Abstract

This study provides an overview of the quality of six state University website services in Bandar Lampung which refered to three dimensions, website usability, information quality, and interaction quality website. This study also used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to determine the level of user satisfaction. In addition, to improve the usability of a website, website performance testing was performed using automatic tools. The result of this research find that the quality of website services is influenced by the content on the website. The result of CSI analysis on the website of state Universities in Bandar Lampung are satisfied with the website service at each state University in Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of the usability evaluation using automatic tools on the website, it is known that the website of state Universities in Bandar Lampung is good enough as evidenced by the page load time value which was less the three seconds.Keywords: Quality of Website Service, WebQual, CSI, UsabilityPenelitian ini mengkaji kualitas layanan pada enam website universitas negeri di Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan metode Webqual yang merujuk pada 3 hal yaitu ? website usability, kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi website. Kepuasan pengguna diukur menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Untuk meningkatkan website usability dilakukan website performance tes menggunakan alat otomatis. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan kualitas layanan website dipengaruhi oleh konten website. Sedangkan hasil Analisa CSI pada website universitas negeri di Bandar Lampung adalah memuaskan untuk setiap website universitas tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi usability, website universitas negri di Bandar Lampung menunjukkan sudah cukup baik dengan waktu load halaman kurang dari tiga detik.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Website, WebQual, CSI, Usability

Abstract

Situs-situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace di Indonesia menawarkan setiap produk dengan deskripsi dan harga yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu pengisian deskripsi dengan jumlah kata yang sangat banyak dan beragam, maka dapat menghabiskan waktu yang sangat lama dalam mengelola produk. Keterbatasan dalam mengelola deskripsi produk secara detail ini dapat diatasi dengan proses pengambilan informasi dengan web scraping. Web scraping adalah proses pengambilan sebuah dokumen semi-terstruktur dari internet, umumnya berupa halaman-halaman web dalam bahasa markup seperti HTML atau XHTML, dan menganalisis dokumen tersebut untuk diambil data tertentu dari halaman tersebut untuk digunakan bagi kepentingan lain. Pembangunan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil implementasi dari sistem informasi web scraping ini adalah teknik web scraping dapat digunakan untuk mengambil konten deskripsi produk dengan cepat dan tepat di berbagai situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace seperti Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Zalora, Blanja.com, Kriya.co.id, Zilingo, Amazon, dan Alibaba yang memuat deskripsi penjualanan produk. Penyimpanan deskripsi produk ke dalam database, mempermudah transformasi data ke bentuk lainnya.

Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly and greatly influences to improving the effieciency and effectiveness of business activities in developing the company. In this case, an information technology audit is needed to ensure the existing information technology, that has been already satisfy the common control standards and has the ability to compete in the business world. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the assessment and to make recommendations based on the analysis maturity level of IT in Car Dealer XYZ in Bandar Lampung according to the framework COBIT 4.1. Standard of COBIT 4.1 has parameters that can aid the assessment of an enterprise using a maturity model. This research finds that the result of maturity level of Car Dealer XYZ in Bandar Lampung is 4.02. This shows that Information Technology has been updated well where the procedures and policies have been done effectively, monitored and there are corrective actions are taken.

Abstract

In the present era, to support business processes in a university requires the support of ICT in improving the quality of education and services. Analysis of the existing condition of ICT implementation in Unila using Zachman framework shows that the change in the need of application becomes the most dominant thing to be immediately corrected in various fields of work in dispersed work units. Application requirements analysis is obtained by interviewing, obervating, and giving questionnaires to internal and external customers, and conducting document study of strategic plan of Unila. The result of this research is planning of Unila application architecture in accordance with organizational purpose which can give input for management to prepare integrated application in the future.

Abstract

Sale-purchase often expect the occurrence of mutually fair transaction. Perfect Competition Market is an ideal market structure, because many sellers and buyers will be determined the price based on demand and supply. Continuous Double Auction (CDA) is one method that allows the occurrence of many transactions with the result that buyers get the cheapest price and the seller get a highest price. Currently, transactions can be made online by multiple platforms that promise the information, spacious seller and buyer access, and perfect price competition. CDA method can also be applied to the online market system.This research tries to make e-auction system and simulate that  market commodities using CDA method, focusing on the indication of price change (price fluctuation) that happened. The quantity of participants who make a sale or buy will also affect the price fluctuation changes. If there are more sellers than the buyer, the market increase (Bullish) and otherwise the market decrease (Bearish). The simulation which applies profit-selling strategy, will increase the price higher than the random simulation.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia became the largest in the world. However, the cooperative only contributes 4% of the Gross Domestic Product. It means most of the cooperative is managed unprofessionally. Many of the cooperatives are closed by the government as there are no annual members meeting and transparency of cooperatives business process. This shows that communication and data transparency in cooperatives is very important. But, the cooperatives are difficult to show data transparancy and communicate with members because there is no media or something to support the communication for develop the cooperative.This research has succeeded in developing Multi Cooperative Information System using Laravel framework. Multi Cooperative Information System can store member data collection, financial transactions, calculating profit sharing, and facilitate communication. This system build based on Software as a Service (SaaS) system so cooperative can subscribe with small amount of fee, ignoring the development and maintaining the system.  This system already pass the test by black box testing and expert judgement.

Abstract

KKN is an intracurricular activity that provides learning and work experience to students in community development activities. The Implementation Board of the Real Work Program (BP-KKN) of the University of Lampung made the information system an important component in the implementation of KKN. BP-KKN's success in carrying out its duties depends on the extent to which the KKN information system management has been implemented. The use of the KKN information system raises various risks that can interfere with the implementation of KKN and cause losses both non-material and material to BP-KKN. BP-KKN needs to apply risk management to reduce the risks that arise, so that the problems caused do not result in the use of KKN information systems being hampered. The method used is NIST 800-30 which is an information system risk management framework with three stages, namely risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk evaluation. KKN has 9 risks that can interfere with the sustainability of the information system. The final result of the KKN information system risk management is in the form of recommendations given to reduce the risk that will occur in the information system.

Abstract

PT. XYZ needs information technology to carry out all activities in presenting the latest news. Audit of information technology services is needed to determine the extent of information technology services in PT. XYZ. This study uses Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to audit domain service operation of PT. XYZ. The focus of this research is on the domain service operation. Data from this study were obtained based on the results of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of the study found that the level of maturity of PT. XYZ in information technology services in the service operation domain of respondents was 3,1 (Defined) and the finding were worth 2 (Managed). This result is different from the expected because IT Lampung haven’t met the SOP criteria standards, especially in management incident reports and resolved. IT division also haven’t conducted user’s statisfaction survey about the IT service provided.

Abstract

The initial purpose of saving and loan cooperative is giving a financial solution for the members only. As time goes by, nowadays cooperative can provide finance support for small enterprise and public society. Transactions which always increasing can cause trouble in data management. The price of the application that is relatively expensive can be a problem for cooperative which don?t have any information system yet. Furthermore, user needs IT expert for maintaining and updating system. Saving and loan information system using SaaS model (Software as a Service) can be a solution to the problem. With the SaaS model users do not need to buy the app, just by subscribing with the application directly to use the application. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed for ease the saving and loan data management. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed with Extreme Programming method by using PHP languages, and Laravel Framework. The conclusion of this research is saving and loan multi cooperative information system is successfully built according to user needs, by displaying data transparently.

Abstract

Terampil adalah bentuk kontribusi nyata untuk mendukung visi pemerintah Indonesia periode 2019-2024 yaitu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan mencapai kemajuan Indonesia melalui penyediaan akses keterampilan dan sertifikasi profesional. Kebutuhan pemodelan bisnis yang komprehensif terhadap realisasi solusi tersebut diperlukan agar dapat divisualisasikan, dinilai, dan divalidasi dengan jelas berdasarkan persyaratan calon pengguna spesifik. Pemodelan calon rintisan startup bisnis Terampil perlu dianalisis secara tepat sehingga Terampil dapat dikomersialisasi secara global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan customer development model atau CDM untuk menganalisis dan menentukan pemodelan bisnis berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh calon pengguna spesifik. Kebutuhan pengguna diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung, kemudian proses pemodelan bisnis dilakukan dengan Lean Canvas melalui menurunkan rumusan solusi untuk kebutuhan pengguna. Pendekatan ini diimplemetasikan melalui dua tahap, tahapan customer discovery dan tahapan customer creation. Tahapan customer discovery menghasilkan fakta permasalahan calon pengguna yang digunakan untuk membentuk value proporsition. Sedangkan pada tahapan customer creation dilakukan pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna. Perumusan model bisnis yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi melalui penilaian ahli untuk mendapatkan penilaian. Berdasarkan expert judgement diketahui bahwa pemodelan bisnis Terampil telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon pengguna spesifik. Namun, pembaharuan fitur serta analisis studi kelayakan yang lebih rinci sangat dibutuhkan untuk melengkapi analisis pengembangan bisnis Terampil ini.
