Abstract

This paper aims to design and simulate an Electrical Permanent Magnet Generator (EPMG) for rural area wind power plant. The generators available in the market mostly are a kind of high speed induction generator which requires high rotational speed and an electricity to generate a magnetic field. In this project, a radial flux generator is designed to have a low speed rotation using permanent magnet type Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB). Software used for designing is Finite Element Method (FEM) Magnet software basis. The model also examined with Simulink/Matlab environment. Extensive modifications are applied to get optimum result by changing generator diameter, number of coils, the copper wire diameter, number of poles, and used slots. The simulation results obtained generator speed 500rpm, the average series voltage is 145 Vrms, the generator requires 18cm diameter, number of turn for each coil is 55, diameter of the copper wire used is 0.6mm, and number of poles is 8 pairs and 12 unit slots.

Abstract

Application of technology for the benefit of society by utilizing matahahari rays, where it ispossible use in locations that do not allow use of other alternative energy sources. Sunlight cangenerate electricity with solar cell power plant applications, this energy is almost never missing aday at certain locations with enough intensity radiation to produce electrical energy. Althoughcurrently still requires relatively high costs for solar cells, but by considering the factors easymaintenance and does not require routine maintenance every day, the charger circuit componentsreadily available in the market, may be set with the charging rate varies.In this scheme by considering the design of circuits that are sensitive to the setting conditionsof charging batteries in the charging condition or already full, with utilization of the op-amp as acomparator and SCR components as a component of the charging rate of electric energy to the solarbatteries, besides that also use power transistors as switches electronically at the time of chargingand at the electric charge on the batteries is full.The result of design equipment design charger with practical design with a very low cost, setthe charging rate can vary up to 10 Amperes and components are also easily available in the market.Tools charger allows for use on other plants originating from, for example, diesel generators,hydroelectric power, wind power, generating electricity from ocean waves, and so forth.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Di RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak (2017) pasien CHF yang menjalani rawat inap 413, urutan ke-7 dari seluruh rawat inap pasien dewasa dengan prevelensi 7,8% dari keseluruhan kematian. Peningkatan respiratori rate menandakan tubuh kekurangan oksigen. Pemberian posisi semi fowler dipercaya akan menurunkan beban jantung karena mengurangi aliran balik vena ke jantung (preload) dan kongesi paru, dan penekanan diagfragma ke hepar menjadi minimal. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengaturan posisi semi fowler terhadap penurunan respiratori rate pada pasien Congestive Heart Failure (CHF.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental dengan rancangan The Removed-Treatment Design dengan pretest dan post test. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan  simple random sampling dengan total sampel 22 responden. Respiratori Rate diukur dengan menggunakan jam.Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis uji paired t test di peroleh nilai rata-rata respiratori rate sebelum di lakukan perubahan posisi semifowler -3,309, sedangkan sesudah perubahan posisi semifowler dengan nilai mean 6,231. Selain itu, dari hasil uji mann withney diperoleh nilai sig p=0,000 (p <0,005) yang menunjukan  adanya perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan nilai mean rank posisi semifowler 32,27 dengan tanpa perlakuan posisi semifowler nilai mean rank 12,37  berarti posisi semifowler efektif menurunkan respiratori rate pada pasien CHFKesimpulan: Posisi semifowler efektif menurunan respiratori rate pada pasien congestive heart failure (CHF) di ruang lily RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak Kata Kunci: Congestive Heart Failure, Posisi Semi Fowler, Respiratori Rate
