Abstract

In 21st Century Learning Skills have 3 skills: (1) life and career skills, (2) learningand innovation skills, and (3) Information media and technology skills. One strategyto achieve the learning skills in the 21st century is with the strategy of Project BasedLearning (PjBL). Project Based Learning abbreviated as PjBL is one of learningbased on problems using the project / activity as the media, to undertake exploration,appraisal, interpretation, synthesis, and information to produce various forms oflearning outcomes. This strategy is very suitable when applied to course learningmedia, because in this strategy have guidelines step consists of planning (planning),creating (creating or implementation), and processing (processing), which can leadstudents to produce a project / product. On the subject Media Education, students arerequired to deliver the products to take advantage of the surrounding environment(contextual) and ICT, which can be used as a media and applied to the learningprocess.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Pteridophyta Division in the Lake Aur Area of ​​Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was made in 3 plots with size 10 m x 10 m. Based on the result of identification research of Pteridophyta division in Aur Aurland area there are 5 orders, 9 families, 12 genus and 19 species Pteris biaurita, Ploecnemia irregular, Diplazium esculentum, Asplenium nidus, Gleichenia linearis, Christella dentata, Stenochlaena palastris, Diplazium esculentum, Davallia denticulata, Gleichenia linearis, Lygodium scandens, Lygodium circinatum, Nephrolepis exaltata, Nephrolepis cordifoli, Nephrolepis biserrata, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Selaginella wildenowii , Selaginella caudata and Selaginella plana with soil temperature in Aur Aur Area Musi Rawas Regency ranges 27,5˚C-31,5˚C with degree of acidity (pH) of land ranged from 5,11-6,18. Abstract

The aim of the research was to find out the kinds of macroscopic fungi at oil palm plantations in Rejosari village Megang Sakti subdistrict. The method of the research was qualitative-descriptive. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with exploration method. The result showed that there were 41 kinds of fungi. 38 kinds included in 8 ordo, 17 famili, 32 genus and 3 unidentified macroscopic fungi. The observation results of abiotic environment of macroscopic fungi at oil palm plantations in Rejosari such as the air temperature was between 25-33 C, the air humidity was between 50-97%, the soil humidity was between 40-90%, and the scale of acidity (pH) was between 6,5-7,5. In conclusion, at the three locations, it was found that there were the consumable fungi, non-consumable fungi and medicinal fungi. Keywords: stocktaking, macroscopic fungi, oil palm plantations

Abstract

This study aims: (1). To eksploration the type of Bamboo (Bambusa sp) in Rawas Ulu District, Muratara Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are as follows: (a). eksploration (b) Interview (c). Documentation; The research procedure is observation, location research, sample analysis, sample identification, sample description, ecological factors, bamboo benefits; (1). The results of identification there are 4 genera consisting of (Gigantochloa, Bambusa, Densrocalamus, and Schizoctachyum). There are 6 species consisting of (Gigantochloa apus, Gigantochloa pseudoarundin, Bambusa vulgaris, Bambusa glaucescens, Schizoctachyum blumei, Densrocalamus asper); (2). The ecological factors of bamboo are soil pH of 4.9-7.0 and air temperature of 25-30oC with soil moisture of 51-71%; (3). Bamboo can be used as light construction materials such as livestock pens, fences, ornamental plants, household handi crafts and woven industries. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan ekstrak kulit nanas terhadap lama simpan tempe kedelai local dan mengukur tingkat kesukaan mahasiswa Biologi STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau terhadap tempe kedelai lokal yang telah diberi penambahan ekstrak kulit nanas. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan eksperimen RAL dengan 5 perlakuan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Kualitas tempe terdiri dari: lama simpan tempe yang paling bagus adalah pada penambahan ekstrak 20% dengan lama simpan tempe pada hari ke-6, dan kesukaan mahasiswa biologi STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau terhadap rasa tempe kedelai lokal dengan nilai tertinggi ada pada penambahan ekstrak 15%, serta aroma tempe kedelai lokal dengan nilai tertinggi ada pada penambahan ekstrak 5%.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk  mengetahui penambahan air kelapa dalam proses pembuatan tempe pada matapelajaran muatan lokal SMA kelas X sebagai Keterampilan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMAN 4 Lubuklinggau. Pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif  persentase (Kualitatif). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh keterampilan afektif siswa pada pertemuan pertama dan ketiga mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan, yaitu pada pertemuan pertama yang mendapatkan kriteria dengan jumlah siswa terbanyak adalah pada kriteria nilai sangat tinggi berjumlah 14 orang atau  45,16%  dari seluruh jumlah siswa. Pertemuan ke tiga yang mendapatkan kriteria dengan jumlah siswa terbanyak adalah pada kriteria sangat tinggi dengan jumlah siswa 16 orang atau 51,61% dari jumlah seluruh siswa, sedangkan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa yang mendapatkan kriteria dengan jumlah siswa terbanyak adalah pada kriteria nilai sangat tinggi, dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang atau 84,64% dari jumlah seluruh siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of insects found in the forests of Education and Training at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. The method used in this study is the survey method. Observations were made directly to the study site, and sampling was done by exploring the research location. The study was conducted in December-January 2019. The results of the study, insects found in the Forest of Education and Training University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, Central Bengkulu District were obtained 326 individuals consisting of 13 families with 16 species, namely: Pheropsophus verticalis (Tiger beetle), Tenebrio molitor (Beetle caterpillar), Leptocorisa acuta (Walang sangit), Tibicen linnei (Tonggeret), Dolichovespula sylvestris (Tree wasp), Oecophylla smaragdina (Ant-rang), Dolichoderus thoracicus (Black ant), Tanaecia iapis (Tree wasp), Oecophylla smaragdina (Ant-rangung), Dolichoderus thoracicus (Black ant), Tanaecia iapis (Tree wasp) stoli (black spotted butterfly), Valanga nigricornis (wood grasshopper), Acrida conica (green grasshopper), Gryllus bimaculatus (cricket), Scambophyllumson guinolentum (katydid grasshopper), Gryllotapa orientalis (ground dog), Gryllus bimaculatus (cricket), Scambophyllumson guinolentum (katydid grasshopper), Gryllotapa orientalis (earth dog), Gryllus bimaculatus (cricket), Scambophyllumson guinolentum (grasshopper katydid) Phaenopharos khaoyaiensis (grasshopper twigs). From all Insect families found, a Diversity Index of 1.031 was obtained, indicating that diversity was classified as moderate. The results of measurements of ecological factors in the forest are temperatures ranging from 26oC-31oC and humidity 87% -90%. In conclusion, the level of insect diversity in the forests of Education and Training at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in Bengkulu Tengah Regency is classified as moderate, with the discovery of 13 families and 16 species of insects.
