Abstract

ABSTRAKWaduk Jatibarang terletak di Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang. Waduk tersebut digunakan sebagai pengendali banjir, tempat pariwisata, kegiatan menangkap ikan, dan rencana akan dibuat sebagai sumber air bersih melalui PDAM. Pemanfaatan waduk untuk berbagai keperluan kemungkinan dapat menurunkan kualitas air dari waduk tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji kesuburan perairan Waduk Jatibarang berdasarkan distribusi dan kelimpahan bakteri heterotrofik. Bakteri heterotrofik berperan penting dalam sistem perairan sebagai perombak dan meremineralisasi bahan-bahan organik menjadi komponen anorganik sederhana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi kelimpahan bakteri heterotrofik, kandungan bahan organik total, hubungan kelimpahan bakteri heterotrofik dengan bahan organik total, dan status kesuburan waduk Jatibarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif bersifat studi kasus.  Sampling dilakukan pada tanggal 27 April dan 11 Mei 2016 di lima (5) stasiun dengan kedalaman 1 meter. Penghitungan kelimpahan bakteri menggunakan metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Pengujian kandungan bahan organik total menggunakan metode Titrimetri Permanganat SNI 06-6989.22-2004. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan distribusi spasial-temporal bakteri heterotrofik fluktuatif dan relatif tinggi, dengan kelimpahan berkisar (45 – 131) x 105 cfu/ml. Kandungan bahan organik total berkisar 11,771 - 21,883 mg/l. Hubungan antara bakteri heterotrofik dengan bahan organik total yaitu hubungan yang terbalik menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara keduanya. Status kesuburan perairan Waduk Jatibarang berdasarkannilai kelimpahan bakteri heterotrofik (45 – 131) x 105cfu/ml > (22 – 120) x 105 cfu/ml dan kandungan bahan organik total 11,771 – 21,883 mg/l perairan bersifat eutrofik. Kata kunci: Waduk Jatibarang; bakteri heterotrofik; bahan organik total; eutrofik ABSTRACTJatibarang Reservoirs located in District Gunungpati, Semarang. The reservoir are used as flood control, the tourism, fishing activities, and the plan will be created as a source of clean water through the taps. Utilization of reservoirs for various purposes may reduce the quality of the water reservoir. This study examines the productivity waters Jatibarang Reservoir based on the distribution and abundance of heterotrophic bacteria. Heterotrophic bacteria play an important role in aquatic systems as to change and remineralize organic materials into simple inorganic components. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of the abundance of heterotrophic bacteria, total organic matter content, abundance of heterotrophic bacteria relationships with total organic matter and productivity status Jatibarang Reservoirs. The method used in this research is descriptive case study. The sampling was conducted on April 27 and May 11, 2016 in five (5) stations with a depth of 1 meter. Calculation of the abundance of bacteria using Total Plate Count (TPC). Tests using a total organic matter content titrimetric method SNI 06-6989.22-2004 permanganate. The results showed the spatial-temporal distribution of heterotrophic bacteria volatile and relatively high, with an abundance range (45-131) x 105cfu/ml. Total organic matter content ranges (11.771 - 21.883) mg/l. The relationship between of heterotrophic bacteria with total organic material that is an inverse relationship showed no relationship between both. The productivity status of the dam water Jatibarang based on the abundance of heterotrophic bacteria (45-131) x 105cfu/ml > (22-120) x 105cfu/ml and organic matter content of the total 11.771 - 21.883 mg/l  waters are eutrophic.Keywords: Jatibarang Reservoir; heterotrophic bacteria; total organic matter; eutrophic

Abstract

The development of era demands muslimahs to take roles without leaving their identities. When they became career women, they were asked to work outside their houses. How if the women want to keep their faith and obey the Islamic rules by keeping their aurat with jilbab (veil)? Will jilbab disturb their activities when working? How if their working environments do not accept them? The paper discusses the relationship between the activities of women with hijab and their adaptation by analyzing Fatins Hijab Diary. With Scheiders analysis, it can be concluded that Fatin Shidqia Lubis, as an entertainer and public figure has conducted the adaptation process toward her working environment in order to be exist in it without leaving her identity as a muslimah who holds the hijabs principals. The process that has been successfully passed by Fatin shows that jilbab is not an obstruction for women who want to work and be famous.

Abstract

Bagaimana memberikan pandangan yang kaya mengenai banyak jalan yang telah dilalui oleh berbagai negara ketika bergulat dengan isu-isu mengenai toleransi, terlebih lagi mengenai rasa saling menghormati antara penganut agama dan kepercayaan yang berbeda-beda. Buku ini juga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membangun masyarakat yang sensitive, mau menerima perbedaan dan saling menghargai entitas keberagamaan lain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan proses peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa pada materi substansi genetika di kelas XII IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 ?siak hulu Kabupaten Kampar dengan pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) berbantuan peta konsep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) pada materi substansi genetika. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 ?siak hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, yang setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif untuk melihat peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan peta konsep dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa pada materi genetika di kelas XII IPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the efforts of the head of Madrasah in developing organizational culture and teacher’s performance in learning process. This is a qualitative research, with observation, interview and documentation as the data collection tehniques. The research is conducted at MIN 5 Majalengka regency, as many as 5 (five) respondent are interviewed during the research. The research finds that (1) the organizational culture at MIN 5 Majalengka regency appears in some school activities, brotherhood atmosphere, and good examples performed by the head of madrasah; (2) The efforts of the head of madrasah to develop  school’s organizational culture done in two ways through the head of madrasah’s role and responsibility as the leader of the school and through students’ self development activities; (3) The techniques employed by the head of madrasah to develop teacher’s performance are through class visit, personal meeting, teacher meeting, work-group discussion, teacher training and guidance.

Abstract

Individual performance in the organization is influenced by many factors, such as work satisfaction and culture within the organization. Besides that, work satisfactionhave a positif correlation with individual performance. The more satisfy a worker withhis/her work, the bettter his/her individual performance that make them to be moreproductive. Organizational culture influence which strategy that will be implementedby an organization to respond to the changes within or outside the organization. Themore capability of an organization to respond to changes, the better the organizationitself.

Abstract

The disparity of women leadership in higher education has been the concern of scholars for decades. However, the problem still exists until today. In the context of Islamic higher education in Indonesia, similar problem also continues to occur, yet the aspiration of young women lecturers has not been examined. This research aims to investigate the aspiration, hope, and challenges of young women lecturers at Islamic University in Banda Aceh, Indonesia on leadership positions. Employing in-depth interviews with 12 women lecturers in junior and mid leadership career this study found that: first,  women lecturers are less represented both in academic and managerial leaderships; second, all participants aspire more for academic leadership than the managerial one. However they would accept leadership position if they are given trust (amanah) or are appointed for that position; third,  the university uses a direct appointment model in the managerial positions, thus limiting highly motivated women or even men to apply for leadership career; and fourth, women academics have to deal with triple challenges in leadership careers: related to balancing between career and family as well as organizational culture and policies.
