Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan terbuka sangat memerlukan sebuah tata kelola yang baik (GCG) dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Hal tersebut akan berpengaruh kepada image sebuah perusahaan dalam menarik investor potensial. Metode promosi dan kondisi sebuah bank akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan nasabah.Ketika portofolio menunjukkan bahwa mereka beresiko membuat kesalahan pengambil keputusan keuangan, nasabah cenderung untuk menggunakan layanan pada bank yang relatif liquid dengan berkonsultasi dengan pelayanan informasi yang memadai. Pelayanan literasi keuangan meringankan beban nasabah dalam memilih apa yang menjadi keputusan yang terkait dengan asset asetnya dengan menyediakan investigasi teoritis dan empiris ada tiga pilihan dalam menyertakan promosi untuk diakulturasikan dengan pelayanan informasi seperti alokasi pendanaan, penilaian mandiri, dan pendelegasian pada agen perbankan untuk memutuskan mengenai jenis layanan apa saja yang akan dipilih.Kata kunci; Tata kelola yang baik, Bauran pemasaran, Literasi keuanganAbstractA public company is in need of good corporate governance (GCG) and the right marketing strategy. This will affect the image of a company in attracting potential investors. Promotion methods and conditions of a bank will affect the height of low levels of financial literacy clients. When the portfolio shows that they are at risk of making errors of financial decision makers, customers tend to use the service at relatively liquid bank in consultation with adequate information services. Financial literacy services ease the burden on customers in choosing what the decisions related to the assets of its assets (Hackethal et al, 2012 ; Collins, 2012) by providing theoretical and empirical investigation there are three options in include promotions for acculturation with information services such as the allocation of funding, self-assessment, and the delegation of the banking agencies to decide on what kind of services will be selected.Keywords; Good governance, marketing mix, financial literacy

Abstract

AbstractThis research has been prepared for the purpose of reviewing the impact of the quality ofservices provided by ATM on one of the largest private bank in Indonesia on customer loyalty. Inthis case the quality of the service will be tested at one of the ATM Bank the largest private bank inIndonesia which consists of quality information and quality on customer loyalty ATM system onone of the largest private bank in Indonesia which is mediated by customer satisfaction. T-countvalue obtained from Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for all variables showed that all thequestions are included in all variables statistically significant. The coefficient of Goodness of Fitmeets the requirements of the suitability of a model, it can be concluded that in general, the modelobtained has a good level of compatibility. ATM service quality has a statistically significantpositive relationship with customer loyalty. Satisfaction with the quality of the information contentof ATM and satisfaction with the performance of the ATM system did in fact have a positiverelationship with customer satisfaction. Variable satisfaction statistically significant influenced bytwo independent variables, namely variable quality and Quality Information System. Satisfactionwill impact on the confidence of customers to use ATMs that will appear on the ATM customerloyalty to the Bank. In accordance with the hypothesis that the satisfaction variables provide astatistically significant effect on the variable loyalty.Key words : ATM, Confirmatory Factor Analysis,Kandungan informasi, kualitas system, loyalitas

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Indonesian agricultural has big potential to developed, but in fact most of our farmers are stillmany who are categorized as poor. Looking at Taiwan s success in fostering innovation and empoweragricultural resources , much can be learned in a production system . The policy implemented by the Ministry ofagriculture and all stakeholders in Taiwan. For future prospects Indonesia, as applicable steps and futureprospects, which should be applied in the rice production system in Indonesia such as maximizing theproduction of rice, with a maximum cost. Self-sufficiency for rice as staple food is main agenda for government, with expanding farmers rice fields in several potential areas and supported by the principle of conservationprinciples. Distribution of development agriculture particularly rice, should be offset consistent development ofintegrated technologies . Abstract

Literasi keuangan di negara berkembang terkadang tidak hanya mengandalkan kemampuan kampanye yang efektif saja. Kemampuan kognitif , kepercayaan dan pemahaman terhadap literasi keuangan menghambat ekspansi berbagai program terkait keuangan ke berbagai daerah yang tidak tersentuh lembaga lembaga keuangan. Operasional yang tidak tepat sasaran, bunga tinggi turut menjadi salah satu penyebab masyarakat belum bisa beralih ke lembaga lembaga keuangan secara formal. Makalah ini menggunakan metode  survei  dalam pengumpulan jawaban dari responden dan memaparkannya dalam hasil  yang deskriptif dalam menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat atas literasi, kearifan lokal dalam budaya menabung untuk mewujudkan bank desa. Dengan menggunakan data survei tersebut, hasil menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan merupakan prediktor yang kuat akan permintaan layanan keuangan dan bisa berujung pembentukan bank desa. Responden dalam penelitian yang kami lakukan meliputi masyarakat pedesaan yang belum terkelola dan masih memerlukan pendidikan dan literasi keuangan (unbankable). Akan tetapi apabila rekening tabungan sudah tersedia, maka masyarakat tertarik untuk menyisihkan dari penghasilannya yang secara teoritis dikarenakan efek dari faktor Trust (Kepercayaan) , karena selama ini mereka menganggap masuk ke bank identik dengan sesuatu yang kompleks dan mahal.
