Abstract

Sekolah adalah penyelenggara proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan yang seharusnya menciptakan suasana yang kondusif agar peserta didik merasa nyaman dan mengekspresikan potensinya. Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan adalah penciptaan lingkungan yang bebas asap rokok. Ketika seorang anak didik melihat perilaku guru merokok di lingkungan sekolah, dikhawatirkan akan timbul persepsi bahwa merokok adalah suatu perilaku yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kebiasaan merokok guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 13 Kota Tegal pada bulan November hingga Desember 2016.  Sampel dipilih secara purposive dengan teknik snowball sampling. Sampel sebagai sumber data penelitian yang utama adalah guru yang yang berstatus sebagai perokok. Triangulasi sumber data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada rekan sesama guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat guru yang merokok di lingkungan SMP N 13 Kota Tegal. Guru merokok di sekolah pada jam istirahat dan pada saat guru tersebut tidak mengajar (jam kosong). Perilaku guru merokok di sekolah tersebut diketahui oleh siswa. Guru yang merokok mengetahui adanya aturan yang melarang untuk merokok di kawasan sekolah. Sudah ada yang menegur ketika guru merokok di sekolah, terutama dari teman sesama guru

Abstract

Medicine is one of the most important part of the healing process, the restoration of health and prevention of disease. This study aims to describe the use of drugs, particularly antihypertensive and antiplatelet drugs in stroke patients hospitalized in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul during December 2014-April 2015. This research is observational descriptive study. Data collection was done prospectively with a survey of stroke patients in inpatient Al-Insan and al-A'raaf wards in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul during the specified period. During the study there were 61 stroke patients sampled in the study, of which 41 (67.2%) were geriatrics and 20 (32.8%) were not geriatrc. From the data, 28 (45.9%) patients did not receive antihypertensive drugs, only 33 (54,1%) patients received antihypertensive drug.The antihypertensive drugs type were given to patients were ACEI 9 (14.8%) and CCB 6 (9.8%), as well as combinations ACEI and CCB 7 (11.5%). Most patients did not receive antiplatelet 43 (70.5%), whereas patients receiving antiplatelet drugs most was the kind of aspirin 17 (27.9%). From the above data it can be concluded that the use of antihypertensive drugs in stroke patients in the inpatient ward in PKU Muhamaddiyah Hospital Bantul quite frequently used, while the use of antiplatelet drugs in these cases rarely used.

Abstract

The government issued Minister of Health Regulation No. 35 of 2014 concerning Pharmacy Standards at the Pharmacy to serve as guidelines for pharmacist practice in carrying out professional duties to protect the community from Services. The purpose of this study is to find out the evaluation of the standard implementation of pharmaceutical services at the Tegal City Regional Pharmacy in 2018. This research is a descriptive quantitative analysis research. The source of the primary research data and tools in this study is a questionnaire sheet. Research Results from the Management Aspects of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Pharmacy Health Supplies in the City of Tegal Has carried out the management of Pharmaceutical Preparations with Good Category, as well as the Aspects of Pharmacy Resource Management in terms of the presence of Pharmacists and Medical Personnel, but there is less to the presence or absence of pharmacists at the Pharmacy. The aspects of facilities and infrastructure in providing a closed space for counseling can only be said to be sufficient. Aspects of Clinical Pharmacy Services are said to be lacking for monitoring drug therapy, monitoring drug side effects, and home care1. From the aspect of evaluation of service quality, recording medication records is said to be lacking. Whereas the quality of clinical services is also said to be good for attention to allergies, pharmaceutical examination of drugs, and examination of drug availability, but lack of attention to dual medications and contraindications. As well as in the dimension of waiting time, drug service is said to be sufficient.Keywords: Pharmacy, Pharmacy Service, Permenkes No. 35 of 2014
