Abstract

Education is a matter of life and life (life is education and education is life). The whole process of life and human life is a process of education. That?s the reason why the first paragraph in Qur?an is paragraph on education dropped the first five verses of surah al-?Alaq. The paradigm of education in the perspective of surah al-?Alaq verse 1-5, aims to develop basic human potential, so that he can become a caliph in the earth. Education can play a humanitarian role as a caliph on earth, is education that refers to a conceptual foundation, namely education based on two fundamental teachings of the Muslim beliefs and morals are as hinted in surah al-?Alaq verses 1-5. Through education pattern-based beliefs or morals, human being smart, have the provision of living a life in dignity, peaceful, responsible, confident and not easily manipulated.

Abstract

Abstract

Leadership is the process of activities of someone who has the art / ability to influence, coordinate and move individuals so that cooperation arises regularly in an effort to achieve common goals that have been established / formulated. While educational leadership, namely the process of activities influencing, moving and coordinating individuals, organizations / educational institutions to achieve certain goals that have been formulated. Leader skills operate the organization. is skill to cooperate, motivate and lead and technical skills, namely skills that must be possessed by the principal in using knowledge, methods, techniques, and equipment to complete certain tasks. Other activities that the headmaster must do as a self-developer are learning and observing daily work in the wet environment, observing management activities in a planned and creative way to develop new methods in the learning process and building networks.

Abstract

Education is a series of processes of human empowerment towards maturity, both intellectually, mentally and morally, to carry out the humanitarian function carried as a servant (abd) in front of his Khaliq and as a "preserver" (caliph) in the earth. the position of contemporary education in the midst of the spirit of national education reform, of course it is necessary to look at the meaning and role of contemporary education in this national life. Similarly, in order to find a new paradigm of contemporary education, it should begin with the existence of Islamic education in the history of national and state life. And in developing the quality of contemporary education, of course it is necessary to pay attention. First, education is increasingly demanded to appear as emerging in the development of the quality of human resources (output of education). Second, in the perspective of the world of work, an orientation to real abilities (what one can do) that can be displayed by very strong education graduates Third, as a result of globalization.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana "Penerapan Metode Eklektik Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo", dengan rumusan masalah yakni: Bagaimana penerapan metode eklektik di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo? dan Bagaimana dampak metode ekletiktik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Al-Khairaat Dolo?Tujuan penelitian skripsi ini adalah: pertama untuk mengetahui penerapan metode eklektik di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo dan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana dampak metode ekletiktik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo.Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggambarkan bahwa: (l) Penerapan metode eklektik di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo dilakukan sebagai upaya guru dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih kondusif dengan model pembelajaranyang berpusat pada siswa. Penerapan metode ekleklik dilakukan dengan menggabungkan beberapa strategi pembelajaran antara lain metode diskusi, metode ceramah, simulasi dan praktek. Guru juga menggunakan metode tersebut secara bergantian yang disesuikan dengan materi yang diajarkan. Selaln itu guru juga menggunakan alat bantu untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam mendukung penggunaan metode eklektik seperti LCD.. (2) Dampak metode ekletiktik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MTS Al-Khairaat Dolo yakni dapat membuat siswa sangat antusias dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, dan membuat suasana pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, serta menjadikan pembelajaran srswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi pembelajaran sehmgga didapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Character-based education management aims to integrate everything, both personal, spiritual, attitudes and behaviors as well as material related to the achievement of educational goals. In the process, education of all the efforts of the people involved in the process of achieving these educational goals is then effectively integrated, organized and coordinated, and all materials needed, and existing ones are used efficiently. Character-based education management in schools can be as a basic knowledge that has its own characteristics that are different from other administrative sciences that lie in its operational principles, and not in general principles. Every activity in the education administration process is directed to achieve educational goals.
