Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan sastra terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, penelitian ini mengarah kepada besar kecilnya atau kuat lemahnya kadar pengaruh antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasilnya dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Sig = 0,000 dan thitung = 4,039, sedangkan ttabel = 2,002, karena nilai Sig < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan sastra terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadap ekuitas nilai dalam benak pelanggan Batik Air; (2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh ekuitas nilai di dalam benak pelanggan Batik Air; dan (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelayanan prima di dalam benak para pelanggan Batik Airlines. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan causal explanations, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Batik Air yang berada di ruang tunggu keberangkatan domestik Terminal 1C Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 978 orang dengan responden 91 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan prima punya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekuitas nilai. Pelayanan prima yang diterapkan oleh maskapai Batik Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta berada pada kategori tinggi. Penilaian tertinggi ialah pada dimensi empati, sementara penilaian yang terendah berada pada dimensi daya tanggap. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh angka R2 adalah sebesar 0,575 atau (57,5%) yang menunjukkan persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen (X1-X5) terhadap variabel dependen ekuitas nilai adalah sebesar 57,5%, sementara sisanya sebesar 42,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tak diserakan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Service excellence, brand equity, kepuasan pelanggan, Batik Air

Abstract

The Salak Mountain II Resort Area, Halimun Salak National Park has several ecotourism objects that have a good ecotourist attraction. In the Salak Mountain II Resort area,  there are several actors who have a role in management, where there are several obstacles faced during the course of the activity. The objectives in this study are 1) identifying elements in the management structure variables; 2) analyze the goals variable of ecotourism development, needs variable of ecotourism development, activity programs variable of ecotourism development, obstacles variable of ecotourism development, and actors variable of ecotourism development; 3) making the model of ecotourism management structuring. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis. The results of the study shown that the desired goals in managing the area are the conservation of natural resources and their ecosystems, and providing education to the community about environmental management. The desired need in area management is the existence of ecotourism legality. Some of the desired program activities in regional development and management are agrotourism, local cultural and artistic attractions, ecotourism, and natural recreation. Some obstacles in the development and management of the area are the limited human resources that have knowledge, skills in managing ecotourism areas and changes in the status of the utilization zone to the ecotourism zone. Salak Mountain II Resort Office, Koperasi Khalifah, Village-Owned Business Entity are actors who have very strong driving factors and function as variable linkage. Each element in the variable has different strengths as a driver and dependency.

Abstract

Yellow alder flower, with Indonesian name bunga pukul delapan, can influence the existence of phytophagous and entomophagous insect around any crops. The existence of these phytophagous and entomophagous insects would affect the diversity of predator and parasitoid insect species that come to these crops. This research was aimed to study the role of yellow alder flower in their influence of the presence of predatory and parasitoid insect that active in the Turnera subulata dan Turnera ulmifolia. The research was conducted at July to August 2017 in palm oil plantation of PT. Tania Selatan branch Burnai Timur 1. The results showed that phytophagous insect found in the yellow alder flower belonging to 6 orders and 25 families.  Meanwhile for the entomophagous insect, it was belonging to the 7 orders and 15 families. The diversity index in Turnera subulate and Turnera ulmifolia was in range of 0.063 and 2.912 or higher than 2. The dominant index was low (in range of 0.091 to 0.125) and the evenness index was high enough in range 0.738 – 0.752.

Abstract

The Novel Analysis Menggapai Matahari created by Dermawan Wibisono viewed from the sociology aspect of literary. The purpose of this research is to described the aspects of sociology the work of literature in Menggapai Matahari. The methodology used in this research was a method of from the analysis of the contents of the descriptive. The novel have been analyzed based on the aspect of sociology literature, (1 ) the element of a social system: a political system as many as 3 points, a system of belief as many as 7 points, the economic system as many as 2 points, and the system of education as many as 7 points, (2) value system as many as 2 points and a system of an idea as many as 3 points , and (3) surveillance equipment sent to the culture as many as 3 points.

Abstract

The problem in this research was lack of learning model used in an effort to improve the results of the obrien style shot put. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of learning models pair and in group on the results of the obrien style shot put in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Gisting. This research used comparative experimental method. The samples were taken 32 students. The research instrument used pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using t test analysis. Results of pair model is obtained thitung= 6.928 and ttabel = 2.131, group model is obtained thitung= 3.782 and ttabel = 2.131. Because of thitung is larger of the ttabel, so that Ho is refused and Ha is accepted.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil tolakan pada tolak peluru gaya obrien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berpasangan dan berkelompok terhadap hasil tolak peluru gaya obrien pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Gisting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen tipe komparatif. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 32 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji t. Hasil kelompok berpasangan didapat thitung = 6,928 dan ttabel = 2,131, kelompok berkelompok didapat thitung = 3,782 dan ttabel = 2,131. Karena hasil thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kata Kunci: gaya obrien, model pembelajaran berkelompok, model pembelajaran berpasangan, tolak peluru.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Daging ayam merupakan salah satu sumber bahan pangan hewani yang mengandung gizi yang cukup tinggi berupa protein dan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan kulit pisang lilin terhadap pertumbuhan ayam pedaging. Disiapkan Ayam pedaging berusia 1 hari. Digunakan rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 2 kali ulangan dengan konsentrasi 0% (kontrol), 25%,50%,75% dan 100% kulit pisang. Serta analisis menggunakan Analisis Varian (ANAVA), jika terdapat perbedaan antara perlakuan tersebut dapat dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa pertambahan berat tubuh ayam pedaging paling baik adalah 0% kulit pisang dengan 289,04 g tetapi, hasil tertinggi pakan campuran antara kulit pisang dan pur komersial terdapat pada konsentrasi (25%) kulit pisang 259,20 gram, (50%) 250,92 gram, (75%) 251,69 gram sedangkan hasil terendah hingga mengakibatkan ayam pedaging mati terdapat pada perlakuan (100%) kulit pisang 64,21 gram. Faktor utama rendahnya hingga mengakibatkan matinya ayam pedaging pada perlakuan 100% kulit pisang disebabkan oleh kandungan C/N yang terdapat pada kulit pisang yang tinggi terutama pada kandungan N-Total yang tinggi mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan rasio C/N sehingga tidak terjadi proses mineralisasi atau meningkatnya kandungan dalam pakan dengan baik. Serta dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Semakin tinggi konsentrasi pakan yang diberikan terhadap pakan ayam pedaging berpengaruh semakin rendahnya pertumbuhan rerata ayam pedaging. Serta pakan olahan yang terbuat dari kulit pisang lilin pada konsentrasi 25%-75% seluruhnya dapat dikonsumsi ayam pedaging guna menambah berat badan pada ayam pedaging karena memiliki hasil yang tidak berbeda signifikan. Kata Kunci: Broilers, Kulit pisang lilin, pertumbuhan, kecepatan konsumsi   ABSTRACT The research of candles banana skin (Musa zabrina Van Houtte) utilization (Gallus gallus domesticus) has been done. The research aims to find the utilization of candle banana skin as an alternative feed for broilers growth. This research was being used 1-day old broiler. And using competely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 2 repititions this research was being used candles banana skin extract with 0% control 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% concentration.the analized was being used variant analysis (ANOVA), it could continu with Least Significent Difference (LSD) if there is a difference between the treatments with 95% confidence level. The result of this research show that the best gain of broiler, weight, is using 0% candles banana skin extract 289.04 grams. However, this result of mixing feed between candles banana skin and comercial put highhest in (25%) candles banana skin consentration 259.20 grams, (50%) 250.92 grams, (75%) 251.65 grams whie the lowest result that cousing the death of broiler is in (100%) candle banana extract consentration treatment because of high C/N contained. espescially on the high   N-Total cause the decrease of C/N ratio so that there is on mineralization procers on in creasing the feed contained. The conclution is the concentration of the feed given to broilers, it aaffects the low growth average of broilers the feed in 25%- 75% concentrations can consumed by the broilers to increase the weight. Abstract

Indonesia memiliki lahan mangrove seluas 4,255 juta ha, termasuk yang terluas di dunia. Salah satu species yang banyak tumbuh di lahan mangrove adalah Rhizophora mucronata. Potensi tanaman mangrove di Bontang sebagai bahan baku pewarna alami cukup memadai. Luas tanam 2.935 ha menempati luasan sekitar 70% dari lahan yang tersedia. Luasan tersebut, terdapat sekitar 3 juta pohon jenis ini bila dianggap jarak tanam 2 m x 2 m, dengan anggapan bahwa  setiap tahun satu batang pohon spesies ini menghasilkan 50 kg buah dan  50% buah tersebut dipergunakan untuk pembibitan maka masih tersedia sebanyak 75.000 ton buah sebagai bahan baku pewarna alami. Apabila perolehan proses ini sebesar 5% maka berpotensi diperoleh pewarna alami sebanyak 3.750 ton. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan zat warna alami dari buah mangrove spesies Rhizopora mucronata dilakukan dengan proses ekstraksi menggunakan pelarut air pada perbandingan massa bahan terhadap pelarut 1 : 10, suhu 100 °C selama 60 menit. Zat  warna  tersebut kemudian dipekatkan dengan proses evaporasi hingga volume tinggal 30%. Selanjutnya ekstrak dimanfaatkan untuk pewarnaan pada kain batik. Pada penelitian ini dipelajari pengaruh jumlah pencelupan : 5 kali, 7 kali, dan 10 kali terhadap hasil pewarnaan pada kain. Selain itu dipelajari juga pengaruh larutan fixer terhadap hasil pewarnaan pada kain. Larutan fixeryang digunakan pada percobaan ini yaitu tawas, kapur tohor dan tunjung. Untuk kain yang dicelupkan pada fixer tawas, memberikan warna yang lebih muda. Pencelupan zat warna dengan fixer kapur tohor memberikan warna coklat, sesuai warna asli ekstrak buah mangrove dan fixer dengan tunjung memberikan warna kehitaman.

Abstract

The research was purposed to inventory and identification types of entomofag and phytophage insects on Passionflower Flower Plants in the area of PT. South Tania Branch East Burnai I. The area of research in PT. Tania Selatan East Iango Branch I is  ± 20 hectares, dominated by two species of Passionflower Flower, there are Passionflower Yellow Flower (Turnera subulata J.E SM.) and Passionflower White Flower (Turnera ulmifolia L.). Entomofag and phytophage insects were collected using d-vaccum, and sweep net in every kind of Passionflower Flowers, started July until August 2017. The identification of entomofag and phytophage insects were done in the University of Sriwijaya Postgraduate Laboratory. The results of the study were 8 orders, 34 families and 48 species on Turnera subulata plants, and 9 orders, 26 families, 36 species on Turnera ulmifolia plants. The value of diversity index from entomofag and phytophage insects in Turnera subulata  were 2.912 plant and the value of diversity index from entomofag and phytophage insects in Turnera subulata plants were 2.603.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fermented cassava flour substitution on the sensory assessment of snakehead fish nuggets and the proximate test (moisture, ash, fat, crude fiber, protein, and starch contents). This research used a Completely Random Design (CRD) with N0 (0% fermented cassava flour + 100% tapioca flour), N1 (20% fermented cassava flour + 80% tapioca flour), N2 (40% fermented cassava + 60% tapioca flour), N3 (60% fermented cassava flour + 40% tapioca flour), N4 (80% fermented cassava flour: 20% tapioca flour), and N5 (100% fermented cassava flour + 0% tapioca flour). Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that 24 units of data were obtained. The variables observed were sensory assessment and proximate test of snakehead fish nuggets. The results show that based on the sensory assessment, the product most preferred by the panelists was N3 (60% fermented cassava flour, 40% tapioca flour) with color, aroma, texture, and taste scores of 4.17 (golden brown), 4.12 (has a fresh fish aroma), 4.18 (chewy), and 4.10 (delicious), respectively. Meanwhile, the proximate test values show the selected product has 25.75% water content, 1.04% ash content, 18.22% fat content, 1.51% crude fiber, 5.89% protein content, and 47.59% starch content. The results show that snakefish nuggets made from fermented cassava flour and tapioca flour were preferred (accepted) by panelists and had a fairly high proximate value.Keywords: snakehead fish nugget, fermented cassava flour, snakehead fish, sensory value. ABSTRAK            Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung ubi kayu fermentasi terhadap penilaian sensorik nugget ikan gabus dan uji proksimat (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar serat kasar, kadar protein dan kadar pati) yang terdapat pada nugget ikan gabus. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan N0 (0% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 100% tepung tapioka), N1 (20% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 80% tepung tapioka ), N2 (40% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 60% tepung tapioka), N3 (60% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 40% tepung tapioka), N4 (80% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi : 20% tepung tapioka) dan N5 (100% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi + 0% tepung tapioka). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 24 unit data. Variabel yang diamati adalah penilaian sensorik dan pengujian proksimat nugget ikan gabus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian sensorik terpilih oleh panelis terdapat pada komposisi 60% tepung ubi kayu fermentasi, 40% tepung tapioka dengan skor penilaian terhadap warna 4.17% (coklat keemasan), aroma 4.12% (berbau ikan segar), tekstur 4.18% (kenyal), rasa 4.10% (enak) dan nilai uji proksimat meliputi: kadar air 25.75%, kadar abu 1.04%, kadar lemak 18.22%, serat kasar 1.51%, kadar protein 5.89%, dan kadar pati 47.59%. Hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa nugget ikan gabus formulasi tepung ubi kayu fermentasi dan tepung tapioka disukai (diterima) oleh panelis dan memiliki nilai proksimat yang cukup tinggi.Kata kunci: nugget ikan gabus, tepung ubi kayu fermentasi, ikan gabus, nilai sensorik.
