Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of stock liquidity on stock returns on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses two control variables namely size and age and the study period from 2013 to 2017. The type of research used is quantitative, while the sample of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. The method of determining the sample used is used is purposive sampling. The procedure of data collection in this research is the documentation method. The intended documentation method is collecting secondary data from the company's financial statements. Data analysis techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that stock liquidity had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. While growth opportunity have a significant positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of buying experience on customer trust and customer satisfaction in Grab Food customers in Surabaya. The selection of the location of this study considered that the customers who usually bought food using Grab Food were customers whose market segments were in the big city community. The exogenous variables in this study were buying experience, while the endogenous variables were trust and customer satisfaction. The type of research used was explanatory research. The sample were 140 respondents with a sampling technique using purpose sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The validity test and reliability test were used to test the instrument. The result of testing the instrument indicated that the entire instrument was valid and reliable. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicated that buying experience had a significant effect on trust with the contribution of 26.9%. Buying experience had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a contribution of 22.1%, and trust had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a contribution of 17.1%.This study aims to determine and explain the influence of buying experience on customer trust and customer satisfaction in Grab Food customers in Surabaya. Abstract

This is study aimed to investigate the effect of service quality, price and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. The research object was Cangkir Coffee in Surabaya. The population of this study were customer of cangkir Coffee Surabaya. The sampling technique was incidental sampling technique; thus the samples were 100 customers who were unintentionally met at Cangkir Coffee Surabaya. Moreover, the analysis technique for this research data applied multiple regression models.The result of classic assumption test that were obtained from normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity indicated that all variables did not contravene the specified condition. While, the result of feasibility test, the regression model that was utilized in this study was feasible. As the result of multiple determination coefficient, the variables of sevice quality, price, and store atmosphere were about 58.8%, indicating the customer satisfaction variable. Furthemore, the partial test result found that the service quality, price and store atmosphere variables had significant and positive effects on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Every firms needs capital in carrying out its business activities, this is very related to the firm's funding decisions. This funding decision raises leverage if the firms in its operations uses a source of funds that creates a fixed burden, namely debt, with the expectation of additional benefits in the form of tax savings greater than the fixed costs that must be incurred, thereby increasing firm profits. Profit becomes very important for creditors and shareholders, because profits are used as a reference used to evaluate the condition of the company. But in practice, managers take certain actions by manipulating financial statements to mislead those who have an interest in the firm, especially the firm's performance. The purpose of this study is whether leverage affects the real earnings management by using three measurements, namely Abnormal Cash Flow, Abnormal Production Cost, Abnormal Discretionary Expenses using Multiple Linear Regression. Regression results show that leverage has a significant positive effect on abnormal cash flow, leverage has a significant negative effect on abnormal discretionary expenses, leverage has a significant negative effect on abnormal production costs.

Abstract

One method of evaluating the procurement is a merit point system (value system). In a merit point system price is one of the evaluation criteria, with the understanding that the more complex technical requirements and the more difficult to compare bid proposals, the lower the price weights. In general, the total value for technical bids is higher than price bids. At the auction using the merit point system, there are two main things that greatly affect the results of procurement, namely the determination of technical weighting and the price that will be used when evaluating bids and the method of weighing technical bids. When this is done correctly and appropriately, the company will get the right contractor in accordance with needs and can avoid the opportunity to commit fraud or corruption in the process of procurement. For this reason, the authors conduct research on the determination of technical weight and price as well as the method of weighting technical offerings with a case study of the selection of contracting IPM Geothermal Drilling through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach where the results of the study indicate that the AHP can assist the Procurement Planner to determine the technical weight and price as a reference for evaluating bids through the Merit Point System. Abstract

This study aims to describe: to find out development and empowerment, obstacles in empowerment, the role of government in empowering MSMEs on the north coast of East Java, and strategies for empowering MSMEs to face the ASEAN free market. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Technical data analysis is used with the Miles and Huberman model where the data analysis process is 3 periods, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and verification (conclusion drawing). Triangulation is used as a data validity technique in which in this study the triangulation used is triangulation of sources. The results of the study show that: (1) the process of community development and empowerment includes (a) increased skills and independence of the community, (b) there are impacts from social, economic, and education, (2) inhibiting factors including different community characteristics and thoughts, constrained by readiness HR, people's understanding is still low. (3) the role of the government, namely by participation and involvement in community empowerment. (4) Strategies in developing coastal areas, namely the community economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of digital literacy of millennial generation and how it affects their abilities in their learning process (self-regulated learning). Data were obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to students at several universities in Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires that can be processed is 100 questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the level of digital literacy of female students could be said to be higher than that of male students. However, both male and female students have not so high scores on the dimensions of critical understanding as one dimension of digital literacy. The results of this study also show that digital literacy has a positive effect on self-regulated learning.

Abstract

Abstrak            Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku beralihnya nasabah tabungan Britama ke tabungan bank lain. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji lima variabel bebas yaitu reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank, harga dan involuntary switching terhadap customer churn. Data penelitian berasal dari 100 responden eks nasabah Britama yang tinggal di wilayah Greater Jakarta (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank dan harga berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif, sedangkan involuntary switching berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap tingkat churn tabungan Britama. Reputasi bank, kualitas layanan bank, daya tarik iklan bank dan harga akan menghambat terjadinya peralihan nasabah dan meminimalisir tingkat churn tabungan. Sebaliknya, involuntary switching justru akan mendukung beralihnya nasabah dan meningkatkan churn tabungan.CHURN LEVEL OF SAVINGS IN THE BANKING INDUSTRYAbstract            This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer switching behavior of Britama savings to other bank savings. Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to examine the independent variables such as bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement, price and involuntary switching that influence customer churn. The data of this research were obtained from 100 respondents of former Britama that live in Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi). The result shows that bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement have significant influence negatively, while involuntary switching positively significant influence to Britama savings churn. Bank reputation, bank service quality, attractiveness of bank advertisement and price will prevent the customer switching behavior and minimize customer churn. Instead, involuntary switching will support the customer switching behavior and increase savings churn.

Abstract

The significance of quality is valuable to the satisfaction of society is the company's capital in selling service products. Without exception public companies are improving both service quality and products. Service quality should be done consistently, KPPT Mojokerto City as the providers of public service, whose populated with UMKM business areas. It’s required to provide quality services not only value, but the convenience of service. In order to know (1)The level of community satisfaction the service of KPPT Mojokerto City;(2)And Analyze the results of the assessment of SKM. Qualitative descriptive and 9 elementsanalysis tools and 18 indicators of assessment are developing, based on Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No.16 2014 about SKM guidelines for Public Service Providers. Research using random sampling accidental proportional gain 100 respondents. The result of all variables, the level of user service satisfaction, has score category B (good). The result of index score 76.35 means that, generally satisfaction society in a good category. With index of service quality as the expectations from willingness to give positive response for each type of product service. For advice, it’s should be able to provide transparency of services related to applicant for permits regarding provisions/rules/standards costs on each type of license. Keywords:Qualitative,Research,service quality, public service,satisfaction society

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh penggunaan sosial media pada perilaku pembelian berdasarkan kepercayaan mereka dalam membeli di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan dan menguji model lima variabel yang mempengaruhi keyakinannya dalam membeli serta perilaku pembelian. Faktor-faktor yang diuji terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu pada penggunaan media sosial, antara lain keterhubungan, keterbukaan, kecepatan, aksesibilitas, dan partisipasi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah keyakinan membeli dan perilaku pembelian. Dalam rangka untuk mengeksplorasi masalah ini, metode kuantitatif menggunakan software partial least square dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 250 responden yang representatif. Hasil mengkonfirmasi adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor penggunaan media sosial terhadap kepercayaan membeli dan minat pembelian.
