Abstract

Abstract. Kawan fish (Poropuntius tawarensis) is an endemic fish found in Danau Laut Tawar, Central Aceh, Indonesia. This species has been threatened by ecological partubation, unfrindly fishing practices and pollution.  Cryopreservation is one of the ways to maintain the presence of these fish. Cryoprotectant (CP) is a critical material in the cryopreservation and DMSO is a common CP used in cryopreservation. Hence, the aim of the present study was to determine the optimum DMSO concentration for kawan fish sperm. The completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replications were used in this study. The tested treatment was the difference of DMSO concentration, namely; 0, 3%, 6%, 9%; 12%, and 15% DMSO was combined with 5% egg yolk. The ratio of sperm to diluent is 1: 20. The cryotubes containing diluented sperm were evaporated at 5 cm from the surface of liquid nitrogen for 10 min, then stored in a liquid nitrogen container at -1960C for 2 weeks, then thawed and analyzed for the quality. The results showed that fresh sperm of kawan fish had motility of 48.67%, pH 7, milky white, with moderate consistency. The assessment of mass movements shows that the sperm has good quality. The ANOVA test showed that the addition of DMSO in diluents gavee significant effect on sperm motility, fertility and hatchability rates of fish eggs (P 0.05). The highest percentage of sperm motility and fertilization rates of fish eggs were found at concentration of 6%, respectively with the value of 46.67% and 45.67%, respectively. The highest percentage of hatching rate was also found in similar concentration of DMSO with the value of 19.33%. %. The DNA integrity test using the electrophoresis gel method showed that there was damage to DNA fish sperm after freezing, the the lower damage was found at 9% and 12% DMSO. It is concluded that the optimum concentration of DMSO for kawan fish sperm is at 6% of DMSO. Key words: kawan fish (Poropuntius tawarensis), cryopreservation, DMSO, DNA integrity Abstrak. Ikan kawan (Poropuntius tawarensis) merupakan ikan endemik yang terdapat di Danau Laut Tawar, Aceh Tengah, Indonesia. Menurut IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), ikan ini termasuk ikan yang terancam punah oleh sebab kerusakan lingkungan, penangkapan tidak ramah lingkungan dan polusi. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga keberadaan ikan tersebut adalah dengan penerapan metode kriopreservasi sperma. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi DMSO optimum dan melihat kerusakan DNA yang terjadi pada sperma ikan kawan(Poropontius tawarensis) pasca pembekuan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan.Perlakuan yang diuji adalah perbedaan konsentrasi DMSO dengan konsentrasi 0; 3%; 6%; 9%; 12% dan 15%.DMSO tersebut dikombinasikan dengan 5% kuning telur. Perbandingan sperma dengan pengencer adalah 1 : 20. Semua cryotube yang berisi sperma dan pengencer diuapkan pada jarak 5 cm dari permukaan nitrogen cair selama 10 menit, selanjutnya, disimpan dalam kontainer nitrogen cair bersuhu -1960C untuk disimpan selama 2 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sperma segar ikan kawan memiliki nilai motilitas sebesar 48,67%, pH 7, berwarna putih susu, dengan konsistensi sedang. Penilaian gerakan massa menujukkan bahwa sperma tersebut berkualitas baik. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa penambahan DMSO dalam pengencer berpengaruh nyata terhadap motilitas, fertilitas dan daya tetas telur ikan kawan (Poropontius tawarensis) (P 0,05) setelah pembekuan. Selanjutnya, uji lanjut Duncan menunjukkan bahwa persentase motilitas sperma dan pembuahan telur ikan kawan tertinggi terdapat pada penambahan DMSO dengan konsentrasi 6%, masing-masing sebesar 46,67% dan 45,67%. Persentase penetasan telur tertinggi juga dijumpai pada perlakuan 6% DMSO, dengan nilai 19,33%. Hasil uji integritas DNA menggunakan metode elektrofresis gel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kerusakan pada DNA sperma ikan pasca pembekuan, Kerusakan yang terendah terdapat pada konsentrasi DMSO 9% dan 12%. Namun secara umum, disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi optimum untuk kriopreservasi ikan kawan adalah 6% DMSO.Kata kunci: ikan kawan (Poropuntius tawarensis), kriopreservasi, DMSO, integritas DNA

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted onJuly 2018 in Lake Laut Tawar, Aceh Tengah District.This study aims to determine the abundance of fingerling fish and the availability of natural feed found in Lake Laut Tawar. The gillnet was used to sample the fingerling fish at three stations, including station 1 (One-one), station 2 (Toweren) and station 3 (Rawe) forweek. The parameters of measured water quality are at temperature, pH, DO (dissovlet oxygen), depth, and brightness. Sampling of natural feed (plankton extraction) was carried out at the place of fish collection, then prepared a standard plankton, and identified using microscopy. The results showed the highest abundance of fingerling fish obtained was thekeperas fish (Cyclocheilichthys apogon), with an abundance of 75%. While the lowest abundance value is kawan fish species (Poropontius bargensis), with 4% abundance value, and the highest plankton abundance in Lake Laut Tawar waters is at station 2 with an abundance value of 69.2485 ind / mL and the lowest abundance value is at 1 with an abundance value of 38.0637 ind / mL. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the abundance of fingerling fish is related to the availability of natural food in the waters of Lake Laut Tawar.Keywords: Abundance;Fingerling fish;Natural food;Lake laut tawar. Abstrak. Telah dilakukan penelitianpada Juli 2018tentang studi kelimpahan fingerling ikan terhadap ketersediaan pakan alami di perairan Danau Laut Tawar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan fingerling fishdan ketersediaan pakan alami yang terdapat di perairan Danau Laut Tawar. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dari persiapan alat tangkap, penangkapan fingerlingikan pengukuran kualitas perairan,dan pengambilansampel pakan alami (pengambilan plankton). Alat tangkap yang digunakan ialah jaring joran (Gill net)dengan ukuran 1 inchi. Penangkapan  fingerling fishdilakukan pada tigastasiun, diantaranya stasiun 1(One-one),stasiun 2(Toweren)dan stasiun 3 (Rawe) dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan satu kali dalam satu minggu.Parameter kualitas perairanyang diukur ialah pada suhu, pH, oksigen terlarut, kedalaman, dan kecerahan.Pengambilansampel pakan alami (pengambilan plankton)dilakukan ditempat pengambilan ikan, kemudian menyiapkan plankton standard, dan diidentifikasi dengan mengunnakanmikroskop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelimpahan tertinggi fingerling ikan yang didapatkan ialah jenis ikan Keperas (Cyclocheilichthys apogon),dengan nilai kelimpahan 75 %. Sedangkan nilai kelimpahan yang terendah ialah jenis ikan Kawan (Poropontius tawarensis),dengan nilai kelimpahan 4  %, dan kelimpahan plankton tertinggi pada perairan Danau Laut Tawar terdapat pada stasiun 2 dengan nilai kelimpahan 69,2485 ind/mL dan nilai kelimpahan yang terendah terdapat pada stasiun 1 dengan nilai kelimpahan 38,0637 ind/mL. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelimpahan fingerling fishberkaitan denganketersediaan pakan alami di perairan Danau Laut Tawar.Kata kunci:Kelimpahan;fingerling fish;Pakan alami;Danau laut tawar.

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to determine the optimum dosage of papain enzyme for snakehead fish (Channa striata). The study was done at the laboratory of veterinary medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University from January to March 2016. The complete random design method was utilized in this study and seven levels of papain dosages were tested in this study namely; 0.0%/kg, 0.5%/kg, 1.0%/kg, 1.5%/kg, 2.0%/kg, 2.5%/kg, dan 3.0%/kg of feed.  The experimental fish were fed on an experimental diet two times a day on 8 AM and 5 PM at feeding level at 5% body weight for 70 days. The results showed that the absolute growth rate of the weight gain ranged between 1.50 g and 3.24 g, daily growth rate between 0.02 g per day to 0.04 g per day, the specific growth rate ranged from 1.75% per day to 2.42% per day, survival rate reached 100%, feed conversion ratio ranged from 1.93 to 2.39, feed efficiency ranged between 41.96% and 51.67%, protein retention ranged between 15.14% and 30.72% and protein digestion ranged from 47.51% to 84.62%. The Anova test showed that enzyme papain gave the significant effect on the absolute weight gain, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, feed efficiency, protein retention, and protein digestion (P<0.05), but did not give the significant effect on survival rate (P>0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that the optimum lead level of papain in the diet of snakehead fish is 3.0 %/kg of feed.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis enzim papain yang optimal dalam pakan buatan, terhadap tingkat pemanfaatan protein dalam pakan dan laju pertumbuhan ikan gabus (Channa striata). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Akuatik Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Syiah Kuala pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor yang diuji perbedaan dosis enzim papain; 0,0%/kg, 0,5%/kg, 1,0%/kg, 1,5%/kg, 2,0%/kg, 2,5%/kg, dan 3,0%/kg. Pakan diberikan 2 kali sehari 5% dari bobot tubuh (08.00 dan 17.00 WIB) selama 70 hari. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa enzim papain berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, retensi protein dan ketercernaan protein (P<0,05), tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan gabus (P>0,05). Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai pertumbuhan bobot mutlak berkisar antara 1,50 g – 3,24 g, laju pertumbuhan harian berkisar antara 0,02 g perhari – 0,04 g perhari, laju pertumbuhan spesifik berkisar antara 1,75 % perhari – 2,42 % perhari, tingkat kelangsungan hidup 100%, rasio konversi pakan berkisar antara 1,93 – 2,39, efisiensi pakan berkisar antara 41,96 % - 51,67 %, retensi protein berkisar antara 15,14 % - 30,72 % dan ketercernaan protein berkisar antara 47,51 % - 84,62 %. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan dosis enzim papain yang terbaik untuk ikan gabus adalah 3,0%/kg pakan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was  to determine the effect of mackerel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) and bread yeast on the growth rate of Brachionus plicatilis. Research was conducted at Laboratory of Brackish water Aquaculture Development Center, Ujung Batee on August 2016. This study was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications. The treatments were A (Nannochloropsis sp.), B (Nannochloropsis sp. + Euthynnus affinis 3 g + 0.15 g bread yeast), C (Nannochloropsis sp. + Euthynnus affinis 3 g + 0.30 g bread yeast), D (Nannochloropsis sp. + Euthynnus affinis 3 g + 0.45 g bread yeast), and E (Nannochloropsis sp. + Euthynnus affinis 3 g + 0.60 g bread yeast). The result of  ANOVA showed that the addition  of Euthynnus affinis and bread yeast enrichment gave the significant effect (P <0.05) on the growth rate of Brachionus plicatilis. The highest growth rate of Brachionus plicatilis was obtained at treatment E which is 5,33 ± 0,55 ind.ml-1.day-1, while the lowest growth rate of Brachionus plicatilis obtained at treatment A which is 4.40 ± 0.24 ind.ml-1.day-1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ikan tongkol dengan penambahan ragi roti  terhadap laju pertumbuhan populasi Brachionus plicatilis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2016 di Balai Budidaya Air Payau (BBAP) Ujung batee. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima taraf perlakuan dan empat kali pengulangan. Perlakuan A  (Nannochloropsis sp.), B (Nannochloropsis sp. + ikan tongkol 3 g + ragi roti 0,15 g), C (Nannochloropsis sp. + ikan tongkol 3 g + ragi roti 0,30 g), D (Nannochloropsis sp. + ikan tongkol 3 g + ragi roti 0,45 g), dan E (Nannochloropsis sp. + ikan tongkol 3 g + ragi roti 0,60 g). Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ikan tongkol dan ragi roti berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan populasi Brachionus plicatilis. Nilai laju pertumbuhan Brachionus plicatilis tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan E yaitu 5,33 15 ± "> 0,55 ind.ml-1.hari-1, sedangkan laju pertumbuhan populasi Brachionus plicatilis terendah diperleh pada perlakuan A yaitu 4,40 15 ± "> 0,24 ind.ml-1.hari-1.

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the length weight relationship of the marble goby (Oxyeleotris marmorata) in Ulim River, Pidie Jaya District, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The sampling was conducted at three sampling locations during February to May 2016. The Linear Allometric Model (LAM) and Relative weight condition factors were performed in this study. The study b value ranged between 2.70 to 2.74 indicate a negative allometric growth pattern. The relative weight condition factor was tended to 100. It means that the Ulim Rivers is still in good condition.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan panjang berat dan factor kondisi ikan betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata) di Sungai Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksploratif pada tiga lokasi sampling selama Februari 2016 sampai Mei 2016 sebanyak 12 kali sampling. Model yang digunakan adalah Linear Allometric dan Faktor kondisi berat relative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai  b berkisar 2,70 sampai 2.74 memunjukkan pola pertumbuhan allometric negative dan factor kondisi berat relatif mendekai 100, bermakna kondisi perairan masih dalam kondisi yang seimbang.

Abstract

The objective of present study was to determine the optimum level of papain in the diet of keureling fish (Tor tambra). The complete random design was utilized in this study. Six levels of papain dosage were tested in triplicates, i.e. 0 (control); 17.5 mg kg-1, 20.0 mg kg-1, 22.5 mg kg-1, 25.0 mg kg-1 and 27.5 mg kg-1 of feed. The experimental fish were fed the experimental diet two times a day at 8 AM and 5 PM at feeding level of 5% body weight for 90 days. The Anova test result showed that papain enzyme gave a significant effect on the weight gain, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, survival rate, feed conversion ratio and feed efficiency (P<0.05). The Duncan multi-rage test result showed that the higher values for all measured parameters were obtained at the dosage of 27.5 mg kg-1. Abstract

The existence of fish aggregating devices (FADs) in a waters is able to establish a new fishing ground that potential waters. FADs are able to attract the attention of the gathering of fishes and other aquayic organisms around it, increasing the density of fish around FADs can increase the chances of successful catching operation, and therefore the FADs has benefited significantly to increase the capture fishery production significantly. The purposes of the research were to evaluate the catching composition of purse seine production  using FADs and non FADs, and to examine the fectiveness of FADs. This research was conducted on February 1 - 28, 2018 located at Pusong Waters, Lhokseumawe City. The survey  method was used in this study. The direct sampling by following the fisherman in fishing activities was performed both the purse seine with FADs and no FADs. Total purse seine catches during the research were 4,320 kg consisting of Long Jawed Mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) 1,280 kg (29.63%), Decapterus Fish ( Decapterus sp.) 350 kg (8,107%), skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) 845 kg (19.56 %), tuna fish (Euthynnus affinis) 720 kg (16.67%), Torpedo scad (Megalaspis cordyla) 300 kg (6.94%), Queenfish 140 kg (3.24%), and starry triggerfish (Abalistes stellaris) 685 kg (15.86%). It was concluded that the purse seine used FADs is more effective  compared to the a purse seine that does not use FADs.Keberadaan rumpon di suatu perairan mampu menarik perhatian berkumpulnya ikan dan organisme lain disekitarnya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil tangkapan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komposisi hasil tangkapan purse seine yang menggunakan rumpon dan purse seine yang tidak menggunakan rumpon, dan menilai efektivitas rumpon dalam mengumpulkan ikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 01 - 28 Februari 2018 bertempat di Perairan Pusong, Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan mengikuti nelayan dalam kegiatan penangkapan ikan, baik nelayan purse seine yang menggunakan rumpon dan nelayan purse seine yang tidak menggunakan rumpon. Data ikan hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh dihitung jumlah ikan hasil tangkapan dan diidentifikasi spesies ikan dan selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan hasil tangkapan nelayan yang menggunakan rumpon dan ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan yang tidak menggunakan rumpon. Total hasil tangkapan purse seine selama penelitian sebanyak 4.320 kg terdiri dari kembung (Rastrelliger sp.) 1.280 kg (29,63%), layang (Decapterus sp.) 350 kg (8,107%), cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis) 845 kg (19,56%), tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) 720 kg (16,67 %), tegang ekor/tetengkek (Megalaspis cordyla) 300 kg (6,94 %), talang/daun bamboo (Scomberoides lysan) 140 kg (3,24%), dan ayam-ayam (Abalistes stellaris) 685 kg (15,86 %).  Dari kedua jenis kegiatan penangkapan ikan tersebut, maka purse seine menggunakan rumpon lebih efektif dibandingkan purse seine yang tidak menggunakan rumpon sebagai daerah penangkapan ikan.

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the migration time of glass eels (Anguilla spp.)  in the estuary of  Lambeuso River, Aceh Jaya District, Indonesia. The survey was done in March and June 2015.  The sampling location was determined based on an initial survey during February 2015 by considering the river condition. Based on initial survey there are no glass eels were recorded during noon time, and therefore the sampling was focused at night. The sampling was done four times a month (weekly basis) for three months (12 times in total) using trap nets based on Hijri Calendar. The trap was settled up to opposite direction of tide (seaward) from 18.00 PM to 06.00 AM  and the catches glass eels were monitoring one-hour interval.  A total of 131 glass eels were sampled during the study, where the samples were only caught on first (new month) and fourth week (old month) base on Hijri Calender  during spring tide and  no glass eels were sampled during second and third weeks. It was concluded that the migration time of the glass eels (Anguilla spp.) in Lambeso Rivers is during the dark moon at the new and old month of Hijri Calendar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to obtain side-effect increasing of the guava leaves besed on transportation time for survival, changes in blood glucose, and respons climbing gouramy fish. This study was carried on September 2018. The samples were transported for 10 hours trip by car. The manufactured of extract of guava leaves was done in the laboratory Faculty of animal husbandry Syiah Kuala University. The method was used in this study was completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 repetitions. The parameters tested were survival, blood glucose, the response, the quality of water temperature, pH, and DO. The treatments of this study were treatment A 0-2 hours, treatment B 2-4 hours, treatment C 4-6 hours, treatment D 6-8 hours, and treatment E 8-10 hours. Based on the results of ANNOVA test showedthat extract of guava leaves real influence P 0,05 against survival, blood glucose, and the respons. The best treatment with the value of the highest survival in this study were treatments A, B, C, and D with the range of value 90,00 %, the change of lowest glucose was obtained in treatment D 6-8 hours with the decline of 6 mg/dL. Keywords : guava leaves, climbing gouramy fish, blood glucose, fish respons ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak daun jambu biji pada sistem transportasi terhadap kelangsungan hidup, perubahan glukosa darah, dan respon tingkah laku ikan betok. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan September 2018. Transportasi dilakukan selama 10 jam perjalanan menggunakan alat transportasi (mobil). Pembuatan ekstrak daun jambu biji dilakukan di Laboratorium Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali pengulangan. Parameter yang diuji adalah kelangsungan hidup, glukosa darah, respon tingkah laku, dan kualitas air yang meliputi suhu, pH, dan DO. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu perlakuan A (0-2 jam), perlakuan B (2-4 jam), perlakuan C (4-6 jam), perlakuan D (6-8 jam), dan perlakuan E (8-10 jam). Berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun jambu biji berpengaruh nyata P 0,05 terhadap kelangsungan hidup, glukosa darah. Perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada penelitian ini adalah perlakuan A, B, C, dan D, dengan nilai berkisar 90,00 %, perubahan glukosa terendah didapatkan pada perlakuan D (6-8 jam) dengan penurunan 6 mg/dL. Kata Kunci:  daun jambu biji, ikan betok, glukosa darah, tingkah laku ikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis experiment was conducted to examine the effect of stocking density on the growth of giant gouramy seed cultured in the aquarium. Fish were stocked at the density of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 fish /L. Fish were fed ad libitum with feeding frequency 3 times a day. ANOVA test showed that the different stocking density significantly affected absolute length growth, absolute weight growth, and survival rate of Osphronemus gouramy seeds (P 0.05), but did not significantly affect the specific growth rate and  diversity coefficient (P 0.05). The results of this study indicated that the best stocking density was found in the density of 8 fish/L. The highest value of absolute length growth was 1,23 ±  0,03 cm, absolute weight growth was 0,22 ±  0,05 g, specific growth rate was 2,53 ±  0,61% per day, survival was 87,50 ± 2,50 % and diversity coefficient was 16,29 ±  4,11%.Keywords : stocking density, gouramy, Osphronemus gouramyABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh padat penebaran terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan gurami yang dipelihara dalam akuarium. Jumlah ikan yang ditebar pada penelitian ini yaitu 2, 4, 6, 8 dan 10 ekor/liter. Pakan diberikan secara ad libitum dengan frekuensi 3 kali/hari. Hasil uji ANOVA  menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan padat penebaran berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, pertumbuhan berat mutlak, dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan gurami Osphronemus gouramy (P 0,05), tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan koefisien keragaman panjang (P 0,05). Pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai tertinggi dari pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 1,23 ±  0,03 cm, pertumbuhan berat mutlak 0,22 ±  0,05 gr, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 2,53 ±  0,61% perhari, kelangsungan hidup 87,50 ± 2,50 % dan koefisien keragaman panjang 16,29 ±  4,11 %  pada padat penebaran 8 ekor/liter. Kata kunci: padat tebar, gurami, Osphronemus gouramy.
