Abstract

Abstract: Simpang Perak Jaya village subdistrict Kerinci kanan district Siak is transmigration villages, which are Transmigration Settlement Unit (UPT) Settlement Unit VII (SP) 7 region of Buatan Inti Indo Sawit Subur (IIS) that is included in the Office of the Ministry of Transmigration Dumai in region Bengkalis subistrict of Siak. Under district expansion according The Constituion Number 53 , 1999 about Siak District formation, and then Simpang Perak Jaya village under Kerinci Kanan Subsdistrict Siak District jurisdiction. This research have purpose for understanding (1) To determine the development of community education Simpang Kanan Perak Jaya Kerinci Subdistrict Siak Regency (1993-2014). (2) To knowing amount of of students who that have school in simpang perak jaya village (1993-2014). (3) To determine the number of educators in Simpang Perak Jaya jaya village (4) To determine the number of educational facilities in Simpang Perak Jaya village. (5) To determine the factors that influence the development of education in Simpang perak jaya village (1993-2014). This research use descriptive qualitative method with history approach and data accumulation including interview, litterature and documentation. The result of this research is showing that educational development in Simpang Perak Jaya Village increase as the educational employee is increasing the successing people development.Keywords: Education,SimpangPerak jaya Village

Abstract

Abstrack: The development of oil palm plantations has a dual impact on the regional economy especially in creating employment opportunities. The development of oil palm plantations has provided benefits so that it can expand the power of distributions to the surronding community. So that the development of oil palm plantations is increasingly felt the impact on workers working in the plantation sector, the impact can be seen from the increase in additional income. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the background of the establishment process of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Pantai Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency 2) to find out how the socio-economic conditions of Desa Pantai community before and after the establishment of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas in Pantai Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency 3) to find out the business that was carried out by PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas on the socio-economic community in Pantai Desa Kuantan Singingi. In this method using qualitative and quantitative methods where this will provide complete information that is useful for science. The results of this study that the coastal village community of Kuantan Singingi Regency (1995-2018) experienced a development in the socio-economic field which was influenced by the establishment of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas with an effort / program of concern for the Pantai Desa community, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Key Words: PT. Abstract:Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar was born on October 19, 1942, born in the village of Bandungrejo, East Java by parents named Kardjo Barso and Takjiman Marto Gami, Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar was thefifth child of eight siblings.The purpose of this research is to find out the life history of Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar, the struggle of Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar in Operation Seroja in 1976, the impact arising after Operation Seroja and the activities of Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar after serving in Operation Seroja. The method used is the historical method where data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis uses historical writing method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Research time starts from the submission of the proposal title until the completion of the thesis of the author. Life background of Lieutenant Colonel Syamsul Djafar who comes from underprivileged families .Lieutenant Colonel DJafar in the 1976 Seroja operation, Lieutenant Colonel. Syamsul DJafar served as an investigative officer whose function was to interrogate prisoners of war.The impact caused after the Seroja operation included two parties involved that suffered many physical and non material losses including many who died on the battlefield and in the economic and social side Decreased after finished his service in Seroja Lt. Abstract: During his second Dutch military aggression against the Republic of Indonesia on December 19,1948, he succeeded in seizing Yogyakarta and at the same time arresting President Soekarno and Vice President Mohammad Hatta. The President and Vice President had sent a wire (telegram) addressed to Mr. Syafruddin Prawiranegara, who was ordered to form an emergency government in Sumatra. The guerrilla trip of the Republic of Indonesia Emergency Government up to the South Solok district is the longest place to stay in JorongBulianNagariBidarAlam. During Mr.SyafruddinPrawiranegara and the PDRI cabinet lived and settled there, regardless of the role of the local communityThe purpose of this study is 1) To find out the chronology of the establishment of the Republic of Indonesia Emergency Government in JorongBulian, BidarAlamNagari, South Solok Regency, 2) To find out the participation of JorongBulian community, BidarAlamNagari, South Solok Regency against the Republic of Indonesia Emergency Government 1948-1949, 3) To find out the traces of the Republic of Indonesia's emergency government in JorongBulian, BidarAlamNagari, South Solok district in 1948-1949, 4) To find out the situation of BulianJorong, BidarAlamNagari, South Solok Regency after the Republic of Emergency Government Indonesia and the present. The method used is a qualitative method with a historical approach and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that the community is still shoulder to shoulder in maintaining PDRI's footsteps and cares about the history of PDRI's journey, as well as the community's hope for the government to help maintain and intensify the history of PDRI to the present generation.Key Words: Trace, PDRI, South Solok.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in the ability to speak in children aged 5-6 years through storytelling with the big book in kindergarten Bed / ABA 005 Kuok District of Kampar regency. This study is je nis studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children in group B which has 15 children in kindergarten Melati. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the method of storytelling with a big book can improve the ability to speak in children ages 5 -6 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of the ability to speak children in the first cycle by 53.7% which is the criteria began to develop (MB) and increased by 50, 2% in the second cycle be 80.7% which is very good at developing criteria (BSB). Thus, the method storytelling with big media book can improve listening skills of children ages 5 -6 years in kindergarten Bed / ABA 005 Kuok District of Kampar regency.Keywords : Speech, Storytelling Method with Media Big Book

Abstract

Abstract:The Indonesian nation in its history has experienced several government regimes with their respective advantages and disadvantages. The New Order began when there was a transfer of power from President Soeharto to General Suharto. The transfer of power was written in a March Order (Supersemar) in 1966, made by President Soekarno. The New Order was confirmed in MPRS Decree No. IX / MPRS / 1996 General Suharto to carry out the power of government. During the New Order Government, the Indonesian people naturally experienced various political problems, namely the existence and development of the 50th Petition during the New Order era. The purpose of this paper is as follows: (1) To find out the background of the formation of Petition 50 during the New Order, (2) To find out the process of preparing Petition 50 during the New Order, (3) To find out the government's response to Petition 50 during the Order New In 1980-1985, (4) To find out the impact of the Petition 50 during the New Order in 1980-1985. In this study the authors used the historical method. What is meant by the historical method is a research method used to make a systematic and objective reconstruction of the past by collecting data, evaluating in detail the evidence in detail to explain the facts and obtain strong conclusions. The 50th petition began when President Soeharto's speech in Pekanbaru in 1980 and the second speech in Cijantung on 16 April 1980 used Pancasila to bring down political opponents. Abstract:Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M. Ed is an educational figure who has many roles in advancing education in Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the educational history of Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M.Ed, to find out the role of Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M.E in advancing education, to find out the achievements of Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M.Ed and to find out the views of relatives and family towards the figure of Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M.Ed. The results of this study are Prof. Dr. H. M. Diah Z, M.Ed advancing education starting from being a teacher and lecturer, in collaboration with PT.CALTEX on the construction of the UNRI LANGUAGE LABORATORY, Following the Upgrading and Administration of Higher Education, as a facilitator in sending lecturers to take a Masters degree to a Foreign University. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data obtained from the interviews are supplemented with data obtained from books and data archives, then analyzed in their own language. Abstract

Abstract: The history of PGRI Riau is a struggle of the organization of teachers formed in 1961 to advance the welfare of teachers and to pioneer the education world in Riau. Until 2015 PGRI Riau continues to grow well and promote education in Riau this. The purpose of this research is 1) to know the background of the development of PGRI Riau in 1961-2015. 2) to know the progress of PGRI Riau from time to time. 3) to know the impact of PGRI Riau in 1961-2015. The method used in this research is the historical method of qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews and then analyzed in their own language. The location of the research is in Riau teacher building (GGR/ Gedung Guru Riau) Pekanbaru. The time of study began after the decree issued by the dean of teacher faculty of education and education of Riau University. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study provide knowledge to us that PGRI Riau is the result of teacher struggle to advance education in Riau.Keywords: PGRI Riau, organization of struggle

Abstract

Abstract: Transmigration can be seen as one of the elements of an experimental framework which is very important in land use efforts in Indonesia. This is attributed to the explosion of the population in Java and Bali. Therefore one of the allegations in Indonesia that the target of trasmigration is the population of Java. One of the areas that became the center of transmigration was the Village of Bungaraya. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the forms of livelihoods of local communities and Javanese transmigrant communities in Bungaraya. 2) To find out the economic development of the local transmigrants and Javanese transmigrants in the village of Bungaraya. 3) To see the socio-economic differences of the local people and transmigrants from Java. As for this study using qualitative and quantitative methods and data obtained from the results of interviews coupled with questionnaire / consensus questionnaire and data from the Bungaraya Village office. The results of this study are that there are enormous benefits to the socio-economic and even cultural aspects of the community both from the transmigration community from Java and the local community. In addition, the mindset of the community both from the transmigration community from Java and the local community has progressed as can be seen from changes in health education. the more advanced.Key Words:Change , Social, Culture, Economy, Transmigration

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in motor skills fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years through weaving In Ra Al Furqon Koto Perambahan Village East Kampar District Regency Of Kampar. This study is the kind of research that uses classroom action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. The subjects were children aged 5-6 years were 10 children in RA Al-Furqan. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques of fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of fine motor skills in the first cycle of 54.79% which are in developing criteria to expectations (BSH) and an increase of 43.37% in the second cycle be 78.54% which is at criteria developed very well (BSH). So, weaving can improve fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in RA Al-Furqan Koto village Encroachment Kampar District Kampar regency.Keywords: Fine Motor Skill, weaving
