Abstract

Pemenuhan pola menu makanan merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menjaga kesehatan balita yang sedang mengalami masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Dalam menyusun pola menu makanan, seseorang perlu memperhatikan menu seimbang dan variasi hidangan. Menu yang dihidangkan meliputi keanekaragaman bahan makanan dalam jumlah dan proporsi yang sesuai, sehingga memenuhi kebutuhan gizi balita guna pemeliharaan sel-sel tubuh dan proses pertumbuhan. Pada penelitian ini, dibangun perangkat lunak yang dapat memudahkan seseorang dalam menentukan kebutuhan energi, karbohidrat, lemak dan protein untuk balita usia 36-59 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah fuzzy sugeno, yaitu aturan yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk IF-THEN dengan output berupa konstanta untuk melakukan perhitungan terhadap kebutuhan energi dan protein. Pengujian terhadap fuzzy sugeno menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang dihasilkan metode ini memiliki analisis kebenaran yang mendekati kebutuhan standar ideal apabila dibandingkan dengan hasil metode manual. Oleh karena itu, kebutuhan energi, karbohidrat, lemak dan protein yang dihasilkan metode fuzzy sugeno dapat diterapkan dalam menentukan pola menu makanan.Kata kunci : balita, gizi, analisis bahan makanan,  fuzzy sugeno

Abstract

Abstract— Pesantren is an institution or organization that is engaged in Islamic religious education-based community education diniyah or integrated with other types of education. As a boarding school organization requires good management information systems by implementing an integrated boarding school. The information system is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that covers all business processes in a boarding school and focused on planning and documentation of transactions. ERP is the application used by the manufacturing company in operation. There is therefore a fundamental conceptual differences between the manufacturing process with the process of education at boarding school, so as to generate the appropriate ERP and can be used by the boarding school, the system needs to be modeled. Modelling done by creating a process diagram and diagram data.

Abstract

Salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi adalah jumlah dan kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan. Hal ini dinyatakan dalam salah satu standar akreditasi yang manyatakan jumlah lulusan, evaluasi kinerja lulusan, studi pelacakan lulusan, waktu tunggu rata-rata untuk memperoleh pekerjaan pertama, dan prosentase lulusan yang bekerja di bidang yang sesuai dengan keahliannya.Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Maliki Malang saat ini sudah berusia lebih dari 5 tahun, dan sudah menghasilkan banyak lulusan. Dari sekian banyak jumlah lulusan tersebut banyak yang sudah terserap oleh lapangan kerja yang disediakan oleh berbagai pihak. Sayangnya informasi tersebut tidak didukung oleh data-data yang detil dan terdokumentasi, sehingga ketika pihak Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Maliki Malang membutuhkan informasi tersebut untuk suatu keperluan merasa kesulitan.Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut, maka perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi alumni jurusan teknik informatika. Sistem informasi tersebut akan dikembangkan dengan program berbasis web. Sehingga software yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah PHP, My SQL, dreamweaver, dan beberapa software lainnya.

Abstract

Masa balita merupakan periode perkembangan yang rentan terhadap masalah gizi. Energi dan protein yang tidak seimbang dalam menu makanan balita dapat menyebabkan malnutrisi (gizi salah). Oleh karena itu, pemenuhan energi dan protein merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menjaga kesehatan balita yang sedang mengalami masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pada penelitian ini, dibangun perangkat lunak yang dapat memudahkan seseorang dalam menentukan kebutuhan energi dan protein untuk balita usia 36-59 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah fuzzy sugeno, yaitu aturan yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk IF-THEN dengan output berupa konstanta untuk melakukan perhitungan terhadap kebutuhan energi dan protein. Sedangkan input yang digunakan dalam metode fuzzy sugeno meliputi berat badan, tinggi badan, umur dan jenis kelamin. Pengujian terhadap fuzzy sugeno tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang dihasilkan metode ini memiliki analisis kebenaran dengan standard ideal sebesar 58% dalam menentukan kebutuhan energi dan 86% dalam menentukan kebutuhan protein. Sedangkan metode manual  memiliki analisis kebenaran dengan standard ideal sebesar 24% dalam menentukan kebutuhan energi dan 34% dalam menentukan kebutuhan protein.  Kata kunci : balita, gizi, kebutuhan energi, kebutuhan protein,  fuzzy sugeno.

Abstract

This article is the outcome of research that focuses on the study of thedevelopment and implementation of multicultural values and its effect to the social and academic life of diffables studens at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The object of this discourse is multicultural values and social and academic life of diffable students. Because civitas academica especially the students come from different cultural backround such as social class, ethnic, local language, age, ability and gender, developing and implementing multicultural values which are based on three moral principles such as humanism, social justice, and democracy become very important. The tentative summary of this research based article is the development and implementation of multicultural values give strong significant to the diffable students’ social and academic life in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.Keywords: Mulicultural values, diffable, and islamic university

Abstract

The synthesis of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles is an emerging research area due to its wide range of applications, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, optics and food packaging. In this study, described the green synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles and their characteristics using Sargassum sp. extract and 0.1 M zinc nitrate as the precursors. The variations include Sargassum sp. extracts volume of 5, 10, and 20mL and the calcination temperature of 400, 500, and 600 oC. The characterization had been done such as the role of Sargassum sp. extract as a reducing agent for Zn2+ ? Zn0 confirmed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) spectra due to 450-4000 cm-1 wavelength, the size of particles using Particle Size Analyzer (PSA), image and chemical composition using Scanning Electron Microscopy with X-ray microanalysis (SEM-EDS) and crystallinity using ray powder diffraction (XRD) with Cu anode at 1.54187 Å. Analysis with PSA instrument showed that ZnO particle size increased from 607 up to 649 nm along with increasing of extract concentration from 5 up to 20% (v/v). SEM imaging showed the formation of ZnO to be predominantly spherical and EDS data confirmed the existence of zinc and oxygen in the particles obtained. XRD analysis revealed hexagonal crystal system of ZnO nanoparticles and decreased in crystallite size was observed from 31.4 to 14.7 nm with increased in calcination temperature from 400 to 600 oC.

Abstract

Perhitungan sentence similarity dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai kemiripan antar katanya. Pada beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, perhitungan sentence similarity hanya berhenti pada nilai kemiripan antar kata pada kalimat sebagai nilai akhirnya. Sedangkan pada perhitungan sentence similarity bertujuan untuk menghitung nilai kemiripan keseluruhan dalam bentuk kalimat menjadi satu nilai kemiripan secara utuh sebagai hasil akhir. Perhitungan word similarity berdasarkan contextual-nya dihitung menggunakan Word Similarity for Java (WS4J) dengan tiga pendekatan yaitu wu palmer, lin, dan path. Menghitung nilai kemiripan menggunakan WS4J hanya dapat diuraikan berdasarkan kemiripan antar kata, sehingga dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Ada dua aspek yang digunakan sebagai kriteria pada perhitungan AHP untuk menentukan nilai bobot kriterianya yaitu noun, dan verb. Dari hasil tersebut, kemudian dilakukan pembobotan dengan mengakumulasikan matriks nilai word similarity dengan nilai bobot kriteria masing-masing untuk memperoleh nilai sentence similarity.

Abstract

School is an educational institution established by the government / private sector with age-appropriate levels. Every school has a business process, such as the admission process for new students, the teaching and learning process by students and teachers, the process of supporting facilities for educational processes, is the pattern of every set of business process architecture in the school. Each school needs standardization which is continuously improved to match the national school standard (SSN) that has been set by the government in Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005. Good school standardization can be seen from the growing patterns of business architecture with high complexity, in mark the number of students, integrated teaching curriculum, and complete infrastructure to support school activities. So in this study, conducting an analysis of the growth patterns of business architecture in schools in order to facilitate decision making and as a reference in the education process so that schools can be well standardized, by measuring the level of maturity of the capabilities of processes in the architectural pattern of school business processes using Capability Maturity Model (CMM), the result of this study is an analysis of the growth patterns of school business architecture with the maturity of business process patterns in accordance with national school standards, which can provide information as a support in business process activities in schools

Abstract

The design of school information systems enterprise architecture is carried out to find detailed information about school activities based on government regulatory standards. So that the existing information system in the school business is in accordance with the existing standards of the government and there will be no errors in school activities later, a research is carried out that implements TOGAF ADM as a method in building the architecture of school information systems enterprise. Then the results obtained by business architecture include PSB (Acceptance of New Students), PA (Academic Process), PS (Release of Students), MTU (Management of Administration), MSP (Management of Facilities and Infrastructure), LAB (Laboratory), and the acquisition of architecture data, application architecture and technology architecture. So it can be concluded that the TOGAF ADM Method was successfully implemented in the School Information System Architecture and the School Information System Architecture can be used as a guide in the development and development of information systems in terms of data and information management in schools.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia as a means of learning Islam. Every Islamic boarding school in Indonesia has a different growth. The growth in the needs of Islamic boarding schools is strongly influenced by the number of new students enrolling, so it is necessary to plan and analyze the growth of the needs of Islamic boarding schools as a determinant of planning for further handling. This study aims to determine the growth of existing facilities in the boarding school in the specified operational standards. The stages of this research are knowing the history of Islamic boarding schools to determine the initial formation until they become qualified boarding schools, then we can draw a chart using Graphs to see the growing needs of each period. In the calculation, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method also has a role to analyze the value generated from the Graph calculation as a benchmark for each growth period, so as to produce growth charts of the needs of Islamic boarding schools in each period. From this research, it can be used to actualize further business architecture.
