PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PKn KELAS IV SD

Abstract

The problem in this research was the PKn learning achievement  and the teachers havent been able to implement Cooperative Learning, Jigsaw-type Model. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw type to the learning achievements of PKn class IV SD Negeri 3 Labuhan Dalam. The subject of research which were 51 students were divided into two classes. Class IV A as the exepriment class and class IV B as the control class. The data were analyzed by using t-test on the SPSS 17.0 program for windows series. The results of the data analysis obtained the conclusions that there is an influence of Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw type to the learning achievements of PKn class IV. This is demonstrated by the average value of learning achievements of students in class (IVA) which showed 80.18 is higher than the average value of student learning achievement on control class (IVB) which is only 65.83. Masalah dalam penelitian ini rendahnya prestasi belajar PKn serta guru belum dapat menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw terhadap prestasi belajar PKn kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Labuhan Dalam. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 51 siswa yang terbagi atas 2 kelas. Kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t pada program SPSS seri 17.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data diperoleh simpulan bahwa ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw terhadap prestasi belajar PKn kelas IV. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen (IVA) yaitu 80,18 lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa pada kelas kontrol (IVB) yang hanya mendapat nilai 65,83.Kata kunci : model jigsaw, prestasi belajar, PKn.
