Abstract

ne"> Abstract-A credit risk is that customers will not be able to pay backmoney they have borrowed from credit union. If this matterhappens frequently, it will be effect to liquidity of credit union. Thecredit risk can be reduced by assessment toward customers’ credit.The process assessment credit risk is very complicated and needtime recover. To deal with the customers’ credit assessmentproblem in a credit union, we have developed a case-basedreasoning system. The system assesses the credit risk of a targetcustomer only based on the features data which can be easilyretrieved from daily transaction data stored in the database of themanagement information system. Since the credit risk of a targetcustomer is to be reasoned on the basis of similarity to past cases, itis very important how to evaluate properly the degree of similaritybetween a target customer and past cases. This paper aims atinvestigating the performance of case base reasoning and nearestneighbor for assessment credit risk. The results of this studyshowed the application of Case Base Reasoning and the nearestneighbor algorithm has the higher accuracy value than just usingCase Base Reasoning.Intisari-Ketidakmampuan anggota koperasi untuk membayarcicilan kredit dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan dapatmenyebabkan kredit macet.Kondisi ini apabila dibiarkan terusmenerus dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap likuiditaskoperasi.Untuk meminimalisir resiko kredit macet makakoperasi harus melakukan analisis kelayakan sebelummemberikan kredit. Proses analisis kelayakan kreditmerupakan hal yang sulit dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukuplama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan alat bantu yang cepat danakurat untuk melakukan analisis kelayakan kredit untuk menilaikreditur yang mempunyai resiko gagal bayar dan yang tidakberesiko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan agencerdas yang menerapkan Case Base Reasoning (CBR) danAlgoritma nearest neighbor untuk penentuan kelayakanpemberian kredit koperasi dengan lebih cepat dan akurat.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimen denganbeberapa tahapan penelitian antara lain: studi literatur,pemodelan CBR dan algoritma nearest neighbor, pengembangansistem yang menerapkan CBR dan algoritma nearest neighboruntuk penentuan kelayakan kredit koperasi dan implementasisistem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan Kasus BasisPenalaran dan algoritma tetangga terdekat memiliki nilaiakurasi yang lebih tinggi daripada hanya menggunakan CaseBase Reasoning.Kata Kunci: Case Base Reasoning (CBR), Algoritma NearestNeighbor Dan Kredit Simpan Pinjam Koperasi

Abstract

Along with the increasing need for Internet usage in the computer network has resulted in the development of network technology itself. The availability of resources that is inversely proportional to the current level of demand has demanded network technology to float a new technique that can address the problem. Load balancing is one of the routing techniques that can utilize multiple Internet resources to be used simultaneously or interchangeably. However, there are various methods that can be used, including the method of NTH, PCC (Per Connection Classifier) and Fail Over. This study discusses load balancing with Fail Over method in maintaining Internet connectivity from Lost Conection interference

Abstract

Increasing the number of users is one reason for the decline in network quality if you use the same amount of bandwidth. Local different networks are usually connected using a switch. The decline in network quality is due to an increase in the number of users, and this can be overcome by using the concept of utilizing EtherChannel technology. The use of Etherchannel Technology concept consists of two protocol choices namely PagP (Port Agregation Protocol) and LACP (Line Agregation Control Protocol). The purpose of this research is to test the network quality level using the PAgP (Port Agregation Protocol) and LACP (Line Agregation Control Protocol) protocols. Tests carried out using the concept of client-server, and the application used on the server is FTP as a data transfer or data exchange application, while the VLC software is used for video streaming services. The throughput value generated by the PagP protocol is far better than LACP when compared to using FTP services.
