Abstract

Nowadays, vehicle rental has become a common function for companies that have busy operational activities. Every company in carrying out operational activities requires a vehicle that is always there when needed. PT. Agung Solusi Trans is a vehicle rental company that rents various vehicle brands commonly used by customers to rent vehicles. In addition, PT. Agung Solusi Trans is also difficult to get updated information regarding the level of sales per period. Therefore, we need a decision support system and a method that can be used to design a business strategy that can provide an efficient and effective information, namely data mining using the a priori algorithm association method. The researcher specializes in taking only vehicle types as research material by selecting fifteen brands, including Agya, Yaris, Sienta, Calya, Avanza, Innova, Rush, Vios, Altis, Camry, Fortuner, Alphard, Hi Ace, Voxy, and Hilux. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a priori algorithm calculation by testing the hypothesis of two variables between the value of support and the value of confidence. After that, apriori algorithm is calculated using Tanagra. Based on the analysis done by the author, that the brands most sought after by customers are Calya, Avanza, Hilux. From these results can be used by PT. Agung Solusi Trans to prepare vehicle brands that are widely leased by customers and increase brand inventory.

Abstract

Abstract —Previousstudies on the use of internet website state that a website satisfaction level is determined by the e-Service. AMIK BSI Jakarta has been using e-Service for its academic service activities. But there are some constraints like website usefulness, aesthetics, security system and responsiveness that have not been optimized. This study proposes a model to see the relationship between the satisfaction of websites containing academic information for students and the intention to revisit the website, so its e -Service has become an important necessity for students. This study conducts a survey to students between the ages of 19 (nineteen) up to 30 (thirty) years that has a lot of experience in using the academic website,particularlyfrom semester three (3) to semester 6 (six) students. They are from 3 (three) different majors: Komputerisasi Akuntansi (Computer Accounting), Manajemen Informatika (Infromatics Management) and Teknik Komputer (Computer Engineering) at Akademi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (AMIK BSI Jakarta) . The respondents answered the questionnaire based on their experience in exploring the academic website. Dataobtained are processed for the purposes of descriptive data analysis by using Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) method and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) for testing the hypothesis. This study was conducted at AMIK BSI Jakarta Kramat and Salemba campuses for 5 (five) months. The results of this study show that the validity and reliability of each indicator is significantly connected to variable and can significantly contribute to evaluating the websites service quality. How the acquisition of information provided by the website will affect students’ satisfaction, therefore encourage their intention to revisit the website.  Intisari —Penelitian terhadap penggunaan internet sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa ukuran kepuasan website ditentukan oleh  kualitas e-Service. AMIK BSI Jakarta telah  melakukane-Service untuk kegiatan pelayanan akademiknya. Namun ada beberapa kendala yang di hadapi seperti kebermanfaatan website, estetika website, sistem keamanan website dan daya tanggap website yang belum optimal.    Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk melihat hubungan antara kepuasan website yang berisi informasi akademik kepada mahasiswa dan niatan untuk berkunjung  kembali ke website tersebut sehingga e-Servicewebsite tersebut menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang cukup penting keberadaannya bagi mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survei terhadap mahasiswa yang berusia antara 19 (sembilan belas) sampai dengan 30 (tiga puluh) tahun yang memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam menggunakan website akademik terutama mahasiswa semester 3 (tiga) sampai semester 6 (enam) dari 3 (tiga) jurusan yang berbeda yaitu jurusan Komputerisasi Akuntansi, jurusan Manajemen Informatika dan jurusan Teknik Komputer di Akademi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (AMIK BSI Jakarta). Para responden menjawab kuesioner berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam mengeksplorasi website akademik. Data dari responden yang diperoleh akan diolah untuk keperluan analisis data deskriptif dengan metode pemodelan persamaan Struktural atau Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini. Proses penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampus BSI wilayah Kramat dan Salemba AMIK BSI Jakarta selama 5 (lima) bulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa nilai validitas dan reabilitas setiap indikator terhubung signifikan terhadap variabel dan dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan website, sehingga diketahui bagaimana perolehan informasi yang diberikan mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap website, sehingga menimbulkan niatan kembali mahasiswa untuk mengunjungi website tersebut. Kata Kunci —AMOS, e-Service, Internet, Layanan Akademik, SEM.,Website.

Abstract

Abstract? Natural disasters are disasters caused by natural events and cannot be avoided including earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, hurricanes, droughts, and landslides. One of the natural disasters that often occurs in Indonesia is a landslide disaster. One of the regencies in West Java Province that had experienced a landslide was a Purwakarta district area. Landslide is one type of mass or rock mass movement, or a mixture of both, down or out of the slope due to the disruption of the stability of the soil or rocks making up the slope. With a data mining approach that uses the decision tree method or C4.5 Algorithm, a classification model will be made where the model functions as a classification of the causes of landslides in Purwakarta district.

Abstract

Data storage on server laboratory at the computer science when needed.It was because application that progressively and document required was handled by more than one person.Currently there are 6 class space the laboratory contained 30 units of computer in each room. All the time, Laboran (person who manage and work in a laboratory) have to bring harddrive external if you want to install application needed for each the lab, but during this laboran has only two external hard drive. This condition resulted in the process of installation application in the laboratory require a long time. In addition, every month laboran have to make recapitulation contract for 22 person laboratory’s assistant. Now, to make contract assistant in the lab, laboran have to open one of the workstations that is in the fasilkom’s laboratory. This can slow performance, because laboran have to coming into the fasilkom’s laboratory.  By the presence of the problems mentioned above, then built a file sharing that is used to hold the application of which is required in the entire room of Fasilkom’s laboratory. In addition, a file sharing this can be used to speed up the emoluments of the preparation of reports on the whole lab assistant that until now had been stored luminance space laboratory so that laboran no need to use more external hard disk in installation perform the process of application by opening the Samba through Windows Server Explorer. It is also the case to compile the report honorarium of the lab’s assistant, laboran enough to use of a file sharing fastly. A file sharing development is using the Linux Ubuntu operating system Version 12.04 and the application of the Samba Servers the Samba to connect storage a file that is in linux so that it can be opened in a windows or linux operating system based. Keywords : File Sharing Server, Samba Server, Linux Ubuntu, Computer Lab.

Abstract

Abstract   Communication is very important and a success factor of the system at the company. Communication can be done using telephone media and internet media. PT. Interdev Prakarsa has several branches and communication between branches is still done using telephone media, and it is very costly for the company especially since the company is already using internet media in the network. The solution to this problem in this study was designing an internet-based technology as communication between branches, the technology is called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) with an open source operating system and an open source firewall that was Shorewall. Result showed that after installation and testing, this firewall reliable enough to overcome the problem of attack problems from outside. The results of VoIP tightening on service quality found that the application of VoIP did not consume a lot of CPU Benchmarks, i.e. only 0.80 to 1.35 per cent. The bandwidth used is also very small between 86 to 86.8 kbps for incoming calls and 83.4 up to 84.3 kbps for outgoing calls. Communication built between VoIP peripherals has also been tested to run well because the value of delay, jitter and packet loss is included in the good category. Keywords: VoIP, Shorewall, Comunication   Abstrak   Komunikasi pada sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, dimana komunikasi menjadi alat ukur keberhasilan sistem di perusahaan tersebut. Komunikasi yang dilakukan dapat menggunakan media telepon dan media internet. PT. Interdev Prakarsa memiliki beberapa cabang dan komunikasi antar cabang masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan media telepon, dan itu sangatlah menghabiskan cost perusahaan apalagi perusahaan tersebut sudah menggunakan media internet dalam jaringan. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mendesain sebuah teknologi yang berbasis jaringan internet sebagai komunikasi antar cabang, teknologi tersebut bernama Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) dengan sebuah sistem operasi open source dan sebuah firewall open source yaitu Shorewall dimana setelah dilakukan penginstallan dan pengetesan, firewall ini cukup handal untuk mengatasi masalah masalah serangan dari luar.  Hasil dari pengetasan VoIP terhadap kualitas pelayanan didapatkan bahwa penerapan VoIP tidak banyak menghabiskan Benchmark CPU yaitu hanya 0,80 sampai degan 1.35 persen per call.  Untuk bandwidth yang di pakai juga sangatlah kecil berada di antara 86 sampai dengan 86.8 kbps untuk panggilan masuk dan 83.4 sampai dengan 84.3 kbps untuk panggilan keluar. Komunikasi yang dibangun antar peripheral VoIP pun teruji berjalan dengan baik karena nilai dari delay, jitter dan packet loss termasuk dalam katagori baik.   Kata kunci: VoIP, Shorewall, Komunikasi

Abstract

Abstrak: Jaringan lokal komputer pada perusahaan PT. Anta Citra Arges (ACA) belummenerapkan manajemen bandwidth untuk setiap PC yang terhubung ke jaringan LAN yang tersedia, namun dengan semakin beragamnya aktifitas user, maka kebutuhan akan suatusistem yang dapat membatasi bandwidth sangat dibutuhkan. Begitu pula seiring denganberkembangnya jaringan dan layanan network, dibutuhkan suatu metode manajemenbandwidth yang tepat. Implementasi metode manajemen bandwidth ini dilakukan pada kondisireal jaringan komputer PT. Anta Citra Arges dengan mengamati throughput rata-rata yangdidapatkan di masing-masing client dan CPU Load pada PC Router MikroTik dengan skenariobanyak user mengakses beragam layanan, hal ini akan memperlihatkan berbagai aktifitas userdalam menggunakan internet dan memungkinkan beberapa user akan membutuhkanbandwidth yang cukup besar sehingga user yang benar-benar memerlukan bandwidth untukaktifitas pentingnya akan menjadi terganggu. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalahini adalah melakukan implementasi metode manajemen bandwidth menggunakan MikroTikRouterOS dengan metode simple queue dengan hasil yang didapat adalah dimana TxAvg Rate(transfer rate rata-rata) client 1 sebesar 231.4 kbps dan client 2 sebesar 256.7 kbps, dimanaTxAvg rate ini tidak melebihi dari bandwidth maksimal yang telah ditentukan. Anta Citra Arges (ACA) has not implemented abandwidth management method to each PC within its network. But with more diverse usersactivities, there is an urgent demand of a system that can manage the network bandwidthusage. The fact that the network and demands of its services are growing, the company needsa right method for managing the bandwidth. An implementation of the bandwidth managementmethod at PT. Anta Citra Arges was done in real computer network condition by observing theaverage throughput acquired from each client and the CPU Load from the MikroTik Router PCwith a scenario of many users accessing different network services. The observation showsusers various activities in using the Internet and how these users? simultaneous activities use upmore bandwidth. Consequently, it interupts those who actually need it for more important workor activities. Therefore, the solution to this problem is to implement the MikroTik RouterOS witha simple queue method. With this bandwith management method, the TxAvg Rate (the AverageTransfer Rate) of client 1 is 231.4 kbps and client 2 is 256.7 kbps, in which the TxAvg rate doesnot exceed the set maximum bandwidth. Abstract

Abstrak: Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem penyimpanan berbasis cloud computing pada PT. Trieka Daya Unggul untuk membantu pengguna dalam masalah pengolahan big data, agar user tidak penyimpan data pada komputer yang digunakan. Sehingga data yang tersimpan menjadi terpusat. Hal ini memudahkan bagi pegawai yang membutuhkan data mereka hanya perlu mengakses server cloud yang sudah diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Owncloud yang sudah diterapkan pada sistem operasi linux ubuntu versi 14.04 serta menggunakan PHP dan Apache sebagai layanan web dan databasenya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem penyimpanan cloud berbasis internet yang lebih mudah dalam hal akses data sehingga user yang berada pada sistem cloud computing ini dapat menyimpan dan mengunduh data yang ada pada server owncloud dengan mudah dan aman.     Kata kunci:  Data, Cloud Computing, Owncloud.   Abstract: This research paper aims to design a cloud computing-based storage system at PT. Trieka Daya Unggul to help users in big data processing problems, so that users do not store data on the computer used. So that the stored data becomes centralized. This makes it easy for employees who need data they only need to access the cloud server that has been implemented. The method used in this study is to use Owncloud which has been applied to the Linux operating system version 14.04 and uses PHP and Apache as web services and databases. The results of this study are to build an internet-based cloud storage system that is easier in terms of data access so that users who are in this cloud computing system can store and download data that is on their own cloud server easily and safely.   Keywords: Data, Cloud Computing, Own Cloud.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengguna komputer di era masyarakat digital saat ini semakin ingin dimudahkan dalam mengakses berbagai macam sumber daya dalam sebuah jaringan terintegrasi. Semakin tinggi tingkat layanan yang dimiliki pengguna, semakin banyak pula proses autentikasi yang harus dilakukan oleh pengguna untuk melakukan proses autentikasi tersebut dan ini mengakibatkan server aplikasi diwajibkan untuk mempunyai ketersediaan yang tinggi (High Availability).  Implementasi high availability server pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknologi failover atau Redudansi database. Setelah dilakukan pengujian  dengan mengunakan Teknik failover maka hasilnya  adalah dengan adanya high availibality cluster server, ketika server mengalami error atau rusak pada server aktif, server akan otomatis pindah ke server pasif dan server yang tadinya menjadi server pasif akan berpindah menjadi server aktif. Sedangkan untuk perpidahan otomatis dari server pasif ke aktif akan memakan waktu kurang lebih 5  detik, Jadi sistem akan tetap berjalan dan tidak akan downtime terlalu lama.   Kata kunci:  Clustering, Failover, High Availability.   Abstract: Computer users in the era of digital society today increasingly want to be facilitated in accessing various kinds of resources in an integrated network. The higher the level of service the user has, the more authentication the user must do to perform the authentication process and this causes the application server to have High Availability. The implementation of high availability server in this study uses failover or database redundancy technology. After testing using the failover technique, the result is a high availibality cluster server, when the server has an error or is damaged on the active server, the server will automatically move to the passive server and the server that was a passive server will move to the active server. Whereas for automatic switching from a passive to active server it will take approximately 5 seconds, so the system will continue to run and will not downtime too long.   Keywords: Clustering, Failover, High Availability.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengiriman data perusahaan yang dilakukan secara jarak jauh dengan menggunakanbantuan free e-mail tentu saja dapat menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi PT. Tri Eka Daya Unggul,disamping sifat free e-mail yang tidak terjaga keamanannya, juga dapat menyebabkan kehilangandata atau data berpindah ke pihak lain. Dengan membuat sebuah Wide Area Network (WAN)antara perwakilan sendiri, maka hal hal seperti itu kemungkinan besar bisa di minimalisir. Sebuahteknik frame relay dan di bantu dengan metode pembangunan sistem jaringan berbasis NetworkDevelopment Life Cycle (NDLC) maka perancangan Wide Area Network dilakukan, denganmenghubungkan semua router di semua perwakilan dengan bantuan sebuah router cloud.Percobaan konektifitas dilakukan dengan melakukan Ping dari semua perwakilan ke routermasing masing dan juga ke router cloud, kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan Ping client antarperwakilan satu dengan perwakilan yang lain dan hasilnya, semua perintah Ping berhasil di replytidak ada yang bernilai request timed out. Artinya pendefinisian IP Address pada jaringan WAN tersebut berhasil dengan baik. Kata kunci: e-mail, frame relay, Network Development Life Cycle, Wide Area Network Abstract: Delivering company data remotely using free e-mail can certainly be a problem for PTTri Eka Daya Unggul, in addition to the nature of free e-mail is not secure, it can also cause dataloss or data move to another party. By creating a Wide Area Network (WAN) between the branchitself, then things like that are likely to be minimized. A frame relay technique and aided byNetwork Development Life Cycle network (NDLC) based development method then Wide AreaNetwork design is done, by connecting all routers in all branches with the help of a router cloud.The connectivity experiment is done by pinging from all branches to the respective router andalso to the cloud router, then proceeding to ping the client between branches with the other branchand the result, all the ping command is successfully replayed, none of which is worth request atimed out. Abstrak: Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana penerapan Knowledge Management berbasis teknologi Informasi  dapat menimbulkan dampak bagi organisasi dan pengguna sistem organisasi. Dengan memanfaatkan metode tentang  persamaan berganda yang dikembangkan dari prinsip ekonometri dan digabungkan dengan prinsip pengaturan dari psikologi dan sosiologi pengetahuan, studi ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui dampak  dari  kinerja  sistem  Knowledge Management  terhadap  kegiatan  usaha organisasi. Pengukuran keterkaitan, kualitas dan ketersediaan sistem menjadi dasar bagi pengukuran  sistem  Knowledge Management dan hasilnya diperoleh bahwa kinerja Sistem Knowledge Management ternyata mampu memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja sistem organisasi.   Kata kunci:  Knowledge Management, Teknologi Informasi, Organisasi.   Abstract: This research aims at testing how the application of information technology-based Knowledge Management can impact on organizations and users of the organization system. By utilizing Structural Equation Modeling methods of multiple equations developed from econometric principles combined with the regulatory principles of psychology and the sociology of knowledge, this study is expected to determine the impact of the performance of Knowledge Management system on the organization's business activities. Measurements on the relevancy, quality and availability of the system were used as the basis for measuring the Knowledge Management system and the results show that the performance of Knowledge Management System was able to give a positive impact on the performance of the organization system.   Keywords: Knowledge Management, Information Technology, Organization.
