تـبحـث ثلاثمـسا ئل، وهى: اول تكويـن المرأة ودورالمرأة فىميدان السـياســة وقـيـم شـهادةالمرأة. وبعدالبحـث عـن هذهالمـسـألة بحـثـا عـميـقا، فـتـوجدالواقعة ان جذرالمـشـكـة هواخـتلأف الفهـم عـن النـصوالديـنـيـة. كان الفـريـق يـفهـمها فـهـمالفظيـا والـفـريـق الأ خريفهمها فهماسـياقـيا واطاريا بـتـقـرن الاجـتـماعـيـة والتاريخـيـة علىالنصواردة. Kata kunci: pemahaman tekstual-kontekstual, perempuan.

Abstract

Upaya menemukan jatidiri bangsa berdasarkan kearifan lokal merupakan hal yang penting. Rumah yang didirikan dengan sistem arisan di Desa Sako, Banyuasin merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal. Arisan adalah sistem ekonomi yang diambil dari adat istiadat tradisional Indonesia yang menekankan prinsip kerja sama dan kekerabatan. Sampai saat ini arisan masih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat indonesia. Bagaimana pun, tidak diketahui siapa yang pertama kali memicu sistem ini, dan kapan sistem ini mulai digunakan. Serta berbagai arisan yang ada di desa Sako Banyuasin. Arisan di desa-desa ini sudah lama berevolusi dari arisan bulanan dan tahunan berupa arisan tabungan, arisan bercocok tanam, arisan perayaan atau hajatan dan arisan bahan bangunan. Secara spontan tumbuh sikap kebersamaan, karena rasa senasib sepenanggungan dalam rangka untuk mengolah pertanian. Sikap kebersamaan yang tumbuh itu adalah sikap gotong-royong dalam bentuk arisan yang berasal dari daerah asal. Mereka telah terbiasa hidup dalam suasana gotong-royong dan sikap tenggang rasa di daerah asal, sehingga perlu ditanamkan kembali di daerah baru (transmigrasi) walaupun mereka tidak saling mengenal.
