Abstract

Mutu memiliki pengertian yang bervariasi. Oleh karena itu,diperlukan sebuah pemahaman yang jelas terhadap variasi maknamutu tersebut. Sebuah pemahaman tentang variasi arti mutu sangatdiperlukan sebagai langkah awal dalam memahami tentang TotalQuality Management (TQM). Total Quality Management (TQM)merupakan perluasan dan pengembangan dari jaminan mutu dantentang usaha menciptakan kultur mutu, yang mendorong semuaanggota stafnya untuk memuaskan para pelanggan. TQM adalahsebuah pendekatan praktis, namun strategis dalam menjalankanroda organisasi yang memfokuskan diri pada kebutuhan pelanggandan kliennya. Bukan merupakan sekumpulan slogan, namunmerupakan suatu pendekatan sistematis dan hati-hati untukmencapai tingkatan kualitas yang tepat dengan cara yang konsistendalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Sebagaisebuah pendekatan, TQM mencari sebuah peningkatan danperubahan permanen dalam tujuan sebuah organisasi/lembaga, daritujuan kelayakan jangka pendek menuju tujuan perbaikan mutujangka panjang. Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah suatumakna dan standar mutu dalam pendidikan. maka perlu diingatbahwa dalam manajemen mutu terpadu dalam pendidikan harusmenempatkan pelanggan dan produk sebagai perhatian utama. Olehkarena itu perlunya pengembangan kurikulum secara terus menerusberdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat yang selalu berkembang.Dimana pelanggan utama pendidikan adalah peserta didik yangmenerima pelayanan pendidikan dan latihan, sedangkan produknyaadalah peluang pembelajaran yang harus tercapai keperluan yangelemennya adalah kurikulum dan sumber daya pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Mutu, pendidikan, dan Total Quality Management

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 10 Sungai Limau, it was found that the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro-teaching training for teachers is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on Improving the Ability of Class Management and Process Assessment. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 10 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Micro Training can improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the existence of Micro Training training to improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. Teachers average ability in classroom management and process assessment through micro teaching training in terms of aspect assessment in cycle I is 54.46 in enough category whereas the dimension assessment is in the category with enough category with the value of 59.15 and on appraisal aspect for cycle II is 86.83 With Good category and also on dimensional appraisal for cycle II is 84.82 with Good category.Key Words: Classroom Management Skills and Process Assessment, Micro-training teaching.

Abstract

The research aims to determine effect of compensation and motivation on employees’ job satisfaction. Compensation is something that employees’ receive as a substitute for the contribution of their services to company. Compensation is one of human resource management function of which deals with all kinds of individual award giving as exchange in performing organizational tasks. Motivation can simply be defined as a condition or action that encourages a person to do a job or activity as much as possible. People with low motivation tend to display feelings of discomfort and displeasure with their work. Job satisfaction is basically something that is individual feel. Each individual has a different level of satisfaction in accordance with the value system that applies to him. The higher the assessment of the perceived activity in accordance with the wishes of the individual, the higher his satisfaction with the activity will be.Method used in this research is mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative.This research yields findings about the significance of financial and non-financial compensation effect through motivation towards employees’ job satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal about how the implementation of learning management to improve the competence of teachers in MIN  Kendari, how the forms teacher competence, and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of learning management to improve the competence of teachers. The result showed that the implementation of learning management to improve the competence of teachers in MIN Kendari not been implemented optimally in the planning stages of learning, organizational learning, learning implementation, evaluation of learning.  There factors supporting the implementation of learning management to improve the competence of teachers that is flexible and democratic principals in leading institutions, teachers have an average qualified Tier One and a few teachers qualified master, increased professionalism and competence of teachers that are specifically has been carried out by the head MIN Kendari to include teachers conduct seminars, workshops, training, availability of CCTV, LCD. While inhibiting factorss still the lack of availability of books supporting, the unavailability of rooms in the main learning laboratory science and language subjects, still lack the skills of teachers in the use of learning technology tools, the double post by teachers, teachers in addition to functional positions are also burdened with additional duty structural position. Keywords: Management, Learning, Teacher Competency Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tentang bagaimana penerapan manajemen pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Kendari, bagaimana bentuk-bentuk kompetensi guru, dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat. Dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang sifatnya kualitatif deskriftif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru dan staf tata usaha MIN Kendari, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan manajemen pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Kendari belum terlaksana secara maksimal pada tahapan-tahapan perencanaan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran. Dan bentuk-bentuk peningkatan kompetensi guru adalah Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), workshop, seminar. Serta ada beberapa faktor pendukung penerapan manajemen pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru yaitu kepala sekolah luwes dan demokratis dalam memimpin lembaga tersebut, memiliki tenaga pengajar yang rata-rata berkualifikasi Strata Satu (S1) dan beberapa guru berkualifikasi magister, peningkatan profesionalisme dan kompetensi guru yang sifatnya khusus telah dilakukan oleh kepala MIN kendari dengan mengikutsertakan guru-guru melakukan seminar, workshop, pelatihan-pelatihan, tersedianya CCTV, LCD. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah masih minimnya ketersediaan buku-buku pendukung, belum tersedianya ruangan labolatorium pembelajaran utamanya pada bidang studi IPA dan Bahasa, masih kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan alat teknologi pembelajaran, serta adanya rangkap jabatan oleh guru yaitu guru selain menduduki jabatan fungsional juga dibebani dengan tugas tambahan jabatan struktural. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, pembelajaran,  kompetensi  guru

Abstract

This research aims to investigate whether the use of SWELL method with fairy tale videos improves the students’ writing ability and to find out which writing components mostly affected by the use of SWELL method. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design. The population of the research was the second grade students of SMPN 5 Marioriawa in academic year 2015/2016 which consisted of two classes (56 students). The sample was drawn using cluster random technique. The number of students in the class was 28 students. The research instrument used was writing test. The data obtained through the test were analyzed quantitatively by using 21.0 version of SPSS program. Based on the data analysis, the research findings reveals that there is a significant differentce of the students’ writing skill after being taught by using SWELL method. It is proved by the data that had been processed through SPSS program. The result showed that the mean score of students in experimental group was greater than the mean score in control group (85.03>67.180, with t-test value is lower than the probability value (0.000<0.05). It indicates that there is a significant improvement of students’ writing ability after the treatment.  The writing skill of the second grade students of SMPN 5 Maroriawa can be improved significantly by using SWELL method with fairy tale videos. For the writing components that mostly affected by SWELL method. For different aspects of writing, content, organization, vocabulary, language use and mechanic, vocabulary is the most affected by the use SWELL method. The highest score in term of vocabulary was 18 with the percentage 90 with the highest converted  score 87.55 categorized as very good categorization.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah kondisi di mana jika tekanan darah sistolik lebih tinggi dari nilai normal dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih tinggi dari nilai normal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 sampai dengan 26 Maret 2018 di Poli Penyakit Dalam RSUD Nene Mallomo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan genetik dan stress dengan kejadian hipertensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif analitik dengan menggunakan metode Cross Sectional Study. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan program komputer SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hubungan antara genetik dengan kejadian hipertensi diperoleh dengan nilai p = 0,004 <a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil penelitian hubungan antara stress dengan kejadian hipertensi diperoleh nilai p = 0,011 <a = 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara genetik dan stress dengan kejadian hipertensi Di Poli Penyakit Dalam RSUD Nene Mallomo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang tahun 2018. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah diharapkan penelitiaan ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan program kesehatan serta diharapkan pada peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan diharapkan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan variabel selain genetik dan stress sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya dibidang kesehatan
