Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors of knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, behavioral control, and religious commitment to influence behavior through intentions for consumption of halal products. Based on the literature review, this research hypothesis states that knowledge, attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, and religious commitment affect the behavior through intention. This study uses survey data from questionnaires to 150 respondents. Hypothesis testing technique is done by using SEM analysis with Lisrel software. The results of data processing indicate that Knowledge, Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Behavior Control, and Religious Commitment have a significant influence on behavior through intention to consume halal products. Intensi variables have a significant influence on the consumption behavior of halal products with t value of 7.14. Behavior Control and Religious Commitment have a greater influence on behavior through intention to consume halal products than other variables. Suggestions based on the results of research: first, need to consciously consume halal products by increasing one's religious commitment. Second, it needs to be enhanced the role of society both from internal and external in controlling one's behavior to consume halal product.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of national income (real GDP), inflation rate and money supply previous year (M) t-1 to the amount of money circulating in the current year (M) t and the amount of credit / financing in the current year (Cr ) t both from the activities of Syariah banking and conventional banking. The data was used by publication of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis data was used multiple linear regression with logarithm approach. Research Result find for conventional bank only variable inflation significantly affect in the money supply (M1), while for Syariah bank in GDP and inflation as well as M1 (ISL) / P) t-1. As for conventional M2 for inflation and GDP was significant. For Syariah banking only GDP was not significant. The Factors were affecting credit conventional bank only inflation only. While Syariah bank all variables were significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, dan kinerja karyawan Bank Syariah  Mandiri kantor pusat Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dan analisis data menggunakan Structural  Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian:  Variabel  kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel budaya organisasi. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan  terhadap variabel komitmen organisasional. Variabel kepemimpinan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan melalui variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel komitmen organisasional namun pengaruhnya lebih kuat daripada pengaruh langsung antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan melalui variabel komitmen organisasional namun pengaruhnya lebih lemah daripada pengaruh langsung antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of service quality and job satisfaction on the loyalty of teachers and employees in the Integrated Islamic School, using path analysis test using pathPLS 3.0, which is a causal step (path of coefficient) strategy, this model aims to determine the direct and indirect set of independent variables (exogenous) to the dependent variable (endogenous), path keofisien value or the magnitude of the relationship or the effect of latent constructs carried out by the Bootrapping procedure measurement results show significant results this means that service quality variables are able to strengthen the variable job satisfaction and loyalty variables. Respondents in this study were teachers and employees of the Integrated Islamic School in the Banyuwangi Regency area, which amounted to 145 samples using non probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. The results showed that service quality has a significant direct effect as well as through job satisfaction as a mediator of loyalty. It is known that the indirect effect of the job satisfaction variable as mediator on loyalty variables is stronger than the direct effect of the service quality variable on the loyalty variable.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasi kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara langsung kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara langsung komitmen organisasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Bank BTN            Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.5. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 180 orang, namun kuesioner yang kembali adalah sebanyak 113 responden.            Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan secara langsung terhadap variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung. Variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap variabel komitmen organisasional. Variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.. Ada pengaruh secara tidak langsung variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel komitmen organisasional, namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This low waqf fund was due to the lack of education about money waqf. The general public in Indonesia is more familiar with the term waqf with immovable property such as mosques or land and the allocation of waqf is mostly used for the purposes of worship, burial, and education. This training aims to better socialize money waqf to help develop operational activities of mosques. The method is used in the form of training and mentoring for mosque administrators. The results of the Pre and post-test training test have a significant effect on participants' knowledge regarding money waqf.

Sector Usaha Mikro Kecil dan mengengah (UMKM), in particular Micro is a business that is in desperate need of attention the government or society. Because there are huge numbers and can absorb a lot of labor. Community Service which is part of the efforts to develop micro approach to sharing and mentoring. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research has a purpose to find out: the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using Amos software. Respondents in this study were employees of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta totaling 201 samples using the technique of making samplel Probability sampling.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; there is a positive and significant effect Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.Keywords: Quality Of Work Life, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and OCB
