Abstract

Mahasiswa Unnes belum memahami nilai-nilai konservasi secara utuh, sehingga tercermin pada perilakunya. Masih terdapat mahasiswa yang melakukan tindakan konservasi atas dorongan lembaga atau dosen, sehingga mengindikasikan integrasi nilai konservasi belum maksimal dan diduga masih bersifat informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi integrasi nilai-nilai konservasi dalam habituasi kampus, dan menganalisis nilai-nilai konservasi yang dapat membentuk kepribadian mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif. Teknis analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi integrasi nilai-nilai konservasi dalam habituasi kampus Unnes untuk pembentukan kepribadian mahasiswa dilaksanakan melalui semua lini kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan akademik, non akademik, dan kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan oleh semua pihak kampus. Nilai-nilai konservasi dapat membentuk kepribadian, telah menjadi kebiasaan dan mulai berkembang pada mahasiswa Unnes. Nilai inspiratif, humanis, inovatif, kreatif, dan keadilan telah menjadi kebiasaan, sedangkan nilai peduli, sportif, dan kejujuran mulai berkembang. Unnes students have yet to understand the values of conservation as a whole, so that reflected on their behavior. There are still students who perform acts of conservation at the instigation of the institutions or lecturers, thus indicating conservation values integration haven not been maximal and presumably still informative. This research aims to identify and analyze strategies for the integration of conservation values in campus habituation, and analyze the conservation values which can form the students? personality. The research method used qualitative case study. Data analysis technique using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification of the data or conclusions. The results showed that integration strategy of conservation values in Unnes campus habituation to formation the studens? personality is carried out through all lines of activity, namely academic, non-academic, and habituation activities by all campus parties. Conservation values ??can form the personality, has become a habit and began developing to Unnes students. The inspirational value, humanist, innovative, creative, and the justice have become a habit, whereas the value of care, sportsmanship, and the honesty began to grow.

Abstract

AbstractThe study based on the students ' lack of interest ofDangdut music and there wasa tendency that Music Students were more interested with Western music and popular music at this time.. The problem of this research was how music student interests against Dangdut music and why in any event shows held by Prodi and art students community rarely used instruments Dangdut?. This research was about Performance Art Education student interest in Tanjungpura University Pontianak Against Dangdut Music. The study was conducted at Performance Art Education FKIP UNTAN. Data obtained through this research was the description of the facts concerning the interest of students Towards Dangdut Music. The data were analyzed qualitatively with resource data that was Mr. H. M. Yaman Umar, and Music Student of Performance Art Education of UNTAN who know about the Dangdut Music. The data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and question form.Based on the data analysis can be concluded that; (1) the interest of Performance Art Education students towards Dangdut Music, where the average respondents who chose "sometimes" more than respondents who chose "always", "often", "Rare", and "never".  Keywords: Dangdut Music, Interest, Performance Art Education, Student

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of android applications as a medium of mathematics learning in Indonesian educational institutions using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method both among teachers in delivering mathematical material and students in experimenting or completing school assignments. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a four option Likert Scale questionnaire as a research instrument. Surveys were deployed using the Google Form-based Black Box system throughout Indonesia through Social Media. Based on the results of data analysis obtained information that the application of android applications as a learning media for mathematics in Indonesia is still below 50%. The effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioral intention is illustrated by the regression equation Y1 while facilitating the regression equation Y2 represents conditions and behavioral intention towards use behavior.

Abstract

Lately, the arising problems in an internal company, from pattern making to culminate in unrest will contract employees in the company's status as a reasonably long time. Empowerment of employees contract in effect executed in full, but the employees who belong to particular time work agreements are not fully hired thoroughly. Up to now, there are indications the granting of jobs generally passes regardless of the official rules of the applicable employment contract agreement. The method used was qualitative. Data collection method using observation, documentation, interviews, and triangulation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages namely data reduction, the presentation of the data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that certain time work agreements first and further led to the emergence of the rights and obligations of the parties. There are a number of principles in the implementation of the employment contract agreement is not yet based on the procedure of employment rules. The incidence of unrest because of a few things: a surfeit of employees will be a contract worker status for too long, the company less heed to the things that can be counted as wages, and the pattern of the Division of work within the time period for contract employees in the realm of shifts. The company's efforts in coping with disquiet the contract employee will do some of the following, namely; the efforts of some employees into contract adoption workers, pay attention to things that can be counted as wages, and equitable patterns of Division of the period of time in work for the employee's contract in the realm of shifts.

Abstract

Menurut Undang-Undang No. 13/2003 masa kontrak hanya boleh dilakukan paling lama lima tahun lebih dari itu demi hukum karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap. Siklus tahunan dalam pembagian kerja di PT. BBM diawali dengan penandatangan perjanjian kontrak kerja baru tanpa melihat masa kerja, hal ini sudah terjadi dalam 8 (delapan) tahun masa kerja karyawan kontrak. Ini merupakan efek dari pembagian kerja secara bergilir pada karyawan kontrak. Metode dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah adanya Kesepakatan Kerja Waktu Tertentu pertama dan selanjutnya, disepakati beberapa hal yakni srtuktur upah, penyelenggaraan hak dan kewajiban para pihak, penerapan sistem bergilir dalam berkerja bagi karyawan kontrak dan mengenai status. Status para karyawan sebagai karyawan kontrak melebihi batas minimum kontrak di mana sudah seharusnya diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap. Perumusan perjanjian kerja tidak dilibatkan karyawan secara langsung serta isi KKWT yang memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sama tidak diberikan pada karyawan, peraturan perusahaan yang disahkan oleh pemerintah yang berwajib tidak diberikan pada karyawan serta pemberian jangka waktu yang berbeda dalam sistem bergilir bagi sebagian karyawan kontrak. According to Law No. 13/2003 contract period can only be done for more than five years for the sake of legal contract employees become permanent employees. The annual cycle in the division of work in PT. BBM begins with the signing of a new contractual agreement without looking at the working period, this has occurred in the 8 (eight) years of employment of the contract employee. This is the effect of a rotating working division on contract employees. Methods and approaches to using qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, documentation, interviews, and triangulation. Data analysis is done in three stages namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed after the first and subsequent employment agreement, agreed to several things namely structure wages, the implementation of rights and obligations of the parties, the application of the rotating system in working for employees contract and about status. Employee Status as a contract employee exceeds the minimum contract limit in which it should be raised as a permanent employee. The formulation of the work agreement is not involved directly and the contents of the KKWT who have the same legal force are not given to the employee, the company's regulations authorized by the authorities are not given to employees and Different timeframes in the rotating system for some contract employees.

Abstract

The research problem was “How is the stealing frequency with violence at legal  area of North Mamuju Resort and how is the prevention efforts and overcoming of stealing with violence at legal  of area North Mamuju Resort?. This research employed Juridical Sociology approach to review the relationship of legal and illegal aspect with qualitative method that would expose something concerning social reality and attitude of law maintain. The research result indicates that the frequency of stealing with violence occurred at North Mamuju Resort of the last five years is from 2010 to 2014 where in 2012 increased enough with the cause of unstable of society economy. In addition, there is additional of job seekers as the interview result and what police department based on criminal statistics and overcoming effort of stealing with violence at North Mamuju Resort is doing preventive action as how they protect the society and make them wealth and maintain the law.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama SAR Air Nasional KSR-PMI dan Relawan Perguruan Tinggi se-Indonesia berdampak baik bagi mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini guna meningkatkan skill  tanggap darurat bencana air/laut, wahana habituasi bidang kepalangmerahan, kreatifitas dan profesionalisme dalam upaya pelayanan kepada masyarakat, menyamakan persepsi KSR dan relawan perguruan tinggi se-Indonesia. Pelatihan ini urgen mengingat resiko kebencanaan di Indonesia makin tinggi, bencana dominan sepuluh tahun terakhir diantaranya banjir, tanah longsor, gelombang abrasi, puting beliung, kekeringan, kebakaran, tsunami, gempa bumi, dan letusan gunung api. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu solusi penanganan kebencanaan. Pelatihan ini berlangsung sepuluh hari tahapannya; teori dalam kelas, praktek lapangan, simulasi, aksi sosial, dan kunjungan wisata. Teori, praktik, dan simulasi didatangkan ahli-ahli bindang kepalangmerahan, penanggulangan bencana, dan akademisi. Ahli-alhi tersebut dari PMI Provinsi NTB dan Kota Mataram, BASARNAS Lombok Barat, dan Dosen. Materi yang dibahas manajemen kepemimpinan organisasi mahasiswa, manajemen pelatihan, radio komunikasi dan pengenalan BASARNAS, manajemen penanggulangan bencana, pertolongan pertama, pengantar SAR air, pedoman SAR air dan metode SAR air, deven and rilis, dan akses korban dalam air. Simulasi dilaksanakan di Pantai Gading dan kolam renang, bhakti sosial berlangsung di Gunung Jae. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini terlihat dari semangat, antusias, dan hasil simulasi. Peserta sudah memahami teknik dan motode pelaksanaan PP-SAR air dalam penanggulangan bencana.Abstract: First-aid training of national Water SAR (KSR) and Indonesian college volunteers have a good impact on students. This activity is to improve the emergency response skills of water/sea disasters, the field of Habitat habituation, creativity, and professionalism in the service effort to the community, equate the perception of KSR and college volunteers in Indonesia. This training urgent considering the risk of disaster in Indonesia is higher, the dominant disasters of the last ten years include floods, landslides, abrasion waves, nipples, droughts, fires, tsunamis, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions. Training is one of disaster management solutions. The training lasted ten days; Theory in class, field practice, simulation, social action, and tourist excursions. Theory, practice, and simulation come from the experts in the head, disaster management, and academics. The experts are from NTB provincial PMI and Mataram City, BASARNAS West Lombok, and lecturer. The materials covered by Student organization leadership Management, training management, radio communication and introduction of BASARNAS, disaster management, first aid, Introduction to water SAR, water SAR guidelines and water SAR methods, Deven and release, and access to victims in the water. Simulation is carried out in Ivory Coast and swimming pool, social bhakti takes place at Mount Jae. The success of this training was seen from passion, enthusiasm, and simulated results. Participants already understand the technique and methods of the implementation of PP-SAR water in disaster management.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tuntutan pembelajaran era milenial adalah mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi. Revolusi industri 4.0 sangat mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan baik pendidikan, sosial, politik, budaya, dan ekonomi. Dibidang pendidikan teknologi dimanfaatkan beragam baik pra-pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran maupun pasca pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran interaktif pendidikan kewarganegaraan melalui mobile learning di era industri 4.0. Metode dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, yakni dari buku, makalah, artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan content analysis, guna mendapatkan invensi yang kredibel dan dapat digunakan atau diteliti ulang berdasarkan konteksnya. Untuk menjaga ketepatan hal yang dikaji dan guna mencegah kesalahan informasi yang diungkap dalam analisis data, maka dilakukan pengecekan antar pustaka dari referensi-referensi yang digunakan. Selain itu membaca ulang pustaka-pustaka yang digunakan juga sangat penting serta memperhatikan komentar teman sejawat. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa peran teknologi dalam pembelajaran PKn sangat membantu proses pembelajaran, menjadi sarana kreasi, inovasi, dan pengembangan diri untuk belajar mandiri dan terarah. Pembelajaran Interaktif PKn di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membantu mempercepat proses belajar  jika digunakan dengan bijak sesuai kebutuhan materi pembelajaran. Penggunaan Mobile Learning dalam pembelajaran PKn mampu mengoptimalkan ketepatan dalam menangkap materi pembelajaran, sarana sumber pembanding dalam materi pembelajaran, dan mampu membangkitkan motivasi pembelajaran.Abstract: The demands of millennial learning are optimizing technology utilization. The 4.0 Industrial Revolution greatly affects the life aspects of both education, social, political, cultural, and economic. The field of technology education is used to vary both pre-learning, learning process, and post-learning. The research aims to analyze and describe the interactive learning of citizenship education through mobile learning in the 4.0 industrial era. The method and approach of the research used is library research. Collection of data using documentation, i.e. from books, papers, articles, journals and so on relevant. Data analysis uses content analysis, to obtain credible inventions that can be used or researched based on context. To maintain the accuracy of the assessed and to prevent misinformation disclosed in the analysis of data, it is checked between libraries from the references used. In addition to rereading the libraries used are also very important as well as paying attention to peer comments. The results showed that the technological role in PKn-learning is very helpful to the learning process, becoming a means of creation, innovation, and self-development for independent and directional learning. PKn Interactive Learning in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 helps accelerate the learning process if used wisely according to learning material needs. The use of Mobile Learning in PKn learning can optimize accuracy in capturing learning materials, comparative source means in learning materials, and able to inspire learning motivation.

Abstract

UNNES crowned a conservation university. The vision of UNNES to 2040 became an internationally reputable and conservation university. Conservation means the effort to protect and preserve the value of culture and human behavior in interacting with the environment. The research objectives reveal the integration of conservation values in UNNES campus habituation. The study used a qualitative case study design. Data collection using observations, documentation, and interviews. Testing the validity of data using the triangulation of sources, techniques, and theories, using the social action theory Talcott Parsons and the personality theory of Gordon Allport. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models through three stages; Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, as well as Spradley's taxonomy analysis. The results of the integration strategy of conservation values in the habituation of UNNES campus are conducted through academic and non-academic activities. Through academic activities, it is seen from the planting of conservation values through conservation education, environmental education, and other courses. While through non-academic activities are seen with the planting of conservation values through UPT conservation development activities, student activity units, and the Student Activities Center. The student personality has been conservative seen from the conservative behavior of college students, habituation to be a strategy to embed conservation values. With this, the student's behavior is closely related to the conservation character he has, so it can reflect the actions that have been performed by the role of instilling the conservation values of UNNES.

Abstract

Salah satu yang perlu dibenahi agar proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik adalah perbaikan kualitas tenaga pengajarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok agar dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami dan menganalisis materi yang didiskusikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester 1 mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar di Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram dengan jumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, tes dan dokumentasi melalui tahap perencanaan pembelajaran (plan), tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran (do), dan tahap refleksi (See). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dalam pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran  yang dapat dilihat dari open lesson 1, 2, dan 3. Adanya peningkatan kemampuan serta keaktifan pembelajaran mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan perangkat pembelajaran yang maksimal, media pembelajaran yang bisa mengasah pola pikir mahasiswa seperti mengamati, mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, menemukan hal yang baru, mengkomunikasi, dan dapat menyimpulkan materi perkuliahan.Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Metode Diskusi kelompok One that needs to be addressed so that the learning process can be done well is to improve the quality of the teachers. This research was conducted to improve the development of learning innovations by using group discussion methods to find out and analyze an increase in students' ability to understand and analyze the material being discussed. This research was conducted in the first semester students of Basic Natural Sciences in the Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram with a total number of 23 people. Data collection techniques was gained by observation, tests and documentation through the stages of learning planning (plan), the stage of implementing learning (do), and the reflection phase (See). The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant improvement in the learning innovations that can be seen from open lessons 1, 2, and 3. The improvement in the ability and activeness of student learning is influenced by the availability of maximum learning tools, learning media that can storm the mindset of students such as observing, identifying, analyzing, discovering new things, communicating, and being able to conclude lecture material.Keyword : Innovation, Method Group discussion
