Abstract

Saat ini deteksi dini tumor payudara  yang paling efektif dapat dilakukan melalui citra mammogram. Citra mammogram mampu memperlihatkan struktur jaringan payudara normal dan abnormal tanpa dilakukan pembedahan. Dalam prapengolahan citra mammogram diperlukan kemampuan komputasi yang sesuai dan kompleks untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra dan mengurangi noise pada citra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan meningkatkan beberapa algoritma pengolahan citra untuk memperlihatkan secara jelas lokasi tumor payudara. Algoritma morfologi digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra mammogram ; menghilangkan noise serta memisahkan bagian background dan profil payudara sementara segmentasi menggunakan multilevel threshold mampu menunjukkan lokasi tumor payudara melalui tekstur jaringan payudara. Tekstur jaringan payudara pada citra mammogram menjadi dasar dalam mengekstraksi citra dalam melakukan deteksi kanker pada citra mammogram. Dengan menggunakan metode peningkatan algoritma morfologi dan segmentasi diperoleh citra mammogram yang mampu menunjukkan lokasi tumor dengan jelas dan dapat dengan jelas menunjukkan perbedaan citra mammogram jaringan normal dan abnormal.

Abstract

Abstract ? This study aims to design an interface that connects blood sugar measurement devices with mobile phones and design a database system and visual display for monitoring blood sugar levels in the patient's body. This monitoring system integrates several tools used to transmit data measuring the results of blood sugar. On the patient side there is a glucometer, arduino, along with bluetooth and android-based mobile phones that will be used to send measurement data to the web server so that it can be accessed by doctors to monitor the development of the patient's health condition. Based on observations obtained an error value of 23.33% for 60 seconds of observations, an error of 32% for observations for 90 seconds, and an error of 31.11% for 120 seconds of observations.

Abstract

School tuition fees are very influential on an educational institution, without the cost of school tuition fees experiences how an education agency Difficulties for students who can not afford. In making decisions 1 to Determine the cost of school tuition, especially in educational institutions. In educational institutions need to be supported by how much the school tuition fees will be paid. Educational institutions still Determine tuition fees manually. From the above problems, a decision support system (DSS) was made using the Simple Additive weighting method. Based on the calculation using the Simpe Additive weighting method for school tuition fees, the Reviews largest value is 2:55, 2.55so that alternatives A3, A5 are the alternatives to be chosen as alternatives entitled to pay school fees.
