Abstract

This study aims to critically analyze Education innovation in Indonesia through twenty-four precise strategies of Education strategy. This type of research is library research. Data collection by identifying discourses from books, papers or articles, journals, newspapers, internet (web), or other information related to education. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, content analysis, and scientifically critical analysis. The results of the study show that Educational innovation in Indonesia can apply twenty-four Educational strategies which include Personalization, Multi-Age Classes, Small Community Learning, Peer Group Learning, Small Group Learning Communities with other groups, Multidisciplinary Curriculum with Block Scheduling, Cooperative Learning, Cooperative Learning, Based Learning Projects, Instruction Associates, Teaching Teams, Community Service Learning, Looping Partnerships, Businesses for Assessments, Resources and Funding, Global Connections, Laptops and Wireless Technology for Learning Wherever and Anytime, Parent Engagement, Students Showing Shows, Life Skills Curriculum (Non- Academic), Meaningful Career Counseling, Social / Emotional Counseling, Open Learning, Education to serve Student Needs, Portfolio-Based Assessment and the New Paradigm of School Buildings.

Abstract

Abstract This class action research aims to determine the extent of Problem Solving Approach Can Improve Learning Outcomes of Sociology of Education in Student PGSD Univet Bantara Sukoharjo VI semester academic year 2014/2015. Results of action research shows that use of problem solving methods proven to improve learning outcomes Sociology of Education at the VI semester students PGSD even academic year 2014/2015. Improved learning outcomes sociology of education can be evidenced by the significant increase in prasiklus and each cycle. At this stage of prasiklus, the value of the average grade: 1). The number of students who declared successful in this study were students who obtain Prasiklus value ≥76 of 59 students, the first cycle a number of 86 students, and Cycle II a number of 101 students from the overall total of 112 students. 2). The number of students who otherwise have not been successful in this study were students who scored <74 of Prasiklus 53 students, the first cycle a number of 26 students, and a number of 11 students of the second cycle of the overall total of 112 students.Keywords : green school, awearness, responsibility

Abstract

Abstract This devotion aims to instill awareness and responsibility towards the environment in elementary school students. This activity was conducted in 02 primary schools with class participants Demakan 3, 4, and 5 in groups. Service activities is carried out through four stages, includes the extension (socialization), implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of results. Results devotion shows that primary school Demakan 02 Sukoharjo related to green school in the school can be taken several conclusions are: 1) There is the awareness and responsibility of environmental awareness green in SD N Demakan 02 Sukoharjo. 2) Farming with students of all ages to encourage their interest in nature and enthusiasm early in life. 3) This devotion succeeded yield as much as 110 pot polybag. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of inductive learning models assisted by wayang suket (mikayet) media to improve learning motivation in fourth grade students of SD N 03 Palur, Sukoharjo. This study uses experimental research. The research design used was pretestposttest control group design. The experimental group is class IV b using an inductive model assisted by wayang suket media, while the control group is class IV a using the lecture and question and answer method without learning media. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques usehypothesis testing. The results showed that the application of assisted inductive learning models in wayang suket (mikayet) media could increase learning motivation in fourth grade students of SD N 03 Palur, Sukoharjo. This can be seen in the difference in scores of students' learning motivation significantly in the experimental class compared to the control class. Based on the post-test t test, it is known that the average learning motivation of the experimental class is 20.00 and the average of the control class learning motivation is 18.18, so it can be concluded that the average experimental class learning motivation is 1.88 greater than control class.

Abstract

Manusia adalah mahluk yang sempurna dan mengalami perubahan dan perkembangan. Diantara teori-teori perkembangan klasik dalam pendidikan antara lain : 1) Teori Empirisme yang dikemukakan oleh Jhon Locke. Teori ini berpendapat bahwa perkembangan manusia dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman, pendidikan atau lingkungan, tidak dari factor turunan orang tuanya. b) Teori Nativisme yang dikemukakan oleh Athur Schopenhauer. Teori ini berpendapat bahwa sifat-sifat manusia tergantung dari bawaan sejak lahir atau bawaan dari orang tuanya. c) Teori Konvergensi yang dikemukakan oleh William Stem. Teori ini merupakan penggabungan dari teori sebelumnya, yaitu penggabungan dari factor turunan orang tua dan pendidikan. Dengan berjalannya kehidupan manusia yang semakin dinamis, baik pola pikir, ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi, aliran konvergensi pada umumnya diterima secara luas sebagai pandangan yang tepat dalam memahami tumbuh kembang manusia. Meskipun demikian terdapat variasi mengenai faktor-faktor mana yang paling penting dalam menentukan tumbuh kembang dalam setiap proses pendidikan.Kata Kunci: empirisme, nativisme, konvergensi
