Abstract

The success of teachers in carrying out the task as educators in elementary schools is not enough to rely only high spirits, but must also have sufficient knowledge about the growth and development of learners, because of good teaching should be based on the growth and development of learners, if this is done then the process more effective and efficient learning. Under these conditions, it is necessary educators to understand more deeply about it. Growth and development can not be separated, meaning that there will be no development if the child is not growing. Term growth is associated with changes in the form of biological / physical, while the developments related to the change in function biolgis / physical human being in line with its growth. In general, human growth and development and the growth and development each have specific characteristics, such as growth and development of elementary school students. Factors affecting the growth and development of learners Elementary School is Descendants (heredity) and the environment (family environment, school environment, peer groups and communities) The potential default on students is very likely to be developed through the learning process. Keywords: Growth, development, educators, elementary school students

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between Intellectual Intelligence and Student Learning Citizenship Education Lessons. The research method of this research is a quantitative correlation approach. Samples were taken by Proposal Random Sampling technique, which was 72 samples. The instruments used in this study were Intelligence Tests and used Achievement Tests and observations as supporting data. While the data analysis used Simple Linear Regression with intellectual intelligence (x) as a predictor and learning achievement of Citizenship Education (Y). by komasiasi obtained the following correlation coefficient of 0.716  means (0,513 x 100%) = 51.3%. Learning Achievement Citizenship Education is influenced by intellectual intelligence while the remaining 48.7% is determined by other variables which are not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Intellectual Intelligence has a Significant Relationship with Student Achievement in Citizenship Education.

Abstract

This studies aim to get knowing that . The Role of Golongan Karya Political Party in The Political Education Implementation. This research held for four month start from December until April 2019. Used on the descriptive method with qualitative approach, data are collected use with interview, observation, and documentation, analysis data collected are following presented taking data, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal data. Research result indicate theres a trouble from Golongan Karya Political Party (Golkar) in Political Education implementation to society. Political Education implementation do with various methode, theres with visit society door-to-door, sosialization, workshop. Based on research result concluding that an Implementation of Political Education by Golongan Karya Political Party (Golkar) Serang City means to society reinforcement and enhancement quality in order to be political invidual capable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Mastery of pedagogical content knowledge ability becomes capital for individual to achieve mastery in learning process in class either cognitive ability or teaching ability. The purpose of this research is to describe and examine the mastery of pedagogical content knowledge of PGSD students PPLK 2017 participants. The method used in this study is the survey method and research subjects are students majoring in Primary School Education that became PPLK 2017 participants. The research instrument consists of pedagogical content knowledge. The result of the research shows that the mastery of PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) of PPLK participant is 80,8% and this shows that PPLK student of PGSD UNTIRTA Department has excellent ability in that case.   Keyword: pedagogical content knowledge, teaching ability.   ABSTRAK   Abstrak: Penguasaan kemampuan pedagogical content knowledge ini menjadi modal bagi individu untuk mencapai penguasaan dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas baik secara kemampuan kognitif maupun secara kemampuan mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji penguasaan pedagogical content knowledge mahasiswa PGSD peserta PPLK 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan subyek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan sekolah dasar yang menjadi peserta PPLK 2017. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes skala pedagogical content knowledge. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penguasaan PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowlage) mahasiswa peserta PPLK sebesar 80,8 % dan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PPLK jurusan PGSD Untirta memiliki kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam hal tersebut.   Kata Kunci: pedagogical content knowledge, kemampuan mengajar.

Abstract

 Pendidikan karakter saat ini menjadi hal yang penting untuk diterapkan dan diajarkan disekolah dasar. Khususnya dalam rangka menguatkanan karakter disiplin peserta didik. Reward dan punishment merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin peserta didik melalui pemberian reward dan punishment di SD Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan wawancara, yag kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengungkapkan  bahwa peserta didik di SD Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah ini sebagai berikut: 1. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian reward dan punishment dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik di SD Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah. a. Perencanaan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan oleh wali kelas 3 Ummar Hayyam dalam pembelajaran dengan membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yang mencantumkan reward dan punishment, serta dalam kegiatan kelas dengan menyusun jadwal piket, tertib membuang sampah dan melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik. b. Perencanaan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yaitu dengan menyusun kegiatan sekolah yang meliputi ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan ekstrakurikuler tahfidz, kegiatan disiplin lingungan dengan program Jumsih dan lomba kelas terbersih, serta menerapkan reward dan punishment. c. Proses pelaksanaannya menggunakan teknik, metode, serta tahapan dalam melaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin 2. Peran penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik melalui pemberian reward dan punishment yang dilihat dari perilaku dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai peserta didik di SD Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah. 3. Hasil pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter disipin melalui pemberian reward dan punishment pada peserta didik di SD Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah yaitu menekankan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik, menumbuhkan semangat pada peserta didik, dan juga menumbuhkan sikap jujur terhadap peserta didik.
