Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of lecturers of private university in Papua. This study includes the type of survey research and the method of research is utilizes the questionnaire in the main data collection in this case is the primary data of a number of samples from the population. In general, which is the unit of analysis in this survey research is individual. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance as evidenced by CR value of 1,998 and P 0.047 and the results were in accordance with the research hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the Food Security and Coordination Counseling of Papua Province. Respondents in this study as many as 84 employees at the Office of Food Security and Coordination Counseling of Papua Province and respondents who returned questionnaires of 60 questionnaires, Data processed using Multiple Regression and using SPSS software version 20. The result of this research shows that leadership has significant effect on employee performance while work motivation has significant effect on employee performance. The result of simultaneous research shows that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) have significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to examine the determinants of delays in Preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure. This study was conducted in Sarmi Regency. The population was member of budget board in the House of Representative, budget team from the government agencies and government officials from each work units. There were 60 respondents using a direct survey to collect data. A multiple regressions were employed to empirically test research hypotheses. The research revealed that relation between executive and legislative positively associated with delays in preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure. In other words, the better relation between executive and legislative are likely to lower the delays in preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure in Sarmi regency. Also, the educational backgrounds positively influence delays in the preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure. It means that advancement in educational backgrounds are likely to lower delays in preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure in Sarmi regency. Another factor was performance indicators which positively associate with delays in preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure. This infers that increase in performance indicators will likely to lower delays in preparations of Regional Revenue and Expenditure in Sarmi regency. Meanwhile, commitment was not supported. Abstract

This study aims to find out and obtain a clear picture of how much influence leadership, motivation, and work discipline have on employee performance in public sector organization. the study was conducted in Keerom Regency, Papua province, Indonesia. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques used were field studies and literature studies. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques consisting of research instrument tests, standard assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the only leadership influence the employee performance. Two other variables, motivation and discipline of work do not prove significantly influence on government employee performance in Keerom Regency Office of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives
