Abstract

Consumption transition of society move out on food pattern which inclined fat contains and high calorie as like fast food. More factor was influence consumer on fast food consumption behavior, that is psychological factor and quality dimensions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors (learning, information processing, change of attitude and anxiety) and quality dimensions (price, flavor, packaging, service and brand) on fast food comsumption behaviour on 150 respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that pshycological factors do not affect on consumtion behavior. However, quality dimensions attribute is the primary factor on fast food consumtion behavior than followed by price, flavor, packaging, service and brand. The highest influence in service was consumer loyality. Thus, producer have to create some queue line so that making short time, and arrange room weather which more privacy without have to less room arrangement was avaible.

Abstract

Tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan makanan pokok di Indonesia yang kebutuhannya selalu meningkat. Peningkatan produksi padi dapat dilakukan dengan usaha ekstensifikasi pada lahan marginal salah satunya lahan pasang surut perlu dilakukan dikarenakan lahan produktif semakin berkurang. Permasalahan utamanya pada lahan pasang surut adalah pertumbuhan tanaman mengalami gangguan akibat cekaman salinitas. Penggunaan varietas toleran terhadap cekaman salinitas. Varietas padi toleran mampu tumbuh dengan baik dibanding varietas padi peka cekaman salinitas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat respon varietas padi lokal yang toleran terhadap cekaman salinitas pada fase pembibitan. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan September sampai November 2017 bertempat di rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen lapangan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktor tunggal yaitu 10 varietas padi (8 varietas padi lokal dan 2 varietas padi unggul). Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah A=Tamsere, B=Ketumbar, C=Kristan, D=Asmo, E=Ringkak Semut, F=Banjar, G=Brantas, H=Dewi Ratih, I=Cisadane Dan J=Ciherang. Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari skoring toleransi bibit secara visual terhadap kerusakan daun serta pengamatan karakteristik agronomi bibit yaitu tinggi bibit (cm), panjang akar (cm), jumlah anakan (batang), berat kering tajuk (g) dan berat kering akar (g).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Tamsere, Ketumbar, Kristan, Asmo, Ringkak Semut, Banjar, Brantas dan Cisadane termasuk kategori toleran dan varietas Dewi Ratih dan Ciherang termasuk kategori moderat toleran berdasarkan skoring menggunakan standar evaluasi dari IRRI (2003).

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung with the aim to know a positive and signiticant influence of Prezi presentations media. The methodology used in this research was experiments with Post-test only control group design. Data was collected with the test in the form of multiple choice questions. Then, the collected data was processed manually by using the formula Eta Corelation. The results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and signiticant influence of Prezi presentations media to the results on Studend learning outcome of class XI in History lesson.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media presentasi Prezi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Post-test only control group. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya diolah secara manual menggunakan rumus Korelasi Eta. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media presentasi Prezi terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI IPA pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah.Kata kunci : hasil, prezi, sejarah

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the differences ofestrous response, service per conception (S/C), nonreturn rate (NRR),and conceptionrate (CR) between Bali cattle heifersandcowssynchronized using intra-vaginalprogesterone hormone. Two groups of Bali cattle, 15 heifers and 15 cows, were used to examine the responsedifferences of estrous synchronization using progesterone hormone on reproductive performance, betweendifferent parity. Each group was given progesterone dose of 1 mg/kg body weight. The data observed wereestrousbehavior (estrousintensity, onset of estrous, estrous percentage), and value of S/C, NRR, and CR wereanalyzed by statistical analysis (t-test). The result shows the estrous intensity was significantly different (P<0.05)between the heifers and cows. The average estrousintensity score of the heifer was 2.87±0.35, while the cows was2.27±0.45. There was significantly different (P <0.05) in onset of estrous in the cows 41.5±5.18 hours, while inthe heifers was 50.67±3.5 hours. The estrouspercentage of the heifers and cows was the same, both of them was100%. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in S/Cvalue showed by the heifers (1,31±0,45)and the cows(1,50±0,50). The average value of NRR, for heifers and cowswas 86.67% and 80.00%, respectively. The averagevalue of CRfor heifers and cowswas 86.67% and 80.00%, respectively.

Abstract

Health care for the poor patients is a complex and so important problem, so that all humans are entitled to proper health services. The Puskesmas is the leading party in health services, therefore the existence of the Puskesmas is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service at Pagurawan Health Center to BPJS patients. This research was qualitative descriptive in nature at Pagurawan Health Center, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive data analysis. In this case the Pagurawan Health Center has shown good service by providing services that meet the expectations and satisfaction of BPJS patients, for example: the clarity of health financing is in very good category, the environmental security of the hospital is in good category, fairness in obtaining services is in sufficient categories, clarity about tasks and the functions of health workers is in good categories, and the availability and clarity of information is in very good categories.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  suplementasi ampas kecap terhadap intensitas libido dan produksi sperma kambing peranakan etawa. Penelitian dirancang dalam pre-test dan post-test design, dimana pengambilan data dilakukan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Tiga ekor kambing diberi perlakuan masing-masing 10 hari pada  pre-test dengan pakan rumput lapangan tanpa suplementasi, post-test-1 dengan pakan rumput lapangan disuplementasi 5% dan post-test-2 dengan rumput lapangan disuplementasi 10% ampas kecap. Intensitas libido dan produsi sperma secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis diobservasi setiap tiga hari sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai intensitas libido meningkat sangat signifikan dari 3.11 ± 0.78 tanpa suplementasi menjadi 4.67 ± 0.50 setelah suplementasi 10% ampas kecap. Rataan volume sperma meningkat dari 0.71 ± 0.13ml menjadi 0.87 ± 0.17 ml, nilai pH rata-rata mendekati 7.0, konsistensi sperma menjadi kental dan motilitas massa spermatozoa dari ++ menjadi +++. Motilitas progresif dan viabilitas spermatozoa meningkat signifikan dari 72.78 ± 2.64% menjadi 82.22 ± 2.64% dan dari 79.98 ± 1.25% menjadi 81.68 ± 1.36%. Persentase abnormalitas spermatozoa terendah terdapat pada suplementasi 10% dan konsentrasi tertinggi pada suplementasi 5% ampas kecap. Kesimpulan, suplementasi 10% ampas kecap di dalam pakan rumput lapangan mampu meningkatkan intensitas libido dan produksi sperma kambing peranakan etawa.Kata kunci : Suplementasi, viabilitas, spermatozoa This study was conducted to observed the supplementation of soy sauce dregs in wild-grass ration on libido intensity and semen production of peranakan etawa (PE) buck. The experiment was done in pre-test and post-test design. Three bucks were treated each 10 days at pre-test by given of wild-grass without supplementation, post-test-1 with wild-grass supplemented by 5% and post-test-2 with wild-grass supplemented by 10% of soy sauce dregs. The libido intensity and semen production were observed every three days for three times. The data was analyzed statistically. The results showed, the libido intensity score was increased very significantly from 3.11 ± 0.78 to 4.67 ± 0.50 after supplementation of 10% soy sauce dregs. The average of semen volume, consistency and  mass motility of spermatozoa were increased from 0.71 ± 0.13ml to 0.87 ± 0.17ml, rather thick to thick and ++ to +++.  Progressive motility and viability of spermatozoa were increased significantly after supplementation of 10% soy sauce dregs. The lowest percentage of spermatozoa abnormality was found on supplementation of 10% and the highest concentration found on supplementation of 5% soy sauce dregs. In conclusion, supplementation of 10% soy sauce waste in wild-grass ration is capable to improve the libido intensity and semen production of peranakan etawa buckKeywords: Supplementation, viabilitaty, spermatozoa

Abstract

Scallop (Pectenidae: Chlamydinae sp.) is fauna habitat in seashore ecosystem and had commercial value commudity. The aims this study were to identify the main composition of stable isotopes, food sources, and trophic level from scallop and potential food sources to comparing isotopic signatures of different primary producers and fauna, and to estimate qualitatively the importance of material in ecosystem seashore. The researched conducted in Pari islands, Seribu Islands, DKI Jakarta, we analyzed the stable isotopes ?13C and ?15N. The composition signature of stable isotopes (?13C and ?15N) scallop, seagrasses, macroalgae, and sponge showed significant differents (ANOVA; p < 0.05). Fractionation signature ?13C scallop with potential food sources is had not range. In addition, signature ?13C from scallop is not assimilated seagrass, macrolagae, and sponge. The signature ?15N from species, scallop had value riched than seagrass, macroalgae, and spong. The function scallop in trophic level had consumer and seagrass, macrolagae, and sponge is primary producer. Stable isotopes composition scallop is first study conducted in habitat Seribu islands.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Dalam rangka implementasi Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) di BBTKLPP Yogyakarta, dilakukan penyusunan laporan, monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap capaian rencana aksi kegiatan (RAK) dan rencana kerja anggaran (RKA). Akan tetapi penilaian kinerja yang telah dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi hanya tingkat eselon 2, sedangkan tingkat eselon 3 dan eselon 4 masih manual. Pengelola laporan kinerja dan pimpinan belum dapat monitoring dan evaluasi capaian kinerja pada tiap tingkat eselon 3 dan 4 sehingga diperlukan sistem informasi penilaian kinerja kegiatan berbasis elektronik yang terintegrasi.Tujuan:Mengembangkan sistem informasi penilaian kinerja kegiatan di BBTKLPP Yogyakarta.Konten: Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP 7.2.15, database MySQL 5.0.12, framework Laravel 5.8, web server Nginx 1.14.0, code editor Notepad ++ 7.6.6 dan web browser Chrome 73.0.36. Fitur aplikasi terdiri atas data master (data eselon, indikator kegiatan, sub indikator, sasaran, program, kegiatan, output, sub output, komponen, sub komponen, akun), data transaksi (target RAK Total, target RAK per eselon, target RKA, capaian RAK per eselon, capaian RKA) dan laporan (capaian RAK secara keseluruhan per periode (bulanan dan tahunan), laporan capaian RAK per eselon per periode,  laporan capaian RKA per periode).Hasil: Sebelum menggunakan aplikasi, penilaian kinerja masih manual dikirim setiap bulan ke Subbag Program dan Laporan sebagai pengelola laporan kinerja. Data capaian kinerja dikompilasi berjenjang dari masing-masing eselon sehingga didapatkan capaian kinerja total. Kesalahan perhitungan karena masih menggunakan manual sering terjadi dan proses verikasi data masih membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Setelah menggunakan aplikasi, penilaian kinerja menjadi lebih cepat dan tepat, sangat membantu pengelola laporan kinerja dan pimpinan dalam monitoring dan evualasi capaian kinerja kegiatan secara berkala.Kesimpulan: Prototipe membantu penilaian kinerja kegiatan, laporan dari aplikasi dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam menentukan arah kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan atas hasil evaluasi capaian kinerja setiap level eselon yang berada di bawahnya.
