Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors driving the increase in local revenue (PAD) to the Government of Banyumas. This research was conducted at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Banyumas (DPPKAD). The study was conducted with a qualitative approach to the use of internal DPPKAD officials as informants to provide valid informations what drives revenue generating Banyumas. According to the results of research and analysis, several factors driving the increase in revenue Banyumas, among others: (1) The existence of local enterprises (BUMD) as a contributor to revenue, (2) existence of policies undertaken by the Government of Banyumas Regency relevant for collection of the PAD, (3) Reward System granted to the parties relating to the acceptance of PAD and (4) the innovation made as a driver of local revenue from PAD which includes (a) Conformation to the taxpayer, (b) The Integrated team, (c) Revaluated property and land value of Property tax, and (d) Perform Socialization of a Local Taxes.

Abstract

Corporate performance is ability a company to result it benefit on sale, assets and capital surest.This Research to test connection islamic corporategovernance, and corporate performance.Control Mechanicsism of islamic corporategovernance that use is shidiq, amanah, tabligh,fathanah, istiqamah dan qana?ah. This Research to use it descriptive research method withprimary data type. Sample on this research is UMKM in the Semarang. Data Analysical with touse it program SPSS 20, test classic assumption to use it test normality, test multikolinearity,and test heteroskedastisity, test hypothesical to use it analysical doubled linear regression ,determine?s coefficient, test statictic F and test Statistict. The result show that simultaneouslyshidiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah, istiqamah and qana?ah positive influency and significant incorporate performance. According to parsial only qana?ah that influency positive and significantin corporate performance.Keywords: Islamic corporate governance, shidiq, amanah,tabligh, fathanah, istiqamah,qana?ah and corporate performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze 1) to determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 2) to determine the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 3) to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 4) to determine the influence of organizational commitment, achievement motivation and leadership style simultaneously to employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari.Population of this study are employees of PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari which totaling 200 employees. In this study sample was taken 30% of the population that is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. Techniques of data analysis in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 23 . Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find an empiric proof and analysis that stock return and financial performance of the companies could be improved through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at The Indonesian Capital Market. Populations of this research are companies that go public at Indonesia Capital Market. Technic Sampling used purposive sampling, and finds 62 companies. These companies then were divided into two categories according to its total assets. From its, 31 samples categorized as big companies, while others as small companies. And the hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The result showed that (1) CSR had a significant positive effect towards stock return in big companies categorized, while small companies categorized had a significant negative effect of it, (2) GCG had no significant effect towards stock return in both categories, (3) Financial performance had no significant effect towards stock return in big companies categorized, but it had a positive significant effect towards it in those small, (4) CSR had a significant positive effect towards financial performance in big companies categorized, whereas in small companies it could not be found, (5) GCG had no significant effect towards financial performance in both categories, (6) as well as the GCG had no significant effect towards CSR in both categories.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interrelationship of the variables of knowledge collection, knowl-edge contribution, organizational learning, and human resource innovation capability at Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital. This study also aims to develop a model of the role of com-munication variables in moderating the equation of enhancement of human resource innova-tion capability at Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital. The population in this study were all the permanent nurses at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital who worked on the hemodialysis action room, surgery room, ICU, and SEC which totaled 75 people. Method of sampling in this research using census method. This research was analyzed using Sruktural Equation Mod-eling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The results showed that knowledge gathering had a significant positive effect on the contribution of knowledge and to the capability of human resource innovation. Contribution of knowledge has a significant positive effect on organizational learning and on human resource innovation capability. Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on the capability of human resource innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di kelas 3A. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan masalah pada konsep diri peserta didik ditandai dengan terlalu aktifnya peserta didik saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Meskipun pembelajaran dilakukan secara tematik, tetapi apabila dibandingkan muatan lain, muatan matematika masih menduduki urutan pertama yang kurang diminati oleh peserta didik. Sehingga penelitian ini difokuskan pada muatan matematika. Sikap terlalu aktif peserta didik menandakan rendahnya konsep diri peserta didik karena kurangnya perhatian yang didapatkan di rumah. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka dipilihlah model TGT (Teams Games Tournament) untuk meningkatkan konsep diri matematis pada peserta didik kelas 3A SD Supriyadi Semarang. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dari angket konsep diri yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TGT (Teams Games Tournament) dapat meningkatkan konsep diri matematis pada peserta didik kelas 3A SD Supriyadi Semarang yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan model TGT (Teams Games Tournament), selain dapat meningkatkan konsep diri peserta didik, juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang berupa kognitif dan psikomotor. Sehingga model TGT cocok digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dan mengasah sikap sportifitas peserta didik saat bertanding.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 bukan merupakan hal yang baru di dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya jenjang sekolah dasar. Akan tetapi, penerapannya di kelas III baru dimulai sejak tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Implementasi kurikulum 2013 menuntut guru untuk memilih model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan langkah pendekatan saintifik agar dapat mendorong dan menginspirasi peserta didik berpikir kritis, analitis, dan tepat dalam mengidentifikasi, memahami, memecahkan masalah dan mengaplikasikan materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek yang menerima tindakan adalah peserta didik kelas IIIA SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang sebanyak 32 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar pada muatan pembelajaran matematika. Pada siklus satu terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Akan tetapi peningkatan tersebut belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Dengan demikian tindakan dilanjutkan di siklus 2. Pada siklus 2 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dan sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang semula pada siklus I mencapai 63% (20 peserta didik tuntas) menjadi 82% pada siklus II (27 peserta didik tuntas). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika peserta didik kelas IIIA SD Islam Supriyadi kota Semarang.

Abstract

The aim of this research are 1) to find out the simultaneous influence between organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency, 2) to determine in partial organizational culture, motivation and communication the effect on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Wonogiri Regency Environmental Agency, which numbered 286 employees. The samples in this study were 86 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: 1) There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the work productivity of Wonogiri District's environmental officers. 2) in partial variable organizational culture, motivation and communication give significant effect on employee productivity of the of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency.
