Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the pattern of punishment in Daruttaqwa Gresik Pesantren. This research method uses phenomenological study about the meaning and value of punishment given to santri. The findings of the study indicate that First, the pattern of punishment for the offenders of discipline is with, reprimand and advice, administrative punishment, educational punishment, social punishment, material punishment, physical punishment. Secondly, there are rules for educators who will apply the punishment that is not in a hurry, should not hit when in a state of anger, should avoid sensitive limbs and do not hit the child in under 10 years . Third, in the students is instilled the consciousness in the santri that punishment given to him is a just and educational punishment. By conditioning the three elements above, then punishment will be effective in educating children. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pola hukuman di Pesantren Daruttaqwa Gresik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi fenomenologis tentang makna dan nilai hukuman yang diberikan kepada santri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satu, pola  pemberian hukuman bagi pelanggar tata tertib santri adalah dengan, teguran dan nasehat, hukuman administrasi, hukuman yang mendidik, hukuman bersifat sosial, hukuman materi, hukuman bersifat fisik. Kedua, Terdapat aturan bagi pendidik yang akan menerapkan hukuman antara lain :  tidak terburu-buru, tidak boleh memukul ketika dalam keadaan marah, hendaknya menghindari anggota badan yang peka, dan tidak memukul anak di bawah 10 tahun.. Ketiga, pada diri anak didik ditanamkan kesadaran dalam diri santri bahwa hukuman yang diberikan kepadanya merupakan hukuman yang adil dan mendidik. Dengan mengkondisikan tiga elemen diatas, maka hukuman akan efektif dalam mendidik anak.

Abstract

The study result is influenced by many factors, like internal or external factors. The individual characteristic is one of the internal factors, and perseption of caring style is one of the external factor that can influence the student study result. The study result needs a stimulus from internal individual take the case of talent, interest and attitude, whereas an external stimulus (parent) is a caring style to achieve optimize result. Stimulus that given by parent, is applied through caring style at home. To know as far as the factors can influence student study result, it needs to be known from a research. The research result is expected can give a suggestion that support the increasing of study result. The purposes of the research are to analyze the correlation of individual characteristic to student study result at x grade of MM1 SMK N 2 Sukorejo. Analyzing the correlation perception of caring style to student study result at x grade of MMI SMK N 2 Sukorejo, analyzing the influence of individual characteristic and perception the caring style to the student study result at x grade of MMI SMK N 2 Sukorejo. The population of this research is the student at x grade of Multi Media I (X MM1) SMK Negeri 2 Sukorejo, there are 37 students. The data analyzing is done by using double analyzing regretion with significant experiment F and significant experiment t. The research’s conclution are (1) The individual characteristic infuelnces positive significant to study result’s increasing, it means that,if be high talent, interest and attitude that is brought by the student to learning process, the study result will be higher. (2) Perception about caring style influence positive significant to study result’s increasing, it means, if it is better the description about interaction between son or daughter and parent as long as carrying out caring activity in educating son or daughter, it will be higher the student study result. (3) The individual characteristic and perception about caring style in a manner of simultaneous having significant influence to student study result, it means the student study result ddepends on student’s talent, interest and attitude along with interaction between student and parent. If be higher talent, interest and attitude along with the interaction between student and parent, it will support the student’s learning process., so, the study result increases too . (4) The large of  proportion or variable’s supply of individual characteristic and perception about caring style to the student study result is about 27.6 % whereas the residu of 72.4% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Education plays an important role in achieving the ideals of the Indonesian people in accordance with the formulation of the 1945 Constitution which clearly states that the purpose of education is to promote public welfare and educate the life of the nation, essentially the realization of these noble individuals of course it will balance the nation's intelligence in prospering the country. Based on this, education must be able to foster noble character so that later can produce generations that are intelligent and useful for the nation. The problem lies in how to cultivate noble character in students. School institutions by means of teacher teaching are central to instilling students' noble character. Therefore this study aims to find out how storytelling and role-playing activities can foster noble character. This study uses qualitative research with the type of research library. Research libraries are research techniques using book sources to develop science. Clear information and sources have been arranged systematically. Storytelling with role-playing techniques is something that students really like. This will be learning that can stimulate student activity. Inserting values into a story will be useful in developing a noble character. Noble character is a sincere and conscious act that arises from within a person. By telling stories, students will get knowledge about good grades and role-playing will provide opportunities for students to apply the knowledge gained. So that it will become good habits and emerge noble character in students.

Abstract

Profit sharing was well known by mudharabah in Islamic worldview or cooperation done by two person and more were agreed on various sides. It's done between creditor and bussinessman or expertman. The main modal on this concept not only money and wealth but also honesty and social feels are more important.  Helping each other and enjoying success and being responsible for the difficulties with working together to find solutions is part of the goal of the concept of mudaraba offered by Islam. With the concept of Muslims, especially business people can run their business with financial support from borrowers without having to be burdened with interest that binds and becomes a burden at the time of profit and loss, so that the economic wheel can be implemented in accordance with Islamic teachings and away from interest.
