Abstract

To improve students' academic ability is necessary to the development of innovation in learning. Development of the learning device will be able to improve the quality of content, process, and learning outcomes of students. In order to achieve these objectives, the steps that need to be done is to analyze the competencies or learning objectives, identifying the characteristics of learners and establish a learning environment. To develop the necessary creativity learning educators to create interesting learning activities. Development of a learning device demands of the curriculum in higher education system. According Kepmendiknas 232 / U / 2000 higher education curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding content and study materials and lessons as well as the delivery and assessment are used as guidelines for the organization of teaching and learning in higher education. This research aims to develop outdoor learning model learning device that is expected to improve the learning outcomes of students. Development of the learning device refers to a model of Dick and Carey. Developed learning tools such as syllabi, lecture events unit, student activity sheet and instruments of learning outcomes in the course of plant morphology. Data were collected using instruments feasibility of device which is validated by validator. The results showed that the learning device such as syllabi, lecture events unit, student activity sheet gets categorized, achievement test gets categorized as very feasible to be implemented on plant morphology courses for students of the second semester.Keywords: Devices, outdoor learning, learning outcomes

Abstract

 The strategy of human resource development is an activity that should be conducted to optimize the performance of government apparatus of Mataram to make the city as children-feasible city. This research is aimed at (1) analyzing the issue of strategy of human resource development to make Mataram as children-feasible city, (2) formulizing the strategy of human resource development to make Mataram as children-feasible city. This research is descriptive qualitative research within the quantitative approach. The qualitative and quantitative data were collected through in-depth interview,  observation, and documentation. The informants of this study are the stakeholders and the KLA holding institution of 10 SKPD in Mataram. the data then were analyzed using Force Field Analysis. The validity of data were examined with triangulation technique. The research identified that human resources of Mataram city are not available yet for children right convention. The strategy of human resource development is recommended to use  functional human resource development strategy through organizational development and training for apparatus.  The researcher then using need analysis identified the gap between competence and apparatus performance standard for KLA staff.Keywords:   human resource development strategy, functional development strategy, children-feasible city

Abstract

Teacher is highly considered influence on the education process. In the future the teacher must be able to compile learning tools and carry out learning strategies that can improve the skills of 21st century of the students. This research is a development research (research & development) which consists of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing and distributing. The aim is to find out the validity, practicality and effectiveness of biology LKS based on 21st century learning that integrated with local wisdom of mbojo in high school students. The research subjects were students of class XI  of SMAN 2 Kota Bima, 2018/2019. The Instruments used to collect data were validation sheets, observation sheets, and cognitive tests. The results of this study indicate that 21st century biology LKS integrated with local wisdom of mbojo meet valid criteria with a value of 3.31, practical with a value of 3.45 and effective with the percentage of student learning achievement of 83.33%.

Abstract

UU Bantuan Hukum telah memberikan akses bagi LBH/LKBH Kampus Fakultas Hukum dalam melakukan peranan dalam memberikan bantuan hukum bagi masyarkat marginal, begitu juga halnya Surat MA No.MA/SEK/034/II/2003 tentang Ijin Praktek Bantuan Hukum Bagi Lembaga Hukum Fakultas/Sekolah Tinggi Hukum yang ditujukan kepada Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi di seluruh Indonesia semakin memudahkan LBH/LKBH kampus untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap masyarakat. Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam wujud Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi sebagai aktualisasi dari Pasal 20 ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, perlu didorong untuk mengarahkan kegiatan-kegiatan LBH/LKBH turut andil dalam poses pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengurus LBH/LKBH dibeberapa kampus cukup banyak melibatkan mahasiswa akhir sebagai para legal dalam mendampingi para pencari keadilan. Melalui Pelatihan Advokasi dan Teknik Wawancara pada pengurus LBH/LKBH Fakultas Hukum Universitas di Medan diupayakan bagaimana mendorong keterlibatan mahasiswa-mahasiswa akhir yang tergabung dalam pengurus LBH/LKBH mampu melakukan peran dan fungsinya dalam melakukan pendampingan hukum dan pemberi bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat
