Abstract

The fuction  of Human Resources (HR) in supporting  the success of organization work is dominant, so  it  should be implemented the increasing of               the Human Resources Continuously. Educator (teacher)  as the main Element of Human Resources and they  they also  have  role to determine the success of the Implementation of Development. The  Educators’ figure must have  adequate Competences. They  includes intellegencies,  attitude and  skills. To run their role optimally,it  need to improve the competence continuously and sustainably. It is usually given by various  exercises, seminars, Scientific Discussion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecemasan siswa berbahasa Inggris; Penulis melakukan penelitian survei yang desain akan digunakan untuk menlihat  tentang kecemasan siswa dalam berbahasa Inggris. penelitian ini di lakukan pada semester VI STAI Hubbulwathan pada  bulan April sampai September. Masalah yang ditemukan di dalam penelitian ini  adalah mahasiswa kecemasan  mahasiswa  untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris di dalam kelas. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penulis memberikan  kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengetahui  adakah  penyebab kecemasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) siswa dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris di dalam kelas. (2) Para siswa mendapatkan informasi tentang masalah  kecemasan mereka untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris di dalam kelas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah guru dapat memberikan sebagai stimulus untuk merangsang motivasi siswa untuk terlibat dalam pelajaran. sehingga guru dapat mengembangkan kegiatan belajar yang menyenangkan dan mempromosikan siswa percaya diri.

Abstract

The Qur'an mentions education with some terms, among others tarbiyah, study groups and ta'dib ,. Tarbiyah word implies education, said ta'dib implies refinement of character, and said ta'lim implies the teaching of science. However, the third word is essentially an integrated whole, meaning that if education is attributed to ta'dib he must go through study groups. While understanding tarbiyah contains a tendency to grow and develop in dinamis.tujuan end of Islamic education is a private establishment kholifah for students who have the character, the spirit in the body, the will which is free, and resourceful. In other words, the task of education is to develop the fourth aspect of the human being so that he can occupy the position as kholifah. So also in formulating the general and specific objectives, should be in accordance with the final destination of a private establishment kholifah. Personal kholifah is basically a well-rounded individual who has a balance of all its potential. To then functioned appropriately in accordance with the tasks entrusted to him by Allah. In the whole person there is independence so important in directing behavior to lead to success in living vagaries of life in the world.

Abstract

Depression of  students in University is a group of clinical disorders characterized by loss of feeling of control and subjective experience suffering severe symptoms that appear like sadness, hopelessness, feelings of worthlessness and guilt, withdrawal from others, eating disorders, sleep disorders, withdrawal, loss of concentration, the idea of jumping up and down, tense, loss of energy and the emergence of suicidal thoughts or ideas. signs of depression in general is the existence of sadness, anxiety, loss of response to excitement, reduced or loss of feeling in love with someone else, the loss of connection and an emotional attachment premises of others, the emergence of thoughts deviate towards self-evaluation itself bad, distorted body image as well as the negative expectations of the future, inability to make decisions, the incidence of death wishes or ideas themselves and the increased dependence on others. The signs are grouped in symptoms of emotional or affective, motivational symptoms, cognitive symptoms, as well as behavioral and vegetative symptoms. Abstract

A professional teacher should master the four competencies , namely 1. Pedagogic competence is the ability of teachers to manage the learning of students . 2. Professional Competence . Abstract

KTSP  is the operational curriculum systematically arranged and detailed kind of preparation, the preparation of which is carried out by each unit of education at the stage of evaluation. Guidance and Counseling (BK) is one component of the KTSP. The rationale for the implementation of guidance and counseling in Schools / Madrasah, not solely lie in the presence or absence of a legal basis (legislation) or the provisions of the above, but more important is on efforts to facilitate learners hereinafter referred to counseling, to be able develop her potential or achieve development tasks (involving the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and moral-spiritual). Counseling as an individual who is in the process of developing or being (on becoming). Activity Extracurricular are educational activities outside subjects and counseling services to help the development of learners in accordance with the needs, potentials, talents, and interests through activities specially organized by educators or education personnel are capable and in authority in the school / madrasah. Extracurricular activities at school has long been underway, and is generally in the form of the scouts.

Abstract

Integrated Quality Management (TQM) is a management system focuses on a group of people aiming at an increase in satisfying customers with lower costs continuously. Integrated Quality is an integrated system approach (not a separate area or program), and an integral part of the strategy high.In the level of total quality perspective, the educational managers should be held that: (1) Everyone involved in education is a part of the educational process. (2) All the education process should be supervised,  because it required the presence of inspectors. (3) The education managers must also control the functioning of self sebagain any educational process. Abstract

The value of education in the sentence azan includes several elements, among others, first, the educational value of monotheism, instilling the values of monotheism to children who are expected to have strong beliefs, Aqidah  to God alone and avoid shirk. Second, the educational value ubudiyah, which through the azan in children at birth is expected to be a child who always maintain the cleanliness, discipline, orderly, like helping others, not bothersome, always do good to others, do not do evil, be useful and beneficial for the people others, both in the life of society, nation, state and religion. Thirdly, the educational value akhlaqiyah, this value imparted to a newborn child so that the child has a good personality commendable to God, fellow human beings, as well as to animals and nature. And so the child can try, do the right path, but it does not spoil. Azan sentence submitted to a newborn child could be applied because of the wisdom and educational value contained in the sentence azan. Because, first received sound human hearing are sentences calls the Supreme Being that contains the greatness of God, is also the creed as a condition of the first to convert to Islam.

Abstract

Teacher in the classroom activities include two main things, namely teaching and managing classes. Teaching activities directly intended to intensify students achieve goals such as studying the needs of students, preparing lesson plans, presenting teaching materials to students, asking questions to the students, assessing student progress are examples of teaching activities. Manage classroom activities intended to create and sustain an atmosphere (condition) that the class teaching activities that can take place effectively and efficiently. Rewarded with immediate effect, develop a good relationship between teachers and students, develop rules of the game in the groups activities are examples of activities to manage the class. Failure of a person achieve the learning objectives of teachers is directly proportional to the inability of teachers to manage classes. An indicator of the failure of such a low student learning achievement, not in accordance with the standards or the size limit specified. Abstract

Salah seorang ahli, Bellafiore Joseph mengatakan bahwa tanda baca sangat perlu dalam menulis. Tanda baca tersebut sangat menentukan pesan-pesan yang akan disampaikan oleh penulis kepada pembaca. Maka penulis harus mampu meletakkan tanda baca pada tempat yang semestinya karena penghilangan, penambahan, ataupun kesalahan letak tanda baca tersebut akan membingungkan pembaca bahkan tidak dapat menangkap pesan-pesan yang akan disampaikan penulis. Kemampuan menulis ditentukan banyak hal seperti penguasaan kosa kata, penguasaan tanda baca, dan penguasaan tata bahasa. Dalam hal ini penulis menganalisis kesalahan-kesalahan yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa dalam penempatan tanda baca.untuk mengetahui masalah diatas, penulis menggunakan Punctuation Test sebagai instrument. Dalam pengelolaan data,penulis menggunakan descriptive analysis untuk mengetahui jenis kesalahan tanda baca yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesalahan dominan ditemukan pada penempatan titik (.), tanda Tanya (?), tanda seru (!), tanda pisah (--), tanda kutip (“ “), huruf  besar, tanda apostrof  (’), dan tanda penghubung (-).
