Abstract

This study aims to review the development of research related to Islamic corporate social responsibility in well-known international journals such as the past ten years. The research review based on 42 articles. The 40 articles in international journals, and two articles in nationally accredited journals from 2009 until 2018. The analysis technique used in this study is charting the field method. This study classifies sample articles based on topics, variables, and research methods. The results of the review indicate that the majority of researchers discuss topics other than antecedents, and the consequences are 29 articles, of which 7 of them specifically discuss the measurement of Islamic corporate social responsibility. The antecedent variable dominated by company size and SSB size that calculates for each of 3 articles and the most discussed consequence variable is the financial performance of 3 articles, while the most dominant method used by researchers is an analytical method that counts 18 articles.JEL Classification: G21, M41

Abstract

Abstract Office layout is a condition where the employees used it in an organization, if the layout is arranged well, it will influence their performance at the school.  This research is to know the influence of office layout toward employee performance and to see factors influencing both variables.  It was a quantitative research using simple linear regression technique to study about office layout (X) and employee performance (Y) at Pharmacy Vocational High School of Ikasari Pekanbaru.  This research aimed at knowing whether there was a significant influence of office layout toward employee performance at Pharmacy Vocational High School of Ikasari Pekanbaru.  The subjects of this research were 31 employees using total sampling and the data analysis was helped with SPSS 20.00.  The research findings showed that (1) employee performance level score was 84.87% and it was on very good category, (2) office layout score was 84.96% and it was on very good category, (3) there was a significant influence of office layout toward employee performance at Pharmacy Vocational High School of Ikasari Pekanbaru with 5% significant level 0.550 (0.826>0.3550).  The calculation result of determination coefficient (R Square) was 0.672.  It showed that the influence of office layout toward employee performance was 67.2%, and the rest 32.8% (100%-67.2%) was influenced by other variables that were not mentioned in this research.  The school was expected to upgrade the office layout in order that employee performance could be better.

Abstract

In current business practice, an integration between business and IT is important. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is one of the study that synergize IT and business. The principle will be use as the main base to designing appropriate EA. Before describing these principles, it is necessary to understand the real state of a company. It aims to make the situation as one as of benchmarks to describing state of the target. After designing state of the target, it will make processes of designing EA for a company is easier. This paper will use the SWOT analysis method to recognize their core competencies in order to determine the direction of an organization by analysing and positioning the organization’s resource and environment on four regions : Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. After an SWOT assessment, a mapping obtained wich that determines which quadrant position of the company. Every quadrant position will describe different strategies each other. From the obtained strategy, it will be describing target principles according to the position of a company based on the SWOT analysis. So the design EA for a company can start with a precise principles foundations.

Abstract

INTERNALIZATION POLICY OF ISLAMIC VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF RELIGIOUS STUDENTS CULTURE. This study aims to determine how to find out the background of LPSI policy formulation, the method of internalization of Islamic values and the process of creating a student's religious culture. In the implementation used qualitative approach with the techniques of interview, documentation, and observation, data analysis using qualitative descriptive technique. The result of the research showed that the background of LPSI policy formulation was based on the mission of the institution and 3 reasons for the establishment of LPSI, namely: (1) the theological reason of al-amr bi al-ma'ruf wa an-nahy 'an al-munkar; (2) objective sociological reasons that encourage indakwah islamiyah; And (3) reasons for structural responsibility as Muhammadiyah universities. The internalization methods used were: (1) the academic domain, through the courses of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) and the certification of lecturers, and the reference equation. (2) non-academic sphere, LPSI cooperated with student organizations in the form of studies, training and Islamic competitions. The process of creating a student's religious culture began with the vision, mission and objectives of LPSI which then breakdown into several policies: first, it was obligatory to follow AIK courses and certification (dimension of aqidah). Secondly, it is obligatory to follow the Qur'an Reading Test (TBQ) and the guidance of Qur'anic tahsinul (syari'ah dimension). (3) the obligation of wearing syar’i dress (moral dimension) with a structural model (top-down).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan kalkulus differensial dan kalkulus integral terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial, (2) signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan kalkulus differensial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial, dan (3) signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan kalkulus integral daterhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif assosiatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester V Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Tahun Akademik 2015/2016. Dengan teknik sampling kuota, diperoleh 25 mahasiswa sebagai sampel di dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode tes dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier ganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menggunakan software SPSS. Sebagai uji prasyarat analisis dilakukan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan kalkulus differensial dan kalkulus integral terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan kalkulus differensial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial, dan (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan integral terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah persamaan differensial.

Abstract

Using schemes of Euclid's geometrical concepts in long-term memory to understand hyperbolic geometry and elliptic geometry concepts with assimilation and accommodation allows for cognitive conflict. This study aims to reduce the occurrence of cognitive conflict by understanding the mathematical content of the three of Euclidean geometries, hyperbolic and elliptic. The research was conduct used descriptive exploratory. The results indicate that Euclid's geometry representation is still used in representing hyperbolic and elliptic geometry so that cognitive conflict occurs. Cognitive conflicts that occur are related to the position of two lines, parallels, two triangles with the same that correspond angles, intersects one of two parallel lines, the number of angles in a triangle, and Sacherri's valid hypothesis. The efforts that can be made to reduce the occurrence of cognitive conflict are to change existing schemes or create new schemes so that the information obtained can be combined into existing schemes in a deductive axiomatic approach to material content through the accommodation process

Abstract

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis yang disertai dengan adanya teknologi informasi merupakan suatu hal penting bagi perusahaan untuk membuka peluang bisnis yang baru. PQR merupakan salah satu situs yang bergerak pada peluang bisnis E-Commerce, PQR berada dibawah kepemilikan PT. XYZ. Sesuai dengan motto PQR yaitu memberikan layanan E-Commerce dengan menawarkan kenyamanan, kemudahan, serta keamanan dalam berbelanja produk-produk yang dijual secara elektronik. PQR memiliki aktivitas front-end dan back-end yang mendukung berjalannya suatu E-Commerce. Salah satu aktivitas back-end yang membantu menghasilkan pendapatan terbesar PQR adalah payment. Payment merupakan serangkaian aktivitas yang dimulai pada saat customer melakukan pembayaran sampai hasil pembayaran tersebut diterima oleh PQR dan pengiriman pembayaran produk kepada merchant (settlement). Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan payment terhadap customer, PQR mengembangkan sistem payment sebagai pendukung utama proses bisnis, serta membidik peluang sumber pendapatan baru bagi PQR. Sebelum melakukan pengembangan sistem payment yang tepat, perlu dilakukan perencanaan dan perancangan enterprise architecture. Enterprise architecture merupakan kegiatan perancangan arsitektur untuk mendukung proses bisnis PQR dengan memanfaatkan pengorganisasian berbagai arsitektur. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan dalam melakukan perancangan enterprise architecture pada penelitian ini adalah TOGAF ADM, dengan fokus perancangan pada fase persiapan, arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur informasi, dan arsitektur teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Head of the Institute for Development of Islamic Studies (LPSI) of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta in internalizing religious values to students. The research method uses deskptive qualitative. Abstract

The Developing of madrassa from classical times to the present can not be treated partially or half-and-half, but requires thinking the development of a complete and comprehensive measures and efforts are visible, flexible and credible, especially when faced with the national development policy in education who have the vision of the educational system as a social institution that is strong and authoritative to empower all citizens of Indonesia develop into quality human, so capable and proactive answer the challenges of changing times (see explanation of Law No. 20/2003 on the National Education System). Plus era of globalization has given a wide impact in many aspects of life, including quality demands in the organization of education. In this era every field requires the Human Resources (HR) qualified high caliber and reliable, so competition especially concerning human resources are very tight. to meet this demand, the improvement and development of education provision in each madrasah system continuously needs to be done in line with the dynamic development of science as well as the dynamics of change in society itself that is the development of character concerning the aspects of soft skills (spirituality) and hard skills (intellect). Strengthening way blend of character development in the stretcher build madrassas ideals and a strong academic culture that lead to superior output and good as expected madrasah in this age of globalization. Surely madrasas must have good managerial system in realizing the goal of madrasa education in it self.
