Abstract

This research was aimed to indentify land cover change in coastal area of Kendari Bay in period 2003 to 2009. The satellite imagery data (Ikonos and Quick Bird) collected in 2003 and 2009 were used in this research to obtain the land cover change. The method used in this research was comparing the classification of satellite imagery. Field survey was conducted using handheld GPS for ground truth.  The result of this research showed us the land use change in period 2003-2009. Mangrove vegetation decreased 56.57 Ha and the fishpond also decreased 205.5 Ha. The primary forest decreased into 3.28 Ha in year 2009. The secondary forest also decreases 124.84 Ha. In the same time the urban area increased from 382.37 Ha in year 2003 to 674.37 Ha in 2009. The land use change also occured for the public space which increased from 6.49 Ha in 2003 to 18.46 Ha in 2009 or increased 11,97 Ha.

Abstract

The Budget Plan is one of the main processes in a project because it is the basis for creating a budget framework to be issued. The Budget Plan is indispensable for calculating a building or project with the many costs required for materials and wages, as well as other costs associated with building or project implementation. For that required a careful calculations of the total cost of manufacture, volume of work, type of work, material prices and wage handyman in accordance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI).The results of research that has been done is an application that can facilitate user activity to plan the cost of housing construction. With the menus contained in this application can help users to prepare for the needs of what is needed if you want to build a residence such as materials, wage handyman and the price of materials. Abstract

Salah satu teknologi yang efektif untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai penggunaan lahan adalah teknologi penginderaan jauh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah citra sentinel 2A yang tergolong dalam citra resolusi menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengidentifikasi penggunaan lahan dengan metode berbasis piksel dan objek pada citra Sentinel 2A. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada peneltian ini yaitu metode supervised dan unsupervised untuk klasifikasi berbasis piksel dan metode OBIA untuk klasifikasi berbasis objek, sedangkan untuk uji akurasi menggunakan metode matriks konfusi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah: klasifikasi penggunaan lahan berbasis piksel menunjukkan klasifikasi 8 kelas didominasi oleh objek lahan terbangun seluas 2.061,03 Ha, sedangkan untuk klasifikasi berbasis objek menunjukkan klasifikasi 8 kelas didominasi oleh objek lahan terbangun seluas 3.569,77 Ha. Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Lahan, Klasifikasi Berbasis Piksel, Klasifikasi Berbasis Objek
