Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of learning innovation on the assessment of students learning outcomes in generic competencies, the influence of intrinsic motivation on the assessment of students learning outcomes in generic competencies, the effect of teacher innovation with instructional methods and intrinsic motivation on student learning outcomes in generic competence . This explanatory research used descriptive method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires or questionnaires. Test instumen used validity test and reliability test. The result of the research showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the learning method innovation toward the learning result of the students (PHB) of 0.732, the Intrinsic Motivation of the Teachers (MIG) on the Student Learning Result Assessment (PHB) of 0.487, and the Innovation of Teaching Method (IMP) and Intrinsic Motivation of Teachers (MIG) on Assessment of Student Learning Results (PHB) of 0,557.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh inovasi pembelajaran terhadap penilaian hasil belajar siswa SD dalam kompetensi generik, pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap penilaian hasil belajar siswa SD dalam kompetensi generik, pengaruh inovasi guru dengan metode pembelajaran dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD dalam kompetensi generik. Penelitian eksplanatori ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Uji coba instumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Inovasi Metode Pembelajaran (IMP) terhadap Penilaian Hasil Belajar siswa(PHB) sebesar 0,732, Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Penilaian Hasil Belajar Siswa (PHB) sebesar 0,487, serta Inovasi Metode Pengajaran (IMP) dan Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Penilaian Hasil Belajar Siswa (PHB) sebesar 0,557 .Kata kunci: inovasi metode pengajaran, motivasi intrinsik, kompetensi generik.
