Abstract

High Altitude Platform Station (HAPs) is a new communications infrastructure that uses air balloon to carry high data rate service and wide bandwidth. One technique to make it happen is Long Term Evolution (LTE), LTE support capacity increasing, expand coverage area, data rate increasing, multi- antenna, and can be integrated with other systems. To improve the performance of LTE in capacity building, coverage area, and data rate, it can use the multi-antenna techniques both on receiver or transmitter or often called multiple input multiple outputs (MIMO). Type of MIMO technique in this paper is spatial Multiplexing. In this study, an estimation that has been used is the Linear Minimum Mean Square Error (LMMSE). Channel estimation is used to find out information about the channel condition between the transmitter and the receiver so that the performance of Bit Error Rate (BER) increase and expand the coverage area of the same BER compared without estimation. The system performed channel estimation has a better performance than the without estimation system with improved SNR of 20dB. Based on the simulation to get the same BER value in the system with channel estimation and without estimation, on the system with estimation it is necessary to lower elevation angle to be 10° and still there was improvement of SNR of 3 dB compared to the system without any estimation. With lowered elevation angle from  90° to 10°, the area of coverage was greater becomes 215.77km from the original 0.032km

Abstract

In managing a server, an administrator takes a variety of ways for ensuring the safety and cosiness of the system. One type of threat that attack on the server is done on a port that is in an open state, thus making people who do not have access rights to perform port scanning to infiltrate into the server. One solution to cope with the attack on the port can be done by using port knocking. Port knocking is a method that can be applied to the server with the workings of such a code to unlock the safe. Port knocking is done by inserting a predetermined port sequenced to open a specific port. At the port sequenced delivery process takes an additional authentication likes keyport. Anggi algorithm (AA) is an algorithm that is built by combination o f Diffie-Hellman and RC4. The algorithm is used for encryption and descriptions a keyport from client side to the server side. In the process of sending a keyport to be modified by using the arithmetic calculation. Process of encryption and description keyport is done to prevent some attacks on the server by hackers with extracting such information after successfully breaking into a port. The results o f implementation AA algorithm on the process of port knocking can secure the delivery process o f keyport and improve the security o f server.

Abstract

In the development o f wireless communications, to provide high-speed data services and wide bandwidth become a challenge. One technique to make it happen is by using Multicarrier Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) modulation, where in OFDM, frequency selective fading channel effect will be perceived flat fading by each subcarrier. One communication system that supports OFDM technology is Long Term Evolution (LTE) with various types of bandwidth configurations provided. To improve LTE performance in capacity building, coverage area and data rate, it can use multi antenna technique both in receiver and sender, and integrate with High altitude platform station (HAPs) system. In this study the estimation used is Linear Minimum Mean Square (LMMSE). The relationship o f the elevation angle and the K factor is directly proportional, but the elevation angle value is inversely proportional to the diameter o f the HAPs coverage area. In addition, the more the number o f used antennas, the greater the capacity served. Based on the simulation results, the system with estimation can be used to expand the coverage area to 215.77 km which is from 0.032 km in QPSK modulation, speed 60 kmpj with 2x2 antennas.

Abstract

Seoindonesia is a web based application that is used to boost the ratings visitors of website or blog using Together in Single Connection (TSC) technique. In this software, the selection of blogs or websites that would be raised using a lowest ratings pattern. Website or blogs listed on Seoindonesia opened by random with choosing some websites or blogs that has the lowest ratings. The selection of a websites or blogs randomly, causing discomfort to the user side. One way to access and improve seoindonesia is to use history on the browser. History on the browser is a facility to record and store data of story browsing and use of the internet search history. Utilization history on browser can only be accessed by using the extension. Extensions is a plug-in applications that have a specific function and can be installed on a computer's browser. Web browser noted most frequently visited of history or blog and than sent to the extensions can be used to direct the opening of a new website or blog address in accordance with the categories of the previous website address. Website or a blogsposted by extension,is a member of seoindonesia, so it can increase the number of visitors who will rise the rank, with an increase of 64% (7 points) and 36% (4 points) decreased with the overall function of the test is 11 points in seo alexa rank.Application development by using a browser on computer,able to improve the system seoindonesia on the grouping and categorizing of website or blog.

Abstract

Animations are one of multimedia technology which can accelerate the perspective about something, including the aircraft flight controls and landing gears function. Production process of animation on 3 Dimensional Aircraft model Supri Sukhoi Superjet 100 using NURBS Modelling method.  Production process of animation on 3 Dimensional Aircraft model Supri Sukhoi Superjet 100 using Pre Production, Production and Post Production, that the result can be presented in the form of simulation video, Flash game, and Powerpoint game. The special effect that added into model, video and game make it more attractive. The Results are tested on number of respondents who are Experts in the Aircraft Engineering. The Data showed that Almost to 100 percent of the components and fuctions of the aircraft.

Abstract

Internet needs in education has become a basic requirement, whether it is for faculty, students, complementary components of universities such as bureaus, public relations, TU, and non-academic staff. As the number of Internet users continues to increase, especially in educational institutions, including STTA’s, an observation of the STTA Internet network data stream is conducted. A parameter to be observed is user's load, as it affects the quality of services that will be generated by the STTA Internet Network.This research provides an analysis to measure the size of user load as well as to know the amount of loss so that it can be a reference in subsequent research to reduce the amount of loss in order to fit in the good category traffic. Model sharing system is used to describe traffic data both elastic and stream at flow level.Observation results show that the average arrival rate of STTA is 11 kbps with average service rate of 59 kbps. This research uses the measured throughput of 86 Mbps. Throughput is calculated from the total number of bits of a successful packet arrivals per second via a network system. With the Internet link capacity of 100 Mbps STTA, after the analysis by the method of sharing system, it is seen that the traffic flow loss is 16%. From this traffic flow loss value, it can be concluded that the STTA’s Internet is include in medium category.

Abstract

The fast progress in telecommunication, especially in data communication, makes anyone get the information they need easily. It also makes more traffic in the channel. The intensity of the traffic is one of the parameters that considered by the IT unit. In this paper, the intensity of the traffic in institution A is calculated using Sharing System Teletraffic Model. As the result, the arrival rate and service rate are 1,129,139 bits per second and 16.566.740 bits per second. Keywords—telecommunication traffic, sharing system, internet

Abstract

Many things can destabilize a computer network connections, both with regard to hardware and software. Therefore, we need a technique for network security, one of them is firewall. The problems that arise in this final project is to build a linux based firewall automation application via web service by using REST (Representational State Transfer) architecture and IDS (Intrusion Detection System). The system buid firewall rules using linux operating system with the help o f 2 pieces o f IDS to detect theactivities of traffic data between the intruder and the server that will be recorded in the IDS database. The system will compare the server with IDS on the router to get the IP address o f the actual intruders, so it will be blocked by the firewall. The applications is used to prevents the ping o f death attack usingweb service and REST protocol so that firewall rules will run automatically.

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasing at this time, certainly makes it easy for users of the technology itself. One of them in transferring files in a distributed manner, there are many types of files that make it difficult admin in selecting and classifying the file and then will be distributed to each - its own servers. By creating a new system that will facilitate Clustering distributed file an admin in file transfer without having to select the files to be distributed, because the system will automatically read from the file types that will be distributed on its own servers - each.
