ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Komunikasi Seksi PencegahanBadan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) Aceh dalam Menyosialisasikan Anti Narkoba Melalui Media Massa di Kota Banda Aceh”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi yang dirancang oleh BNNP Aceh dalam menyosialisasikan anti narkoba melalui media massa. Teori yang digunakan adalah Formula Harold D. Lasswell, dengan analisis berdasarkan konsep Strategi Komunikasi menurut Arifin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan teknik purposive sampling. sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, BNNP Aceh telah memenuhi beberapa langkah strategi yang dianggap dapat mencapai komunikasi yang efektif dalam program Diseminasi Informasi., yaitu membagi khalayak menjadi empat segmentasi yaitu (1) keluarga, (2) mahasiswa, (3) masyarakat dan (4) pekerja. menyusun pesan berdasarkan musyawarah dan sesuai isu yang sedang terjadi. menggunakan metode persuasif, informative, edukatif dan redundancy. Serta memilih media cetak dan penyiaran radio serta televisi untuk menyebarkan pesan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah tidak dapat mengevaluasi secara pasti keefektifan pesan yang telah disampaikan, dan perbedaan keinginan rencana kerjadengan BNN Pusat. "Communication Strategy of the Prevention Section of Narcotics National Agency Provincial (BNNP) Aceh in Socialiszation Anti-Narcotics Through Mass Media in the City of Banda Aceh" ABSTRACT The title of the study is "Communication Strategy of the Prevention Section of Narcotics National Agency Provincial (BNNP) Aceh in Socialiszation Anti-Narcotics Through Mass Media in the City of Banda Aceh". The study aimed to find out how the communication strategy designed by BNNP Aceh in socialiszation anti-Narcotics through mass media. The study used the Harold D. Lasswell Formula theory, with an analysis based on Arifin's Communication Strategy concept. This study employed the qualitative-descriptive method, with interviews for data collection and The purposive sampling method was used to select the informants, and the data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis model. The results of the study show that socialiszation anti- Narcotics through mass media is part of the Information Dissemination program. BNNP Aceh has fulfilled a number of strategic measures that are considered to be able to achieve effective communication, namely dividing the audience into four segments, that is (1) family, (2) students, (3) community and (4) workers. compile messages based on deliberation and according to the issues that are happening. BNNP Aceh used persuasive, informative, educative and redundancy methods. BNNP Aceh choosing newspaper, radio and television to spread the message. The obstacle faced is not being able to evaluate the effectiveness of the messages that have been delivered, and the different desires of the work plan with the Central BNN. Researcher's analysis, the message conveyed by BNNP Aceh must be more current and meet the needs of people who like entertainment.
