Abstract

Abstract: The increasing demand of beef commodity in Indonesia must be supported by agood supply chain management to achieve self-sufficiency and food security. This study aimsto analyze consumers’ expectations for commodity beef in Depok, identifying and mappingthe beef agro-industry value chain, and analyze strategic alternatives in order to enhancethe value chain agroindustry beef based on the characteristics of the livestock industry inDepok. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a case study approach.Based on analysis, 11 attributes was obtained to affect the quality of the beef ie. ratio of fat,flavor, color, marbling, juiceness, scents, halalness, freshness, price, texture, and availabilityin the market. The result of gap analysis showed that the actual conditions perceived byconsumers related quality of beef has not fulfilled consumers’ expectations. In result of qualityhouse, strong relationships contained the halalness attributes. Moderate relationshipsare contained in the freshness and cutting process. Weak relationship found in all facilitiesin the technical characteristics. In the value chain analysis, identified two types of flowactivity. The results of the stakeholder analysis shows that the attributes of consumers andentrepreneurs have the same powerful and highest position compared with other stakeholders.Keywords: agroindustry, beef, Depok city, strategy, value chain

Abstract

About 80% shipwreck occurred by human error, human error is 75% due to the poor management system, it must bemade to the management system that is able to create a good and close cooperation between the management boardand land management. International Safety Management Code (ISM Code) is an international standard of safetymanagement regulations for the security and safety of the operation of the ship and the prevention of pollution of themarine environment established by the IMO Maritime Safety Council. Purpose ISM Code is to ensure safety at sea,prevent accidents and loss of human life and avoid damage to the environment, especially the marine environmentand as well as the loss of property. Companies must certify in writing its policy on maritime safety andenvironmental protection and ensure that everyone in the company know and understand it. But perception Crewand Application Management in the ISM Code For Maritime Safety and Marine Environment Protection can bedifferent if there is no good training and application of the management company. To that periodically companiesneed to conduct training on the prevention and prevention of disorders of the safety of shipping activities concernedShipping Company. Abstract

ABSTRACTDental materials dentistry used in dental care often dental materials amalgam, composite resin, and Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC), in generally used for materials fillings teeth that serve to fix damaged teeth due to caries, trauma, and worn away by mastication. Basically, the usefulness of amalgam, composite resin and Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC) materials varies, depending on the type of damage and complaints of the patients teeth. This study aims to describe the use of amalgam, composite resin, and Glass ionomer Cement (GIC) in Dental and Oral Hospital Unsyiah in July-December 2014. The research method used in this research is descriptive. Research secondary data obtained from the medical records of patients at the Dental and Oral Hospital Unsyiah. The results showed the number of patients undergoing dental treatment using amalgam, composite resin and Glass ionomer Cement (GIC) materials is of 494 patients. This type of care is most often done using a resin composite restorations reached 133 patients (26.86%).Keywords : Dental materials, amalgam, composite resin and Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC).
