Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw,  untuk  meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas  dan  prestasi belajar IPA-Fisika , apa kelebihan dan kelemahannya, serta bagaimana efektivitasnya yang dilaksanakan di kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw secara tepat dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas, dan prestasi belajar IPA-Fisika siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terbukti sangat efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi, kreativitas dan prestasi belajar siswa. Effort increasing motivation, creativity, And learning learning achievement with implementation learning model of jigsaw type cooperative AbstractThis study aims to find out how to  implement jigsaw  type  cooperative learning model to increase student’s motivation, creativity, and science learning achievement, its strengths and weaknesses, as well as its effectiveness when implemented in VIII A class at SMPN 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul academic year 2014/2015.The results  of the research  showed  that applying jigsaw type   cooperative learning model could increase class VIII A students motivation, kreativity and achievement of Science- Physics learning at SMPN 1 Ngawen Gunungkidul academic year 2014/2015. Jigsaw type cooperative learning model was very effective in improving   students motivation, creativity  and achievement.
