Abstract

This research aims to find out the description of conflict management of teachers and principals at primary schools in Kutai Kartanegara and to find out whether conflict management affects the effectiveness of school management. The research method used is quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistics. From result of hypothesis test that there is a significant and positive influence between managerial ability to school management effectiveness with Fcount test result 78,794> 3,875 Ftabel with sig = 0,000 <5% this means linear regression model can be used to predict influence of conflict management to effectiveness of school management. Result of determinant test 0,220 can be interpreted that equal to 22,0% effectiveness variable can be influenced by conflict management variable and the rest influenced other variable not examined in this research. Based on the result of instrument score of variables of conflict management, the distribution is in the medium category and based on inferential test can be concluded that conflict management has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of school management.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning to write the text explanation of the complex media using adobe flash the students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu. Sources of data in this study were obtained from: (1) the respondents, namely: the students of class XI MIPA 3 and XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu, (2) informants, namely: validator, students and teachers of bahasa indonesia SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu, (3) Documents, namely: specialized textbook, a recapitulation of the value of student learning outcomes and the value of the written text explanation, and library books. Instrument the effectiveness of media use adobe flash using the objective test. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the results of the assessment of the cognitive aspects and the assessment write text explanation of the complex has been done in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu with reference to the criteria of effectiveness in this study, it is known that media-based learning adobe flash effectively used in writing the text of the explanation and improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the results of the assessment of cognitive aspect obtained the average value of on the initial test of 59 and 85 on the final test. Further assessment of writing skills text eksplansi complex acquisition of the average results of the write with the value of the initial test 67-test and final test to be 85. Keywords: effectiveness, writing, text eksplanasi, adobe flash ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks menggunakan media adobe flash siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari: (1) responden, yaitu: siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 dan XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu, (2) informan, yaitu: validator, siswa dan guru bahasa indonesia SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu, (3) dokumen, yaitu: berupa buku ajar, rekapitulasi nilai hasil belajar siswa dan nilai menulis teks eksplanasi, dan buku- buku kepustakaan. Instrumen efektivitas penggunaan media adobe flash menggunakan tes objektif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penilaian aspek kognitif dan penilaian menulis teks eksplanasi kompleks yang telah dilakukan di kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Sebulu dengan merujuk pada kriteria keefektifan dalam penelitian ini, maka diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis adobe flash efektif digunakan dalam menulis teks eksplanasi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil penilaian aspek kognitif diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada tes awal 59 dan 85 pada tes akhir. Selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian keterampilan menulis teks eksplansi kompleks perolehan rata-rata hasil menulis dengan nilai tes awal 67 dan tes akhir menjadi 85. Kata kunci: efektivitas, menulis teks eksplanasi, adobe flash
