Abstract

E-Government is often used as a framework in carrying out government operations, by utilizing the help of information and communication technology, which has been growing rapidly. The Regional Property Management is a form of Government to Government that manages management from headquarters to regional offices. The process of designing the architectural system is intended to assist the Regional Property Management Systems adjusted with 13 Cycles Regional Property Management based on Permendagri No. 17 of 2007. The method used in designing the Information System Architecture is the method of Unified Software Development Process. This method is used to building a framework that is used to developing an application. The process of Software development is divided into several phases, in which in each phases is carried out several stages repeatedly. The research process is done by designing the architecture information system of the region's property management system about planning and budgeting, which still refers to government regulation. Keywords— government to government, system architecture, Unified Software Development Process, framework.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a system of record-keeping information of Medical Record in Hospital. System device used  the development of waterfall.This research found several problems in the processing of medical records storage in Hospital, namely : (1). Storage processing of inpatient medical records have been computerized, but the recording was still using Microsoft Excel so that takes time was relatively long ; (2). Sometimes the data were fed inaccurate ;(3). The duplication of data.The suggestion was given : (1). Training and understanding of the clerk in the process and operate the report ;(2). Information system is easy to creating operate so that the officers have that has been processed from microsoft excel but to make a report with the data that has been processed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pasien Perjanjian Rawat Jalan Berbasis Web Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu : observasi, wawancara serta dilengkapi dengan kajian pustaka yang memiliki relevansi erat dengan pokok permasalahannya. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pasien perjanjian rawat jalan, yaitu:  Keterbatasannya sumber daya manusia di bagian penerimaan pasien khususnya pendaftaran Rawat jalan; Banyaknya pasien yang akan berobat ke poliklinik kandungan dan bedah; Proses perjanjian pasien rawat jalan yang masih menggunakan buku manual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memberikan saran, yaitu: Membuat sistem informasi rawat jalan agar pelayanan kesehatan dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal; Melakukan pendaftaran satu hari sebelumnya; Mengoptimalkan perancangan sistem informasi pasien perjanjian rawat jalan yang telah dirancang oleh penulis; Diadakannya pelatihan sistem informasi perjanjian pasien rawat jalan.
