Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Wisata Bisnis Tegal Waru Bogor pada Ibu Rumah Tangga yang Bekerja atau Membuka Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being. Sampel sebanyak 73 responden dangan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan SPSS V 23 Hasil penelitan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif Dukungan Sosial terhadap Subjective Well Being. Hasil uji t yang diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel (6.068 > 1.994). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif Work-Family Conflict terhadap Subjective Well-Being Wel-Being. Nilai t-hiung < t-tabel  (-5.407) < ­-1.994). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh Dukungan sosial dan Work-family conflict terhadap Subjective Wel-Being, F-hitung > F-tabel. Nilai F-hitung 26.304 sedangkan nilai F-tabel sebesar 2.736. Secara bersama-sama Dukungan Sosial dan Work-family conflict berpengaruh dan signifikan positif terhadap Subjective Wel-Being.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (?) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

Abstract

To convince the shareholders, management companies need to create and communicate the corporatevision. The company's vision should include the concept of sustainability, because it can provide acompetitive advantage in the long run. Companies in the business landscape, particularly on thepolarization of the market and the scarcity of natural resources can add significant meaning of theconcept of sustainability. Companies need to communicate to the shareholders that the application ofsustainable business practices will enhance the implementation of sustainable business practices thatwill increase productivity costs, revenue and brand value of the company.Key words: Vision, Shareholders, Sustainability

Abstract

Peningkatan penumpang Commuter Line Jabodetabek Rata-rata 13,8 persen per tahun. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui karakteristik penumpang Commuter Line sehingga dapat diambil suatu kebijakan oleh perusahaan. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakateristik penumpang yang banyak menggunakan transportasi ini berjenis kelamin pria sebesar 111 responden atau 56 persen. Berusia 20-30 tahun sebesar 67 atau 34 persen. Pendidikan SMA sebesar 100 atau 50 persen. Pekerjaan di perusahaan swasta sebesar 143 atau 72 persen. Penghasilan 3 sampai 4.999 juta rupiah per bulan 79 atau sebesar 40 persen dan keperluan menggunakan Commuter Line untuk bekerja sebesar 128 atau 64 persen.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, which is under and responsible to the president and has the duty to provide technical and administrative support and analysis of government affairs in the state secretarial field to assist the President and Vice President in organizing state government. Samples were used as many as 31 respondents consisting of all employees of Financial Bureau. Quantitative research method with analysis using SPSS version 23. The purpose of research to know and analyze the influence of Personality, Spiritual Intelligence, and Organizational Climate to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of the research indicates that Personality Variable has positive and significant effect to OCB where the value of t-value is 3.028 t-table 2.051. Spiritual intelligence variables have positive and significant influence on OCB, coefficient value of 0.319 has t-value of 3.398 t-table 2.051. Organizational climate variable has positive and significant effect to OCB has coefficient value 0,194 and t- value 2,263 t-table 2,051 and significant value 0,032 0,05. Personality variables, spiritual intelligence and organizational climate together have a significant effect on OCB. Where F- value is 24.488 F-table 2.96 with a significant level below 0.05 ie 0.000. One of the organizational values that must be embraced and developed within the Ministry is the value of honesty, which is an aspect of spiritual intelligence. And by putting forward ethics and morals for the creation of a good organizational climate. Abstract

The companys value to include values play, aspirational, Accidental Core values and the culture of the companys core values that drive the actions of employees. Corporate culture is integrity, how to align shared common values and employee behavior. In force in the workplace, corporate culture must be collaborative, culturally and creatively. Corporate culture must be tranformation employees lives and empower employees to change the lives of others. The integrity building, the company can compete in the labor market talent, increase productivity and meeting with customers, and manage differences. Market value to employees is as important as the mission to the consumer market. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja reksadana saham syariah dan konvensional. Metode yang digunakan yaitu indeks Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, appraisal ratio, M2 measure, dan T2 measure selama periode Januari 2012 sampai dengan Desember 2015. Sample untuk Rekasadana konvensional sebanyak 25 emiten dan reksadana syariah sebanyak 7 sampel. Hasil penelitian kinerja reksadan saham syariah secara rata-rata lebih baik dibandingkan dengan konvensional,  hanya saja berdasarkan pengujian dua sampel perbandingan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang berarti antara kinerja reksadana saham  konvensional dan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Monumen Nasional Jakarta (Monas) dengan 183 responden wisatawan lokal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji karakteristik wisatawan lokal. Ada delapan karakteristik yang diukur yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan saat ini, pendapatan, sumber informasi, mode utama yang digunakan, dan status perkawinan. Analisis menggunakan Versi SPSS. 24. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan jenis kelamin lebih menarik bagi perempuan, sebanyak 105 (58,9%) persen. Mayoritas responden berusia antara 20-30 tahun sebanyak 62 (33,9%). Mayoritas pendidikan sekolah menengah atas adalah 105 responden (57,4%) persen. Berdasarkan pekerjaan saat ini, mayoritas bekerja pada karyawan swasta sebanyak 86 responden (47%). Berdasarkan pendapatan, mayoritas berpenghasilan 5 - 6,99 juta dengan 50 responden (27,3%). Berdasarkan sumber informasi sebanyak 147 responden (80,3%) bersumber dari teman / keluarga. Berdasarkan mode utama yang digunakan sebanyak 115 responden (62,8%) menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Berdasarkan status perkawinan 110 responden (60,1%) adalah lajang. Hasil penelitian dapat berkontribusi dengan jelas pada karakteristik wisatawan lokal dan merekomendasikan peningkatan keuntungan Monas
