Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui ketersediaan input usahatani bawang merah per petani/ha, untuk mengetahui besarnya harga rata-rata input, harga output, biaya produksi, penerimaan dan pendapatan petani bawang merah per hektar dan per petani, untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usahatani bawang merah di daerah penelitian, untuk mengetahui apa program dan rencana aksi pengembangan usahatani bawang merah yang dapat direkomendasikan di daerah penelitian. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh: 1. Ketersediaan input bawang merah yang terdiri atas tenaga kerja, bibit, pupuk, serta pestisida bersifat tersedia. 2. Besar harga rata-rata input per petani per hektar yaitu: (a) bibit sebesar Rp 33.000/kg, (b) pupuk sebesar Rp 2.340/kg, (c) pestisida sebesar 29.192/liter, (d) tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 55.000/HKP. Rata-rata biaya produksi petani bawang merah sebesar                            Rp 4.917.142 per petani dan Rp 48,679,686 per hektar. Rata-rata penerimaan petani bawang merah sebesar Rp 8.033.745 per petani danRp 79.524.216 per hektar. Dan rata-rata pendapatan yang di terima petani bawang merah sebesar Rp 3.116.603 per petani dan Rp 30.844.530 per hektar. 3. Secara finansial usahatani bawang merah di Kecamatan Simanindo Kabupaten Samosir dapat dikatakan layak, dilihat dari nilai R/C Ratio per petani dan per hektar sebesar 1,60 (>1) artinya bahwa usahatani bawang merah layak untuk dikembangkan. Nilai BEP harga memiliki nilai sebesar Rp 12.875/kg  per petani dan Rp 12.871/kg per hektar dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 20.378/kg yang artinya harga jual > BEP harga sehingga usahatani bawang merah layak untuk diusahakan. Sedangkan Nilai BEP produksi  yaitu sebesar 234 kilogram per petani dan 2.315 kilogram per hektar yang artinya produksi > BEP produksi sehingga usahatani bawang merah layak untuk diusahakan. 4. Program yang akan direkomendasikan kepada petani yaitu: (a) program peningkatan produksi bawang merah yaitu dengan menggunakan bibit bawang merah yang unggul  dan berkualitas baik, (b) program pengembangan sarana dan prasarana agribisnis bawang merah yaitu dengan penyediaan sarana produksi di setiap kelompok tani berupa bibit, pupuk, pestisida dan alat-alat pertanian, (c) program perluasan sentra produksi usahatani bawang merah yaitu dengan pemanfaatan lahan tidur untuk bercocok tanam bawang merah, (d) program perbaikan tingkat adopsi teknologi petani yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada petani dengan mengikut sertakan penyuluh pertanian setempat mengenai cara mengoptimalkan produksi bawang merah petani.   Kata Kunci : bawang merah, analisis finansial, analisis SWOT

Abstract

Basil contains flavonoid, saponin, tannin, and essential oils namely sineol and eugenol. Basil has been known as appetite stimulant, laxative, fragrance, and breast milk stimulator. This study aimed to determine the effect of basil addition to linear expansion, crispiness, color, and organoleptic of basil cracker. Complete Randomized Design was used in this research with 4 treatments and 5 replications i.e. T1 (10% basil, 90% tapioca), T2 (15% basil, 85% tapioca), T3 (20% basil, 80% tapioca), T4 (25% basil, 75% tapioca). Linear expansion was measured using ruler, hardness/crispiness using texture analyzer, color using digital colormeter, and organoleptic testing was done by 25 panelists. The research showed that basil cracker had linear expansion of 166-235%; hardness of 1264.8-1837.6 gF; L* value of 22,47-40,40 and a* value of -20.73 to -12.67. Variation of basil proportion gave significant effects to linear expansion, crispiness, and color of basil cracker. The best treatment was T2 (15% basil, 85% tapioca) because it had high linear expansion and bright color, was crispy, and preferred by panelists.

Abstract

In product differentiation, the product has meaning or value that the company creates a new product is perceived by customers as a whole is unique and different products. In this case, the product in question is the quality of the product that will support the product position in the market. Quality can be defined as a comparison with alternative competitor from the market's view. Consumer interest is growing because of a consumer desire and have interest in the product is needed. Based on the motives of consumers in accordance with the wishes and meet their needs, the company must create a product that is different and has advantages over competitors in the business services including insurance. a ministry of service, based on these two companies should be appropriately design a marketing strategy to attract the interest of the consumers themselves in order to gravitate toward product and services offered so that if consumers have an interest in those products then there will be a decision to buy the product.This research was conducted at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru is located on the road Tuanku Tambusai Paninsula complex BI B / 8, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of product differentiation against consumer interest in PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that policyholders / consumers PT.Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the GA Office and Personal Assistant. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, product differentiation in this study included five components of either the form, features, quality of performance, quality, relevance, and reliability, process. Abstract

Buah Merah (Pandanus conoideus Lamk.) has been extensively used to treat various diseases includingcancer. There are many varieties of buah merah and there was no scientifi c study comparing cytotoxicity ofdifferent varieties. The objective of this study was to investigate the cytotoxicity of three varieties of buah merahknown as Barugum, Maler and Yanggiru on breast cancer cell line (T47D). All samples were collected fromPapua, Indonesia. Each sample was extracted consecutively using three solvents chloroform, methanol andwater resulted to nine crude extracts. The cytotoxic activities were determined using MTT assay. The crudeextract showed the lowest IC50 was selected for further bioassay-guided fractionation. Fractionation was doneusing vacuum liquid chromatography coupled with preparative TLC to fi nd the active compounds. Severaldetection reagents were applied to TLC for identifi cation of the class of the potent compounds. The resultshowed that the potent extracts was obtained from Barugum methanol extract followed by Maler chloroformextract with IC50 value of 132.83 μg/ml and 139.72 μg/ml, respectively. All Yanggiru extracts did not showactivity. The bioassay-guided fractionation of Barugum and Maler extracts showed that the most potent fractioneluted by a mixture of hexane:ethyl acetate (75:25), was in Maler variety with IC50 value of 25,7 μg/ml, fourtimes higher than the most potent fraction of Barugum with IC50 value of 104,61 μg/ml. TLC analysis of themost potent fraction showed that the active compounds was class of terpene. Result of this study supportedthe utilization of buah merah Maler variety for breast cancer treatment.

Tujuan dari berdirinya CV.Cemerlang ini adalah untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat tentang cetak media promosi mmt.Permasalahan yang terjadi yang terjadi pada CV.Cemerlang yaitu sistem pemesanan secara manual, jadi dengan customer harus datang langsung ke studio untuk bisa memesan barang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi pemesanan online tanpa harus datang langsung ke studio customer bisa memesan dengan design yang mereka inginkan, dan juga di sediakan fasilitas Live Chat supaya customer bisa langsung berinteraksi dengan karyawan studio percetakan.Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitianiniyaitu Waterfall, perancangansystemmenggunakan DFD danimplementasisystemmenggunakan PHP danMySQL.Kesimpulandalampenelitianinidapatmemberikaninformasibarangdanpemesananmelalui online padaCV.Cemerlangkemudiandapatmemberikankemudahandalammemesanbarangdankeefektifanwaktupada customer CV.Cemerlang. Kata kunci :CV.Cemerlang, Live Chat, Pemesanan, PHP, MySQL ABSTRACT CV. Abstract

Abstract : the purpose of this study to determine the effect of exercise games focus on the ability to pass and stop the soccer game ball SMA Negeri 1 Peranap. This type of research taking approach one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were students SMA N 1 Peranap consisting of 18 people. The sampling technique in this research is a full sampling, namely the determination of the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. Data analysis using statistical t-test. Results of analysis showed that there are significant game exercises focused on the ability to pass the ball and stop the high school football games N 1 Peranap, from an average of 17.61 into 21.33 in the final test with a mean difference of 3.72 (taccount 16.484 and ttabe1 1.740).Keywords : Directed game, pass, Stopping Ball, Football

Abstract

Pada umumnya, sepeda tersusun atas komponen-komponen seperti frame,roda, sistem transmisi, rem, sadel, dan stang. Frame merupakan bagian yang paling penting, karena semua komponen dipasang pada frame. Frame harus mampu menopang berat pengendara, mentranslasikan usaha pedal menjadi gerakan maju, mengarahkan roda sesuai arah yang dituju dan mengabsorbsi getaran jalan. Frame adalah “jiwa” dari sebuah sepeda dan haruslah menjadi fokus utama dalam pertimbangan untuk memilih sebuah sepeda.Dari sudut pandang keamanan, bahan yang digunakan untuk frame sepeda harus memiliki sifat mekanik yang sangat stabil dan dapat diandalkan,Pemilihan bahan yang tepat dan desain yang penting dapat mempengaruhi kualitas produk dalam pembuatan komponen.Oleh karena itu, pengakuan akan pentingnya pemilihan bahan dalam desain telah meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penerapan metode concurrent engineering dalam desain dan manufaktur telah memperkuat fakta bahwa bahan dan manufaktur terkait erat dalam menentukan kinerja produk akhir.Semakin meningkatnya kemajuan teknologi modern ini mengakibatkan kebutuhan akan penelitian dan pengembangan dalam segala bidang semakin meningkat pesat, terutama dalam bidang material. Hal yang mendasarkan kemajuan teknologi ini adalah semakin dibutuhkannya material baru dan pemilihan material yang tepat guna menunjang bidang pembuatan frame sepeda. Pengembangan material terfokus untuk memilah material(material selection) untuk meningkatkan kualitas standar yang dibutuhkan untuk obyek yang kita rancang. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini lebih kearah pemilihan material yang tepat dengan material yang kuat menahan beban,ringan dan dengan harga yang relatif murah /terjangkau.

Abstract

Heating until boiling temperature has been a food safety standard for many Indonesian. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of several heat treatment profiles towards the thermal death time value, pH, and microbiological aspect of bottled milk tea during cold storage. The bottled milk tea products was prepared from tea extract which was added with creamer and sugar to reach a soluble solid content of 16 Brix, and fat content of 2.9 % (m/v). The mixture was then heated until boiling and held for several different holding times (i.e. unboiled; boiled; boiled + 5? holding; and boiled + 10? holding). Thermal death time value was calculated using two microbiological references, namely Clostridium botulinum and Coxiella burnetii. The result showed that the heating treatment applied gave a much higher effect than pasteurization standard, whereas it did not reach the sterilization level. Highest log reduction reached 1.87 and shockingly high 9.36 x 109 log reduction, when calculated using C. botulinum and C. burnetti as reference, respectively. Higher heating intensity caused pH increase which may be associated with the ammonia production. Microbiological growth during storage were observed in unboiled and boiled treatment which reached 6.6 x 103 cfu/ml and 36 cfu/ml, respectively, while the other treatments did not show any growth. Boiled treatment was deemed as the most optimum which gave a 5 weeks product shelf life. Key words: thermal death time; boiling temperature; milk tea; pH; C. botulinum; C. burnetii.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang formulasi dan uji aktivitas krim pengkelat merkuri berbahan dasar ekstrak etanol alga coklat (Sargassum sp.) telah dilakukan. Krim diformulasikan dengan beberapa bahan seperti vaselin, gliserol, asam askorbat, karbomer, setil alkohol, dan NaOH. Parameter yang dievaluasi diantaranya organoleptik krim, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, tipe krim, iritasi kulit, dan daya tercuci krim. Aktivitas pengkelatan diamati dengan menganalisis kandungan merkuri pada kulit tikus yang sebelumnya diberikan krim bermerkuri dibandingkan dengan kulit tikus yang telah dioleskan krim pengkelat merkuri berbahan dasar ekstrak etanol alga coklat. Spektrum Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol alga coklat diindikasikan mengandung glutation. Berdasarkan parameter evaluasi krim, formulasi terbaik adalah krim dengan komposisi ekstrak alga coklat sebanyak 0,035% w/v terhadap volume krim, yang ditandai dengan krim yang berbentuk gel kental dan tidak berbau serta memiliki tekstur seperti krim wajah pada umumnya, yaitu lembut dan sedikit berminyak. Krim bersifat homogen dan stabil hingga hari ke 21 percobaan dengan pH=5. Krim juga tidak menimbulkan iritasi dan dapat tercuci habis tanpa bekas. Hasil analisis AAS membuktikan bahwa penggunaan krim pengkelat merkuri berbahan dasar esktrak etanol alga coklat selama kurang dari 2 minggu dengan dosis pemberian 1 kali sehari mampu menyerap merkuri pada tikus dengan aktivitas penyerapan sebesar 50%.Formulation and Activity Test of Mercury Chelator Cream of Ethanol Extract of Brown Algae (Sargassum Sp.). Research on the study of formulation an activity test of mercury chelator cream from ethanol extract has successfully done. The cream was formulated with ingredients such as vaseline, glycerol, ascorbic acid, carbomer, cetyl alcohol, and sodium hydroxide. Parameters were evaluated against organoleptic, homogenity, pH, dispersion type of cream, skin irritation test and washing test. The mercury chelating activity was observed by analyzing mercury concentration in mercury induced mouse skin. The FTIR spectrum shows that ethanol extract of brown algae was dominated by glutathione functional group. The best cream formulation was composed by 0,035% (w/v) brown algae, formed as a creamy gel that was thick and odorless and had a texture like soft facial cream in general with slightly oily.The cream was homogeneous and stable until the 21st day of the experiment with pH = 5. The cream produced no skin irritation and could be washed out without a trace. The results of AAS analysis proved that the use of brown algae ethanol extract-based mercury chelating cream for less than 2 weeks with a dose of 1 time a day could absorb mercury in mouse skin with absorption activity of 50%.
