Abstract

Credit is a form of business run by various banks. In running credit, banks will always consider the credit that will occur, for that data about creditworthiness decisions will be very necessary to support the business wheels of banking life. Credit analysis is carried out to support credit or historical data. This can reduce credit. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi is one of the largest finance companies in Indonesia. This company provides financing services for the purchase of new vehicles or used vehicles, some funds and funds provided by Sinarmas Bank in terms of credit, credit assistance, one for analyzing important credit, because one of them, looking for credit, bad things that can be done by companies that are not careful in granting credit. The ID3 algorithm can search all discussions and decisions. The application of the ID3 method by comparing the three criteria for obtaining credit, understanding the assessment criteria, obtaining an accuracy value of 62.67% and an AUC value of 0.800, the highest in accordance with the criteria being compared, is discussed with the criteria. The Strengthening Ratio and Gini Index have the lowest Accuracy and AUC values. Thus, the ID3 method with Gain Information criteria is a good method and criterion in predicting lending to Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi.

Abstract

AbstrakKomoditas ayam broiler mempunyai prospek pasar yang sangat baik karena didukung oleh karakteristik produk yang dapat diterima oleh semua lapisan masyarakat Indonesia yang sebagian besar muslim, kolesterol relatif lebih rendah sehingga  relatif aman bagi penderita hipertensi, harga relatif murah (dibandingkan daging sapi maupun kambing) dengan akses yang mudah diperoleh karena sudah menyebar di seluruh wilayah tanah air. Cakupan nutrisi tubuh ayam berpengaruh besar terhadap produktivitas dan hal itu sangat berkaitan erat dengan fungsi kerja saluran pencernaan. Pengobatan yang efektif terhadap suatu penyakit memerlukan diagnosis yang tepat. Namun para peternak ayam biasanya hanya mengetahui gejala-gejala yang terjadi pada ayam yang sakit tanpa mengetahui penyakit apa yang dideritanya. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada saluran pencernaan ayam untuk memudahkan peternak ayam dalam mendiagnosa penyakit ayam. Aplikasi ini menggunakan perhitungan gejala/keluhan menggunakan metode CF (certainty factor). Dengan aplikasi ini peternak ayam bisa mengetahui kemungkinan penyakit yang terjangkit pada ayam broiler dan solusi pengobatannya. Kata Kunci: Algoritma Certainty Factor, Penyakit saluran pencernaan ayam, Sistem Pakar. AbstractChicken broiler commodity has a good market because supported by product character who can accept by most citizens Muslim in Indonesia. With low cholesterol that save for hypertension, cheaper than beef and mutton and easy to find in whole country. Chicken nutrition is defending to productivity who has relations with digest system. Effective care to a syndrome needs a real deal diagnostic. But mostly chicken farmer doesn’t know about caring the syndrome. Therefore we need to make a system for diagnosing about diseases of the chicken digestive to make easier chicken farmers in diagnosing diseases of chicken. This application uses the calculation of syndrome using CF (certainty factor). With this application the chicken farmer can know the possibility of contracting the disease in broiler chickens and treatment solutions. Keywords: Algorithm Certainty Factor, Digest Syndrome Diagnostic, Expert System.

Abstract

Currently e-commerce has become a concept that is influential in the business world,many companies that offer merchandise at the website and for some communities in e-commerce is one of the solutions in the shop, because prospective buyers do not need tocome to a place to buy goods. Stores On Computers are firms engaged in computersales, this store has introduced a system of online sales, but not using a recommendationsystem on its website. The consumers who do not know how to choose a suitablecomputer according to the needs and which products are much in demand by otherconsumers. Lack of recommendation goods and the lack of facilities which products aremost in demand, hence resulting in less than optimal sales. In this study applying themethod of up-selling and cross-selling on the application to optimize sales.

Abstract

The disease Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious and deadly diseases in the world, even the World Health Organization (WHO) declared as the worlds emergency disease (global emergency), some research fields of health including one disease TB has been widely carried out to detect the disease early, but it is not yet known which algorithm is quite good in predicting disease TB. On this research will apply the Algorithm Naïve Bayes, in predicting diagnosis of TB disease to Naïve Bayes algorithm so that the destination is the most accurate algorithm in the prediction of the disease TUBERCULOSIS. The test results using the method of Confusion Matrix and the ROC Curve, the naïve bayes algorithm is known that has a value of 91,61%, accuracy and value of the AUC of 0,995. See the value of AUC, the naïve bayes methods including group classification is very good, because the results of his AUC values between 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

Every institution in particular school lots of scholarship devoted to students, whether or not capable ofachieving good results. The scholarship is intended to help ease the burden of costs for students who get it. Witha large number of students who apply to receive scholarships and criteria of assessment that much anyway, sonot all students who apply for scholarships can be granted. SMK Pasim Plus Sukabumi does not yet have asystem which can assist in the determination of scholarship recipients more effectively and efficiently. The NaïveBayes algorithm method is expected to be able to assist in the determination of the prospective grantee. NaïveBayes algorithm is one method of data mining contains ten classification data mining is most popular amongthe other algorithm-the algorithm. Naïve Bayes method also assessed potential both in classifying documentsthan other classification methods in terms of accuracy and computational efficiency. From the test results bymeasuring the performance of the naïve Bayes algorithm using the method of testing the Confusion Matrix andROC Curve, the naïve Bayes algorithm is known that have Accuracy namely 96.67% by value of the AUC that is0.990. See the value of the naïve Bayes algorithm AUC the naïve Bayes algorithm, then include the groupclassification is very good, because the results of his AUC values between 0.90-1.00. naïve Bayes algorithm forit is expected to produce a decent Scholarship candidates, so that the school can help in taking decisions morequickly, more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Teknologi  informasi  berkembang  sangat  pesat,  salah  satu  perangkat  yang  terkena adalah komputer. Dari waktu ke waktu ada kemajuan pada perangkat ini kedua perangkat lunak dan  perangkat  keras.  Apotek  Ating  XI  yang  sampai  sekarang  belum  terkomputerisasi  dan benar-benar  membutuhkan  aplikasi  untuk  mendukung  dan  memberikan  pelayanan  yang memuaskan kepada konsumen dan untuk mendukung pembuatan laporan lebih cepat, akurat, efektif dan efisien. Apotek Ating XI adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan obatobatan  dan  alat  kesehatan.  Pencatatan  transaksi  mulai  dari  pembelian  barang,  penjualan barang  dan  pembuatan  laporan  masih  dilakukan  secara  manual  sehingga  rentan  terjadi kesalahan  selama  proses  transaksi  berlangsung.  Kurangnya  aplikasi  komputer  membuat transaksi sedikit terhambat, terutama dalam hal laporan keuangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan sastra. Desain aplikasi akuntansi ini adalah solusi  terbaik  untuk  memecahkan  masalah  dan  kendala  yang  terjadi  di  perusahaan  ini  untuk masukan proses pembelian, proses penjualan barang dan pelaporan proses bisa berjalan lebih cepat dan yang paling penting, laporan dapat dihasilkan lebih akurat . Dengan desain aplikasi akuntansi perusahaan ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut di tengah tigh persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini

Abstract

Abstrak Besarnya angka pengguna internet di Indonesia semakin membuka peluang bisnis baik di tingkat lokal maupun global. Perusahaan kecil dan besar berlomba-lomba memanfaatkan internet demi menunjang bisnis mereka. Penerapan teknologi e-commerce merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan penjualan suatu produk dari sebuah perusahaan. Sistem prediksi jumlah transaksi penjualan dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi e-commerce. Metode K-Nearest Neighbor digunakan karena memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dengan rasio kesalahan kecil. Adapun hasil dari prediksi atau peramalan bermanfaat untuk membantu meningkatkan omzet penjualan perusahaan. Studi kasus penelitian ini dilakukan di Distro Folder yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan pakaian seperti baju, jaket, celana, topi, tas dan aksesoris lainnya di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan website pembeli dapat lebih mudah dalam memilih dan memesan barang kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa harus mengunjungi distro. Pembangunan website e-commerce yang memiliki sistem prediksi transaksi penjualan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbour diharapkan dapat meningkatkan angka penjualan dengan lebih cepat, lebih luas jangkauan pasarnya serta lebih mudah dalam mengelola laporan penjualan. Small and big companies vying to use the internet to support their business. Application of e-commerce technology is one important factor to support the successful sale of a product of a company. The prediction system of the number of sales transactions can be applied to e-commerce applications. The K-Nearest Neighbor method is used because it has high accuracy with small error ratios. The result of prediction or forecasting is useful to help increase sales turnover of the company. Case study of this research is done in Distro Folder which is a company engaged in the sale of clothes such as clothes, jackets, pants, hats, bags and other accessories in Sukabumi. By using the buyers website can be easier in choosing and ordering goods anytime and anywhere without having to visit the distro. The development of e-commerce website that has a sales transaction prediction system using K-Nearest Neighbors method is expected to increase sales figures with faster, wider range of market and easier in managing sales report. Abstract

AbstrakMasalah kemiskinan merupakan salah satu persoalan mendasar yang menjadi pusat perhatian pemerintah di negara manapun. Program Raskin (program penyaluran untuk keluarga miskin) adalah program dari Pemerintah. Program tersebut adalah sebuah upaya untuk mengurangi beban penyaluran dari rumah tangga miskin sebagai bentuk dukungan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dengan memberikan perlindungan sosial beras murah dengan jumlah maksimal 15 kg/rumah tangga miskin/bulan dengan masing-masing harga Rp.1.600,00 per kg (netto) di titik distribusi. Dengan adanya sistem yang mampu membantu untuk membantu menentukan keputusan, keputusan yang diambil akan lebih objektif. Hal tersebut sangat berperan penting terhadap pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sasaran pada sebuah kasus atau masalah. Pada penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan digunakan untuk penerimaan beras masyarakat miskin. Algoritma yang digunakan pada sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu algoritma C5.0 dengan model klasifikasi tree. Penerapan algoritma C5.0 pada dataset kelurahan Caringin Wetan dan kelurahan Gunungparang tahun 2015. Model pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dari penerapan algoritma C5.0 dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS itu dapat digunakan pada aplikasi penentuan penerimaan beras raskin yang akan di gunakan oleh pihak tertentu. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kemiskinan, Algoritma C5.0  AbstractThe problem of poverty is one of the basic topics that is the center of government attention in any country. The Raskin program (the distribution program for poor families) is a program of the Government. The program is an effort to reduce the burden of disbursement from poor households as a form of support in improving food security by providing social protection cheap rice with a maximum of 15 kg / poor household / month with each price Rp.1.600,00 per kg ( net) at the distribution point. With a system that can help to help determine the decision, the decisions taken are more objective. It plays an important role in making the right decision on a particular case or problem. In this research, decision support systems are used for the acceptance of poor people's rice. Algorithm used in decision support system that is C5.0 algorithm with tree classification model. Implementation of C5.0 algorithm in Caringin Wetan village districts and Gunungparang urban village in 2015. Abstract

Abstrak Pemerintah Tradisional yang identik dengan paper-based administration mulai ditinggalkan, karena sistem tersebut menjadikan pelayanan kurang efektif dan efisien. Transformasi traditional government menjadi electronic government (e-Government) menjadi salah satu isu kebijakan publik yang hangat dibicarakan saat ini, karena hampir semua perusahaan dan instansi sudah beralih ke sistem yang komputerisasi. Salah satunya pengelolaan layanan uji kendaraan bermotor, dalam proses layanannya banyak permasalahan terutama pada pelayanan pendaftaran pengajuan uji KIR yang masih manual, itu mengakibatkan penumpukan antrian karena dibatasinya kuota uji kendaraan, banyak pemilik kendaraan yang tidak mendapatkan informasi berapa jumlah antrian yang sudah masuk, hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang harus segera diperbaiki agar pelayanan publik semakin membaik. Model pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini yaitu model waterfall, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menerapkan sistem informasi E-Ticketing untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola informasi dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pemilik kendaraan untuk melakukan pendaftaran uji kendaraan tanpa harus datang langsung ke Dinas Perhubungan Kota Sukabumi Kata kunci : E-Ticketing, Pendaftaran, Uji Kendaraan Bermotor Abstract The traditional government which is identical with paper-based administration is being abandoned, because the system makes services less effective and efficient. One of them is the management of motorized vehicle testing services, in the service process there are many problems, especially in the registration service for KIR test applications that are still manual, it results in a queue buildup due to the limitation of vehicle test quota, many vehicle owners who do not get information on how many queues have been entered, this becomes a problem that must be corrected immediately so that public services improve. The approach model used in the development of this system is the waterfall model, using the PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) programming language and its database using MySQL.
