Abstract

Manusia saat ini banyak yang mengalami gangguan, gangguan fisik ataupun mental yang akan mempengaruhi sosial dan budaya sehari-hari seorang manusia. Gangguan fisik ataupun mental dapat terjadi kepada siapa saja, yang dimana kondisi mental yang mengalami gangguan dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan seorang yang mengalami gangguan jiwa juga akan mempunyai penyakit penyerta yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui gambaran penyakit penyerta terbanyak di ruang Kresno RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang ada selama 6 bulan terakhir (Mei-November) sejumlah 284 pasien. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Adapun besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 284 responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang di ruang Kresno. Data dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyakit penyerta terbanyak pasien gangguan jiwa adalah Diabetes Melitus sebanyak 52 pasien, hipertensi sebanyak 43 pasien dan epilepsi sebanyak 40 pasien. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan meneliti tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit penyerta pada pasien. Kata kunci: Penyakit penyerta, pasien gangguan jiwa DESCRIPTION OF DISEASE DISEASE PATIENTS OF SOUL DISORDERS ABSTRACTHumans today have many disorders, physical or mental disorders that will affect the social and cultural everyday of a human. Physical or mental disorders can occur to anyone, where a mental condition that has an impairment can affect physical health, so that it is possible for a person who has a mental disorder to have other comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the most common comorbidities in the Kresno Room at the RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang. The research method used is descriptive. The population in this study were all patients who had been in the last 6 months (May-November) totaling 284 patients. The sample technique in this study used total sampling. The sample size in this study was 284 respondents. This research was conducted at the RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang in the Kresno room. Data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution. The results showed that the most comorbidities of mental patients were 52 diabetes mellitus patients, 43 patients with hypertension and 40 patients with epilepsy. Further research is suggested to examine the factors that can influence the occurrence of comorbidities in patients.  Keywords: co-morbidities, mental patients.

Abstract

Psychosocial development in school age is characterized by industry / productive versus low self esteem or so-called normal and distorted development. Deviant development in school age can be overcome by several actions one of which is education about the task of normal development at school age. Appropriate media in education for school-aged children with audiovisual media. Audiovisual media displays elements of images and sounds that have several functions one of which is the cognitive function which means it makes it easier for children to understand the content delivered. Research aimed to know the difference of cognitive level before and after giving video, and to know the effect of educational video to cognitive improvement of child. Research using quasy experiment design with one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling with total sampling technique on the respondent class IV until VI which amounted to 75 respondents. Results: research analysis with statistical test showed that there is influence between educational video about stage of psychosocial development toward cognitive improvement of children with median value before 54,00 and after 56,00 giving video with ρ value that is 0,00 (ρ value<0,05). Research is recommended to teachers to teach their students about the stage of psychosocial development with audiovisual media so that children can find out the tasks appropriate to the stage.

Abstract

Child growth and development is influenced by the environment and family. The role of parents in caring for children can affect the growth and development of children. Violence committed by parents both physically and verbally will have a negative impact on children. Violence in children has different characteristics, namely acts of physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglect. Physical violence includes beatings, abuse, slapping, and kicking, while psychological violence, for example, verbal abuse/violence with words. Verbal abuse is all forms of speech that have insulting, snapping, cursing, and frightening qualities by issuing inappropriate words. This study aims to determine the verbal description of the abuse of parents in school-age children in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir, Kendal Regency. This study uses design descriptive research. The sample of this study was 61 school-age children who occupied grades 4, 5, and 6 in SD Negeri 1 Ngilir in Kendal City who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical test in this study used univariate analysis with a frequency distribution. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced verbal abuse as many as 53 children (86.9%). Further researchers are expected to add variables or nursing interventions that affect parents' understanding of knowledge, impact, and prevention of verbal abuse, so that parents can establish better communication with children and the number of verbal abuse events can be minimized.
