Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pakan-pakan komplit dan konsentrat unggas yangdiperdagangkan di Kota Mataram serta kualitasnya berdasarkan kandungan nutriennya. Penelitiandilakukan dalam 2 (dua) tahapan; Tahap I. Inventarisasi jenis-jenis pakan komplit dan konsentratyang diperdagangkan di Kota Mataram dengan mendata jenis-jenis pakan komplit dan konsentratyang ada di poultry shop, selanjutnya diambil sampel pakan yang dijual untuk dilakukan evaluasikualitasnya di Tahap II. Tahap II. Evaluasi kualitas, dengan menganalisis kandungan makro nutrienpakan-pakan tersebut. Parameter yang diamati adalah jenis-jenis dan kandungan makro nutrienpakan. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan dilakukan perbandingan kandungan protein yang terteradi leaflet dengan hasil analisis di laboratorium selanjutnya dilakukan pembahasan secara deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil survei pada 7 poultry shop di Kota Mataram terdapat 49 jenis pakan komplit dan17 jenis konsentrat. Informasi kandungan makro nutrien yang tertera pada leaflet didapatkan hanyapada 13 jenis pakan komplit dan 5 jenis pakan konsentrat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis umumnyaterjadi sedikit penurunan kandungan air, abu dan lemak, serta protein kasar, sedangkan terjadikecenderungan peningkatan kadar serat kasar, namun keseluruhan kualitas pakan yangdiperdagangkan masih dalam kualitas yang baik dan masih sesuai standar mutu pakan unggas.Kata Kunci : Konsentrat, Makro nutrien, Pakan komplit, Unggas

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang hanya berdasarkan pada aspek keuangan mulai dirasakan tidak memadai dalam menilai kinerja suatu perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan meliputi aspek yang sangat luas.. Dalam perspektif Balanced Scorecard, kinerja perusahaan paling tidak harus dilihat dalam empat aspek kinerja, yaitu aspek keuangan, pelanggan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Perspektif financial berorientasi kepada para pemegang saham, perspektif pelanggan berorientasi kepada usaha supplier untuk dapat bernilai bagi para pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal berorientasi kepada proses bisnis apa yang sebaiknya dilakukan agar tujuan financial dan kepuasan customer baik dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek tercapai, serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan cara meningkatkan dan menciptakan nilai secara terus menerus terutama yang berkaitan dengan pelanggan. Kata kunci : Balanced Scorecard, Pengukuran Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara Motivasi dengan Prestasi kerja karyawan Universitas PGRI Palembang.                Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 373 orang yan terbagi dari masing-masing unit yang ada pada lingkungan Universitas PGRI Palembang, sedangkan sample yang ditetapkan yaitu menggunakan metode random sampling yaitu 60 sampel dari 373 sampel.                Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa persamaan regresi  linear adalah signifikan dan linear, sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan yang diperoleh adalah 95% artinya ada hubungan yang nyata antara motivasi dengan prestasi kerja. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Prestasi kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see the implementation of discipline character in instructional process of Islamic education at State High School 1 Batusangkar. This research was descriptive research. This research focused on teachers’ character and school’s character. Meanwhile to check the trustworthiness of the data, the researcher used triangulation technique. The result of the research revealed that implementation of education discipline character in instructional process of Islamic education at State High School 1 Batusangkar was good. The discipline character building was implemented by giving the direct example to the student, advising, inserting to the instructional process, reminding, and giving punishment. The implementation was done to educate students in order to be obedience, discipline, and scary to make a mistake.Keywords: Discipline Character, Islamic Education, High School, Batusangkar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find how the effect of democratic leadership style on employee job satisfaction was. The object of the study was PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Palembang. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods consisting of two variables: democratic leadership style as an independent variable and employee job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting the data were interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, simple regression analysis and t-test were used. The result of the study showed that the democratic leadership style partially had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It could be seen from the R which was 0.626 that means there was a good correlation between the democratic leadership style and very good employee job satisfaction. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing through t-test also showed that the significance level was 0,000 which was greater than 0.05, and it means partially the democratic leadership style had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Democratic leadership style, Employee job satisfaction, Humen resource management

Abstract

As many corporate institutions use the concept of marketing mix as a strategy to attract potential customers to be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and test the effect of Marketing Mix on Purchasing Decision at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang. By using quantitative statistical research methods and data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis. Population in this research is consumer who buy house at PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang and sample of 134 respondents with sampling technique using Slovin method.Instrument validity test results show that rcount ≥ rtabel means that all valid items and reliability is above 0.70 means all reliable. When viewed based on Test t shows the value of tcount (10,620) ≥ ttabel (1,656) sig (0,000) ≥ 0.05. It shows that the Marketing Mix is a significant effect on Purchase Decision. From the correlation result show the correlation between Marketing Mix to Decision of Purchase high assumption that is equal to 67,9%. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the amount of 0.461% of the Marketing Mix of Purchase Decision, while the remaining 53.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Marketing mix, Purchase Decision, Quantitative Methods.
