Abstract

 Dakwah adalah ajaran yang sangat sakral di dalam Islam. Keberadaannya menjadi penentu lanjut atau tidaknya risalah kenabian. Akan tetapi dakwah di masa kini sering tidak diindahkan, karena ada sebagian kelompok yang menjadikan dakwah sebagai kendaraan untuk memuaskan ambisi politiknya. Dakwah tidak jarang diwujudkan dengan politisasi agama guna melampiaskan nafsu duniawi. Sehingga berbagai cara dilakukan guna menjalankan roda dakwah, walaupun dengan cara-cara kekerasan. Sebagian kelompok yang memiliki ambisi berdakwah ialah Gerakan Mahasiswa Pembebasan. Dakwah bagi kelompok ini adalah untuk menggantikan sistem demokrasi dengan sistem khilafah islamiyah. Sehingga ambiguitas dan ambivalensitas antar dakwah dan ambisi politik tak dapat dibedakan. GEMA Pembebasan mengaku gerakan dakwah tetapi lokomotifnya adalah politik.

Abstract

This paper discusses the urgency of reconstructing idea on the formalization of Islamic sharia and the future of Indonesia. Formalization of Islamic law which is proposed by Islamic fundamentalist group as the solution of the various problems faced by the people living in the nation-state context needed should be contextualized with the reality of Indonesia as the plural country. By using critical analysis approach on the various argument of the fundamentalist group, which then contextualize with the reality of diversity in Indonesia, revealed that formalization of Islamic sharia is not a solution. Khilafah system will not be able to be forced to be implemented in Indonesia. Interpretation of the text about politics and government must be taken serious attention to be reviewed. In the history of the implementation of Islamic government and Islamic ideology as implemented by the Prophet Muhammad PbUH in Arab is really different with the Indonesian background which is plural.

Abstract

Diversity is a fact that is often denied by some who do not want to be responsible, so often assume others who disagree and not the same as himself as the culprit of mistakes, and he is the most correct among others. They forget the history of the plurality of the country. This has actually hurt the already grounded culture in the archipelago that this nation was born into a culture of diversity. Unfortunately, the person who is reluctant to take responsibility often makes the verses of the Quran justify his behavior. Consequently, the moral spiritual of Qur'an is often politicized for the benefit of the individual, or even his group by putting aside the cultural heritage mentioned above. Yet the essence of holy revelation [al-Quran] always tells us to uphold the truth in diversity culture. The culture of multiculturalism is indeed embodied and legalized in the spiritual of Qur'an. This is in accordance with the mission of the Koran itself as a revelation that saalih likulli time wa al-meal that has long confirmed the legality of difference and diversity.

Abstract

The debate around Sunni and Shia, in addition to the issue of post-Rasulullah leadership, is also in the matter of Shari'a law between the two. It is not uncommon for the debate to arise in conflict at the epistemological level, even at the level of axiology. But actually, both of them have similar points that cannot be denied by each other. This article will describe Sunni-Shi'a historical sources in fiqh issues, sources used by both and what are the legal products produced through these sources. By comparing between Jurisprudence of Ja'fari (Syiah) and Hanafi (Sunni), this paper tries to find Sunni-Shia meeting points in the matter of its Shari'a. Perdebatan seputar Sunni dan Syiah, selain dalam persoalan kepemimpinan pasca Rasulullah, juga dalam persoalan hukum syariat antar keduanya. Tidak jarang perdebatan tersebut memunculkan pertikaian baik dalam tataran epistemologi, bahkan pada tingkat aksiologi. Namun sebenarnya, keduanya memiliki titik-titik persamaan yang tidak bisa dinafikan satu sama lainnya. Tulisan ini akan menjabarkan sumber historis Sunni-Syiah dalam persoalan fikih, sumber-sumber yang digunakan keduanya dan apa saja produk hukum yang dihasilkan melalui sumber-sumbernya itu. Dengan membandingkan antara Fikih Ja’fari (Syiah) dan Fikih Hanafi (Sunni), tulisan ini mencoba menemukan titik temu Sunni-Syiah dalam persoalan syariatnya.

Abstract

Al-Quran is a text that is free to be interpreted by anyone from its readers. As a dead text (unable to speak alone) allows itself to be interpreted according to the will of the interpreter. It is this background that gives rise to a variety of Koranic interpretations. However, it then also gives rise to forms of interpretation that come out of the ruling interpretation of the Koran, which later became known as deviant interpretations. Through research studies of Library, this paper will reveal forms of misinterpretation and negative effects for Muslims. This deviation of interpretation has extended to various modes of interpretation itself, such as being included in historical interpretations, theological opinions, Sufi interpretations, linguistic interpretations, scientific interpretations, even modern interpretations. These deviations have a devastating negative effect, such as assuming Islamic teachings are not authentic, mixing Islam with non-Muslims, misunderstanding the content of the Koran, and degrading salaf scholars.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an ialah wahyu yang menjelaskan segala persoalan. Termasuk di dalamnya ialah persoalan kepemimpinan (khilâfah). Terlepas seperti apa bentuk khilâfah dalam Al-Qur’an, yang pasti tidak diragukan lagi bahwa khilâfah menjadi sorotan kalam ilahi tersebut. Karena persoalan apapun pasti disinggung dalam Al-Qur’an. Akan tetapi, bagaimana jika interpretasi ayat dibelokkan kepada sesuatu yang bukan maksud ayat itu sendiri? Melalui pendekatan analisa konten dan konteks, dalam tafsir al-Wa’ie banyak ditemukan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang diinterpretasi dengan jumping conclusion, seperti QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 30, al-Mâ’idah [5]: 49 dan QS. an-Nisâ’ [4]: 59. Ayat-ayat ini secara jelas tidak membahas khilâfah, akan tetapi ditafsiri Rokhmat S. Labib sampai pada kesimpulan sebagai kewajibkan mendirikan institusi Negara Islam (khilâfah islâmiyyah). Penafsiran demikian sungguh jauh dari apa yang ingin disampaikan ayat, bahkan bernilai mempolitisasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an.
