This study aims to determine the relationship of physical fitness with sleep quality. The research approach used is quantitative, using correlation techniques. The populationin this study were 192 students of 2014 study program Penjaskesrek Nusantara Nusantara University PGRI. The sample in the study was taken as many as 38 class of 2014 penjaskesrek students. The technique used in sampling random sampling. Based on the results of the study, obtained the value of r count = 0.408> r table = 0.320 with the value of sig. 0.011 <0.05 (significant level of 5%) then H0 is rejected which means that there is a significant correlation between physical fitness activities and sleep quality. The conclusion is that the level of physical fitness has a strong enough relationship with sleep quality.
