Abstract

The aims of this research are : 1) To find out which is more effective, Group Investigation or Talking Stick learning on the mathematics achievement of the students of MTSN Karangmojo I Magetan. 2) To find out is there any differences of the mathematics achievement on Group Investigation and Talking Stick learning from the student’s psychomotoric aspect. This research was conducted from March 2011 to June 2011, using experiment method. The population is all of students of grade VIII MTsN Karangmojo I Magetan. The sample is assigned to two out of all classes, those are : VIII A as control class and VIII B as experiment class. The data were collected using test and observation. It was analyzed using two ways anova. The result of this research are : 1) Group Investigation learning is more effective than Talking Stick learning. 2) There are the difference of the mathematics achievement on Group Investigation and Talking Stick learning from the student’s psychomotoric aspect.Key Words : Group Investigation and Talking Stick learning, the mathematics achievement and student’s psychomotoric aspect.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : ( 1 ) yang model GI , TPS atau hasil pembelajaran konvensional pada prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam belajar matematika , (2 ) yang siswa kelas sikap terhadap matematika positif , netral , atau negatif hasil jenis dalam prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam matematika , (3 ) pada masing-masing siswa kelas sikap terhadap matematika , yang model GI pembelajaran , TPS atau hasil pembelajaran konvensional pada prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam matematika , dan ( 4 ) di masing-masing model pembelajaran , yang siswa kelas sikap terhadap matematika positif , netral , atau negatif hasil jenis dalam prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam matematika . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain faktorial 3x3 . Populasinya adalah semua siswa kelas di IKIP PGRI Madiun semester V 2013/2014.Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling . Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis dua arah tidak seimbang varians pada tingkat signifikansi 5 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : ( 1 ) model pembelajaran GI dan TPS menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang baik yang sama dalam matematika , namun kedua hasil dalam prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam matematika dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional , ( 2) prestasi belajar matematika dengan sikap positif terhadap matematika adalah lebih baik dari itu dengan sikap netral dan negatif terhadap matematics , bahwa dengan sikap netral terhadap matematics adalah lebih baik dari itu dengan sikap negatif terhadap matematika , (3 ) pada masing-masing siswa sikap terhadap jenis matematika , GI dan model pembelajaran TPS hasil dalam pencapaian yang sama baik belajar di matematika , tapi baik mengakibatkan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dalam matematika daripada model pembelajaran konvensional , (4 ) pada masing-masing model pembelajaran , prestasi belajar dengan sikap positif terhadap matematika matematika adalah lebih baik dari itu dengan netral dan sikap negatif terhadap matematics , bahwa dengan sikap netral terhadap matematics adalah lebih baik dari itu dengan sikap negatif terhadap matematika.Kata kunci : model pembelajaran , GI , TPS , konvensional , siswa sikap terhadap matematika

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil berpikir logis mahasiswa calon guru matematika dalam menyelesaikan masalah mencari luas daerah dengan integral lipat dua, yang meliputi memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan, menyelesaikan masalah sesuai langkah kedua dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah enam mahasiswa calon guru matematika semester IV IKIP PGRI Madiun. Pengambilan subyek berdasarkan kemampuan mahasiswa yaitu berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes, wawancara dan dokumen. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik yaitu membandingkan data hasil observasi, dokumentasi, tes dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam memahami, merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi pada tahap analisis membagi masalah ke dalam unsur atau sub masalah memiliki kecenderungan baik. Sedangkan, mahasiswa berkemampuan sedang dan rendah berkecenderungan cukup, (2) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam memahami, merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi pada tahap analisis membuat diagram berpikir memiliki kecenderungan baik, sedangkan mahasiswa berkemampuan sedang dan rendah pada tahap analisis membuat diagram berpikir memiliki kecenderungan cukup, (3) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi pada tahap analisis mengumpulkan faktor memiliki kecenderungan baik, mahasiswa berkemampuan sedang kecenderungan cukup, dan mahasiswa berkemampuan rendah kecenderungan kurang, (4) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah pada tahap analisis mencari hubungan memiliki kecenderungan baik, (5) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah pada tahap analisis menemukan situasi memiliki kecenderungan baik, (6) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi dan sedang pada tahap analisis kesimpulan memiliki kecenderungan cukup. Sedangkan, mahasiswa berkemampuan rendah kecenderungan kurang, (7) Berpikir logis mahasiswa dalam memahami, merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan memeriksa kembali hasil yang diperoleh, mahasiswa berkemampuan tinggi dan sedang pada tahap analisis langkah-langkah sistematis memiliki kecenderungan cukup. Sedangkan, mahasiswa berkemampuan rendah kecenderungan kurang.Kata Kunci : Berpikir, Berpikir Logis, Penyelesaian Masalah

Abstract

Karena belum ada perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis informasi bermakna materi persamaan diferensial ordo dua, maka dilakukan penelitian pengembangan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis informasi bermakna materi persamaan diferensial ordo dua. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis informasi bermakna materi persamaan diferensial ordo dua. Penelitian pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model 4-D yang telah dimodifikasi. Tahap model 4-D yang telah dimodifikasi terdiri dari pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop). Kesimpulan yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis informasi bermakna materi persamaan diferensial ordo dua yang baik telah didapatkan karena tim validator (ahli atau praktisi) menyatakan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid (berdasarkan pada rasional teoritik yang kuat dan terdapat konsistensi di antara komponen-komponen perangkat), dan dalam pelaksanaan uji coba, perangkat memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu, yaitu: kemampuan dosen dalam mengelola pembelajaran baik, aktivitas mahasiswa selama pembelajaran sesuai dengan batas toleransi waktu ideal, mahasiswa memberi respon positif terhadap komponen-komponen perangkat pembelajaran, dan tes hasil belajar reliabel, valid dan sensitif, serta kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kompetensi guru profesional baik. Perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis informasi bermakna materi persamaan diferensial ordo dua yang dikembangkan: Satuan Acara Perkuliahan, Lembar Kegiatan Mahasiswa, dan Tes Hasil Belajar.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Kooperatif,  Informasi  Bermakna, Materi Persamaan Diferensial Orde Dua,  Kompetensi Guru Profesional

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) which learning model of the GI with CTL approach, TAI with CTL approach or conventional learning results in a better learning achievement in mathematics; (2) which students attitudes toward mathematics of the positive, neutral, or negative types results in a better learning achievement in mathematics; (3) in each students attitudes toward mathematics, which learning model of the GI with CTL approach, TAI with CTL approach or conventional learning results in a better learning achievement in mathematics; and (4) in each learning model, which students attitudes toward mathematics of the positive, neutral, or negative types results in a better learning achievement in mathematics. This research used the quasi experimental research method with the factorial design of 3x3. Its population was all of the students in Grade VII of State Junior High Schools in Ngawi regency. The samples of the research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique. The data of the research were analyzed by using the unbalanced two-way analysis of variance at the significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that: (1) the GI and TAI with CTL approach learning models result in the same good learning achievement in mathematics, but both result in a better learning achievement in mathematics than the conventional learning model; (2) the mathematics learning achievement with positive attitudes toward mathematics was better than that with neutral and negative attitudes towards matematics, that with neutral attitude towards matematics was better than that with negative attitudes toward mathematics; (3) in each students attitudes toward mathematics type, the GI and TAI with CTL approach learning models result in the same good learning achievement in Mathematics, but both result in a better learning achievement in mathematics than the conventional learning model; (4) in each learning model, the mathematics learning achievement with positive attitudes toward mathematics was better than that with neutral and negative attitudes towards matematics, that with neutral attitude towards matematics was better than that with negative attitudes toward mathematics.Key words: learning model, GI, TAI, conventional, CTL approach, students attitudes toward mathematics.

Abstract

IbM is motivated by the many children who come from poor families who can not follow the lessons, after school activities so that they spend a lot of play. In addition , many students and graduates who do not have the activity / work due to lack of jobs. Therefore, in this IbM the researchers intend to make les. In this IbM focused guidance for poor children and will involve students and graduates IKIP PGRI Madiun. Partner is the chief village IbM Watuompak and Bangunrejo. IbM aims to improve student learning outcomes through tutoring mathematics as a means to build a "Cermat" village in the village Rejosari Kebonsari Madiun and students or graduates to become active through tutoring. The stages of this research starts from the preparation phase support equipment guidance, the next stage of implementation / field, program evaluation by a team of researchers and partners and the final completion of the final report.Keywords: Tutoring , Math Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) which learning model of the GI or GI-ProblemPosing results in a better learning achievement; (2) which students’ attitudes of thepositive, neutral, or negative types results in a better learning achievement; (3) in each students’attitudes, which learning model of the GI or GI-Problem Posing results in a better learningachievement; and (4) in each learning model, which students’ attitudes of the positive, neutral, ornegative types results in a better learning achievement. This research used the quasi experimental research method with the factorial design of 2x3. Itspopulation was all of the students of Mathematics department of IKIP PGRI Madiun in academicyear 2014/2015. The samples were taken by using the random sampling technique. The data weregathered through test and questionnaire method and its were analyzed by using the unbalanced twowayanalysisofvarianceatthesignificancelevelof5%.The results showed that: (1) the GI and GI-ProblemPosing result in the same good learningachievement; (2) the learning achievement with positive was better than that with neutral andnegative, that with neutral was better than that with negative; (3) in each students’ attitudes type,the GI and GI-ProblemPosing result in the same good learning achievement; (4) in general, thelearning achievement with positive was better than neutral and negative, that neutral was betterthan negative. However, if viewed from GI with a positive and neutral have the same achievementand better than negative.Keywords: learning model, GI, Problem Posing, students attitudes towards Mathematics.

  Impairment is something that most people do not want. There is impairment due to congenital from birth and there is also impairment caused by accidents. For example is deaf and mute. People with hearing impairment have limited hearing, whereas mute sufferers have limitations in terms of oral /voice and many also experience less hearing. Deaf people and mute need skills to maintain their survival, in SLB PSM Takeran there are lessons that teach about skills, but the skills of students in SLB PSM Takeran not well distributed, the creative craft made by SLB students are still stored neatly in school. Therefore, need to given the training bisol (Bisnis Online) for the deaf and mute in SLB PSM Takeran. The training was followed by 12 deaf and mute students at SLB Takeran. The training was held for two days with demo material on how to create social media account starting from e-mail creation, facebook, twitter, instagram, bukalapak, blibli.com and so on, then how to upload photos of products to be marketed, how to send goods Through shipping services. The results of the training were analyzed by qualitative approach. The results of the qualitative analysis (based on observation and interview) show that all participants feel the new knowledge and skills, namely the skills of doing business online. In addition, it can provide entrepreneurial supplies for people with deaf and mute. The future plan after this training will be the establishment of a disability community in Kecamatan Takeran, where the community will develop their skills and be able to create jobs for people with disabilities. So as to create financial independence for persons with disabilities.
