Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel brand image yang terdiri dari citra pembuat, citra produk tabungan BNI Taplus pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Banjarmasin dengan nilai Fhitung 1,601 dan nilai signifikan 0,194 (2) Variabel citra produk tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung < ttabel =(-1.020) < 1,660). Variabel citra pemakai berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung > ttabel = 1.932 > 1,660). Variabel citra produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai (thitung < ttabel = (-1.021) < 1,660). (3) Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan adalah variabel citra pemakai dengan nilai (thitung = 1.932).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational background, experience, training and the relationship between employees on the performance of paramedics. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS for Windows software. And as many as 86 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) the variables of educational background, experience, training, and relations between employees have a simultaneous effect on the performance of paramedics at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Samudera Banjarmasin Branch with a F = 4,449 and a significant value of 0.003 ,(2) variable educational background does not affect the partial value(t <ttable = 1,155  <1,663),the variable does not affect the partial experiences with the value(t <ttable = -0009  <1,663),training has no effect significantly with the value (t-calc <ttable = 0.149 < 1,663), while the relationship variable between employees has a partial effect with the value (t-calc > ttable = 3.167 > 1,663), and (3) the most dominant variable is the relationship variable between employees with t-calc  = 3,167. Keywords: Background of Education, Training, Experience, Inter-employee Relations, Multiple Linear Regression

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze factors affecting the decisions of the students in selecting  courses  (Y)  with  a  focus  on  Brand  Equity  factor  (X1)  consist ing  of  Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Perceive Quality, Brand Association and Factors of Reference Group (X2 ) which are Normative and Informational. Then, they are analyzed using factor analysis resulting in the formation of new factors at the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic Banjarmasin.This research method used explanatory research by distributing questionnaires to the samples of respondents, students of   the Department of Business Administration. The department consists of three study programs: Business Administration, Informative Management and Banking. The number of samples were 100 people (purposive sampling). Then the data were analyzed using factor analysis which resulted in the formation of  new factors that indicated  factors of brand loyalty (X1), Normative and Informational reference groups (X2), brand awareness (X3), Brand Asosiation (X4), the influence of   external environment (X5), quality of human resources (X6), and atmosphere and learning facility factors (X7), and then the analysis was followed by multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effects simultaneously and partially of   the newfactors to the decisions in choosing  a study program at the Department of Business Admninistration, State Polytechnic Banjarmasin. The results showed that factors of of brand loyalty (X1), normative and informational reference  groups  (X2),  brand  awareness  (X3),  brand  association  (X4),  the  influence  of external environment (X5), quality of human resources (X6), and atmosphere and learning facility factors (X7) simultaneously gave significant effects on   the decisions in choosing study programs in Business Administration Department, State Polytechnic Banjarmasin. Partially,  brand  loyalty (X1),  normative and  informational reference groups (X2),  brand awareness (X3), the influence of external environment (X5) significantly influence the decisions in choosing study programs (Y). and  brand asosiation (X4), quality of human resources (X6) and atmosphere and learning facility factors (X7) partially did not affect the decisions in selecting a study program (Y).
