Abstract

AbstractThe objective of the research is to describe student’s perception (Y),about: material or curriculum (X1), teacher’s model (X2), method (X3), evaluation (X4), environment (X5), tool and equipment (X6), also find out the relationship all variable with student’s perception. The research was conducted at senior high schools in: (1) Jakarta, (2) Bandung, (3) Yogyakarta, (4) Surabaya, (5) Palembang and, (6) Palangkaraya, in the first term of the 2004/2005 school years. Sample was taken by simple random sampling. The research revealed that there were positive correlation between material or curriculum (X1) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.131, and there was positive correlation between teacher’s model (X2) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.275. Positive correlation between method (X3) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.233. Positive correlation between evaluation evaluation (X4) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.252. positive corelation between environment (X5), and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.162. Positive correlation between tool and equipment (X6), ) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.229. . Positive correlation between tool and equipment (X6), ) and student’s perception (Y), with correlation determination 0.229.

Abstract

There are three important factors influencing the success of education, namely the variables or components of : (1) hardware, software, and (3) brainware. Hardware component includes learning room for learn­ing, practicing tools, laboratory, and library. Then, software component occupies learning system, teaching program, and school management. Brain-ware, furthermore, consists of teachers, principal, students, and those are involved in teaching and learning process. Of those factors, the most important and decisive is teachers. This research-article is aimed at presenting the portrait or profile of Islamic Educational Teacher's competence in Junior Secondary School (Sekolah Menengah. Pertama) with a focus on professional competence, individual compe­tence, and teacher's social competence.

Abstract

AbstractThis experiment research explains that; 1) any difference on the learning process average on Moral between the group applying a Heart Intelligence (experiment) and control group in six districts/cities of the experiments locations; 2) any difference on the learning process average on Faith between the group applying the learning model on Fertilizing the Seeds of Faith (experiment) and the control group; and 3) any significant difference on Learning Ambience, Group Dynamic and Teacher Performance between the experiment and the control groups.  AbstrakPenelitian eksperimen ini menjelaskan bahwa; 1) terdapat perbedaan rerata hasil belajar Akhlak antara kelompok yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Kecerdasan Hati (eksperimen) dengan kelompok kontrol pada enam kabupaten/kota lokasi eksperimen; 2) terdapat perbedaan rerata hasil belajar Aqidah antara kelompok yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Menyuburkan Benih Iman (ekperimen) dengan kelompok kontrol; dan 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Suasana Belajar, Dinamika Kelompok dan Kinerja Guru antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

We report the first Indonesian baby delivered by cesarean section and developed into metabolic acidosis, severe respiratory failure due to meconium aspiration accompanied by right pneumothorax. The case was successfully managed with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).

Abstract

Around the 2000s many institutions labeled as Islamic Integrated Schools (Sekolah Islam Terpadu/SIT) emerged. They were quite attractive to the public. One of the concepts of Integrated Islamic School is a one that uses a combined approach of general and religious educations into a fi ne integration in terms of curriculum, teaching methods, education of Aqliyah (rational), Ruhiyah (spiritual) and jasadiyah (physical). This study using qualitative approach aims to describe what and how the integration model in Islamic Junior Secondary Education (SMPIT) Bina Umat are all about. The fi ndings suggest that there are at least four components that comprise essential elements of integration in SMPIT Bina Ummah. The fi rst is the integration with the environment. The second is the integration in terms of curriculum aspects. The third is the integration with traditional model of boarding school education. And the fourth is the integrated learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted using the qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews, participatory observation. This study aims at uncovering the religious, economic, and educational roles at Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School. In religious affairs, the boarding school has portrayed itself as a spiritual guide for the people. The interaction between the boarding school and the community in economic development spawned economic independence in the boarding school. Education developed was traditional (salafi) Islamic education focusing on religion teaching in order to preserve of salafi values both tafaqquh fi addin tradition and the culture.AbstraksiPe­ne­li­ti­an ini di­la­ku­kan de­ngan pen­de­kat­an kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara menda­lam, observasi partisipatif. Pe­ne­li­ti­an ini bertujuan mengungkap peran ke­aga­ma­an, ekonomi, dan Pen­di­dik­an di Pondok Pe­san­tren Ki Ageng Selo. Da­lam hal ke­aga­ma­an, pe­san­tren ini telah memerankan diri sebagai pemandu spritual bagi ma­sya­ra­kat. Adanya interaksi antara pe­san­tren dan ma­sya­ra­kat da­lam pengembangan ekonomi melahirkan pola kemandirian ekonomi di pe­san­tren. Pen­di­dik­an yang dikembangkan berjenis Pen­di­dik­an sa­la­fi­yah yang fokus pengajaran agamanya sehingga terjaga nilai-nilai kesa­la­fi­yahan baik tradisi tafaqquh fi addin maupun kulturalnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan prestasi belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam pada siswa Kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 1 Ngadirojo Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh peneliti dari daftar nilai diketahui bahwa prestasi belajar siswa untuk dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan alam sangat rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 siklus, terdiri atas 8 pertemuan. Tiap pertemuan terdiri atas 2 x 40 menit, yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data diambil dengan menggunakan instrumen tes, wawancara, angket dan jurnal. Peranan Teknik Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa jawa pada siswa Kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 1 Ngadirojo Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 memperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan yang baik dari siklus I (60,75)  siklus II (63,10)  siklus III (67,82)  siklus IV (80,19).  Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menarik kesimpulan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam dengan baik
