Abstract

Web-based information systems technology is one of the media information that is efficient and effective in the dissemination of information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Currently, many companies are already making use of web-based information systems technology to help his efforts in promoting his company, to introduce its product, getting consumers more, making transactions faster and provide satisfying service for consumers. PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is a company engaged in the field of building materials. Sales system that exists today of PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is still done manually, where starting from the process of supply of goods, the ordering of merchandise, the deals, the creation of shipping documents, to reporting, so it takes a lot of time and in create a document and are still often goes wrong in terms of record keeping and input data by the sales section. The results of the design of this web-based information system is the best solution to solve the problem. Error logging orders can be minimized and reporting can be done appropriately.  Therefore, the authors are interested in making the design of information system of sales with web-based  at PT Bangun Tiara Teknik. With web-based computerized system allows the addition of a number of consumers to purchase the desired product, consumer satisfaction against the speed and accuracy of orders as well as reporting.

Abstract

The condition of weather changes in Indonesia is uncertain, so it difficult to predict clear and rainy weather. This is still a major problem for people who are drying clothes especially in the rainy weather conditions. Usually clothes is often left out traveling, with weather conditions like this make some people feel anxious because they do not have time to lift the clothesline in the rainy weather conditions. To overcome these problems the authors make an automatic clothesline prototype using LDR sensor, rain sensor, and moisture sensor using Arduino Uno. In addition to these sensors there are also additional such as fans and DC motors. From the results of testing tools that have been made tools can work well. The tool can work when the sensor will read the weather around, LDR sensor and rain sensor function to detect the weather around, while the humidity sensor serves to detect the condition of the clothes whether in wet or dry conditions.

Abstract

CV. Putra Mandiri which is engaged in sales of office stationery and photocopy service its?s still using manual program, begin from entry data process, save others file which is related to sale and purchasing process until sales report and purchasing report, when the process run or continue it?s enable mistake in registration or entry data. Less accurate report and long time in search file which is needed. The design program is the best solution to solve the problem in transaction service, report, work speed process and easy to get information which is anytime need. Because that, so the author try to keep with as information which is efficient and accurate, so when the sales transaction do, it?s better than past manual system

Abstract

Determination of the pattern of purchasing goods and layout of goods based on the tendency of consumers to buy goods canbe one solution for the Bogor Sangkuriang Lapis Shop in developing marketing strategies so as to increase sales of Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang products. The algorithm that can be used to determine the pattern of purchasing goods and this layout is the Apriori Algorithm which is one of the data mining algorithms in the formation of rule mining associations. With frequent items in a priori algorithm by producing a small frequent, without doing candidate generation and minimizing the completion stages starting at k-1 items or the first stage in the a priori algorithm then used with the FP-Growth method where this method is very significant with the a priori algorithm , efficient in terms of time, the completion stage is faster, produces less frequent items and is more detailed in describing frequent item results because frequent results with a value <1 are still shown, not deleted. This research produced the most sold products for layer cakes are Original Cheese, Cheese Brownies, Full Talas. Based on the rules of the final association, it is known that if you buy the Bogor Sangkuriang Lapis Original Cheese cake layer, you will buy the Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang Brownies Cheese and Full Talas Cheese with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 70%. Based on these results the company can make the decision to develop a strategy that is done next

Abstract

Computer networks have become an important point in companies that have many branch offices to coordinate the transfer of data. PT Indo Matra Lestari's connection uses a VPN system using the PPTP method. Data Center is used as a VPN server, the client is the Head Office and Citereup Branch Offices. Between the Head Office and the Citereup Branch Office there is no direct connection so access to data made between the Head Office and the Citereup Branch Office is slow, because the data must pass through the Data Center before reaching its destination. Moreover, the data accessed is private to the company and only accessed on the local network. The solution used to create a direct and secure network path between the Head Office and Branch Offices is to use the EoIP Tunnel on the proxy router. Tunneling method in EoIP can make network bridging between proxy devices, EoIP Tunnel will change to Virtual Interface on the proxy router so that it is as if the proxy router is connected locally. Tunnel ID on the EoIP Tunnel functions as a tunneling path security. The application of the EoIP Tunnel makes the point to point connection point between Mikrotik devices faster in data access because the data access is directed to the destination. In order for this EoIP Tunnel connection to run optimally and well, a network management is needed in managing internet bandwidth usage

Abstract

To fund the ongoing development at this time the State requires income from various sources such as income from exports. Export is an activity of sending goods abroad where the activity will produce value. And Indonesia's export value which is quite high comes from non-oil and gas exports, one of which is the export of processed tuna 160414. One of the destination countries for the export of processed tuna which is quite high is Italy. The purpose of this study is to find out the best method for predicting the value of processed tuna exports to Italy in the application of fuzzy logic in order to optimize the value of exports. The results showed that the Sugeno method is a good method. The Sugeno method has results that are quite close to the actual results with an error rate of 41%, so the Sugeno method can be used as a recommended method in predicting the optimal amount of Indonesia's 160414 HS exports to Italy.

Abstract

Abstrak ? Kontestasi politik dalam penentuan menjadi pemimpin tingkat provinsi dalam hal ini gubernur jawa barat 2018-2023. Masyarakat yang memberikan opininya berupa tweet  pada media sosial twitter menentukan bentuk dukungan atau tidaknya, sehingga perlu adanya analisis sentimen terhadap calon Gubernur agar mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat serta terbentuk citra kepada calon Gubernur Jawa Barat 2018-2023. Akan tetapi membaca keseluruhan tweet  yang tersebar dalam twitter yang berkaitan dengan masing-masing calon gubernur akan memakan waktu dan membingungkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Klasifikasi sentimen akan mengurai masalah mengenai opini, pendapat, emosi dan prilaku dengan studi komputasi. Metode klasifikasi yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian yaitu dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes serta Support Vector Machine. Penentuan fitur menentuka hasil akurasi, dalam penentuan fitur seleksi digunakan Genetic Algorithm agar dapat meningkatan akurasi pengklasifikasian pada Support Vector Machine dan Naive Bayes. Perolehan penelitian ini yaitu klasifikasi teks dalam pola negatif atau positif dari tweet  calon gubernur jawa barat 2018-2023. Pada dataset tidak seimbang Support Vector Machine menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi 92.61% dengan AUC 0,950, Naive Bayes menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi 93,29% dengan AUC 0,525, Support Vector Machine berbasis Genetic Algorithm menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi 93,03% dengan AUC 0,869, Naive Bayes berbasis Genetic Algorithm menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi 92,85% dengan AUC 0,543. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Support Vector Machine dapat digunakan untuk membangun deteksi tweet  klasifikasi positif dan negatif dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Support Vector Machine dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi tweet  pada dataset twitter berbahasa indonesia penulis.

Abstract

Pada saat ini setiap perusahaan mengingingkan dalam penyampaiaan informasi dapat dengan cepat dan tepat guna memberikan kontribusi yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah pada proses sistem restitusi. Restitusi menurut Yakes-Telkom adalah pemberian atau penggantian biaya berobat atas balas jasa karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT.Telkom. Permasalahan yang sering timbul dalam Restitusi sejalan dengan proses biaya penggantian pengobatan yang masih menggunakan cara manual. Penerapan teknologi komputer seolah menjadi solusi terbaik dalam memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi pada setiap sistem yang masih bersifat manual, serta tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktivitas yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut. Di harapkan dengan sistem informasi restitusi pengobatan karyawan dan pensiun pada Yakes-Telkom Jakarta dapat menunjang kegiatan serta meningkatkan kinerja dalam proses pengolahan restitusi. Setelah itu dilakukan uji coba sistem informasi restitusi pengobatan kepada karyawan-karyawan dan di dapat bahwa 73% sistem tersebut dapat membantu dalam mempercepat mereka dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Abstract

Service process, it is necessary to handle and process the relevant data well. Dr. Clinic Afriyanti is a health unit that provides public health services to the community. In the health services provided at the Dr. Afriyanti is currently still conventional which includes writing and storing patient data still using paper media. And there are no important reports required for the clinic. From these conditions can hamper the time when searching for patient data, and also can lead to errors in writing. Besides, the stored data is vulnerable to unpredictable data loss and damage. To overcome the problems that exist in the previous system, we need a computer-based information system. With this program, it will be easier to find patient data, patient data is stored more safely and can make reports easily and with accurate results. This research uses UML as a tool and PHP as a programming language in the design of medical service information systems.

Abstract

As an Educational institutions need to have more knowledge, in evaluating, designing and making decisions. Where from such knowledge can be obtained from the data stored in the operational activities of educational institutions databases into the data warehose, so it can be used as a support in the decision making process. Data Warehouse has a major role in the provision of strategic information that can be used to meet the needs of management in a business context. This study examines the development of the data warehouse to the data of new admissions to the STIE Binaniaga Bogor, which can dig up important information that can help retrieval strategic decision to support promotional activities at the STIE Binaniaga Bogor. The final goal of this study was to produce a design of a data warehouse that can support the needs of management in making decisions by providing strategic information on new admissions, which produces a summary of information that is accurate and useful as input to determine strategies for promotion.
