Abstract

Purposes of this research are: a) to identify spatial policy (mapping) of agriculture in the Soloraya region, b) to analyze the correspondence between spatial policy and implementation in the field of agricultural, and c) to analyze agricultural mapping to support food security and safety with participation approach. Research methods are descriptive analysis and mapping. Conclusions of this research are: 1) agricultural policy in the Soloraya region is reflected in RTRWD and RPJMD. RTRWD conduct and guide the agricultural mapping while RPJMD regulate and determine the direction of agricultural development, 2) correspondence between policy and implementation of agriculture in each region in Soloraya are reflected in form of area and and food production conditions. Each region has tried to make adjustments through many stages according to RTRWD and RPJMD, and 3) a mapping model of food security in each region is determined based on several assumptions. The end result of this research is a mapping of food producers in each sub-district for approximately two years.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago that 63% of the territory is water area and has a fascinating natural beauty one of which is underwater paradise, one of them is Karimunjawa Islands. Karimunjawa National Park is famous for it’s underwater paradise, so that few people who visit it’s main purpose is closely bound with snorkeling and diving activities. But from year to year in the state of degradation of marine life, so that need a place for conservation and research for the marine life. Marine aquarium is an alternative that can be used as a place for introduction of underwater life, and can become a place of preservation and research on marine life. Design problems in designing marine aquarium is how marine aquarium into the separate icon for Karimunjawa National Park which portray the richness of marine life there, so to make that image then approach the Architecture Metaphor is very suitable as a concept design planning aquarium marine life. Metaphor architecture can be applied to the design of marine aquarium by adopting the coral reefs are applied to the regulatiuon of site, the space in the mass, the shape and composition of it’s mass. Abstract

Surakarta City is designated as National Activity Center (PKN) on the National Spatial Plan (RTRWN) in the development of the creative economy sector. The determination is reinforced by Bekraf Developer Day 2017 and the Economic Census of the Central Bureau of Statistics which shows that Surakarta has more than 1250 creative workers. 65.75% of them have no place to work, so they do their work at home and or cafe. Problems that arise are how to design facilities and comfortable workspace so that the creative workers can make presentations and discussions with colleagues without being disturbed by the noise of other cafe visitors, or by family activities at home. In order to connect between start-up and creative workers, and to create a comfortable workspace to improve productivity and creativity of its users, is required collaborative working space (office) for creative industry workers and start-up in Surakarta City. The design of collaborative working space is done by collecting primary and secondary data through interviews, observation, precedent study, book literature study, local regulations, articles, and news. The data sets are then analyzed and synthesized to produce the concept of the space character criteria and the concept of the shape and appearance of the space which is then transformed into a collaborative working space design that supports the productivity and creativity of its users in Surakarta.
