EDUKASI is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on Religious Educational Research. It published by Center for Research And Development of Religious Education, Republic Indonesia Ministry of Religious Affairs, since 2003 and had been released three times a year. Now (since 2017) it governed in associated and corporated to Religious Researchers Association. And since 2009 it had been accredited by Indonesian Science Institution. Nowadays are about to prepare for becoming International Journal reputation that would be indexed at global high ranked index. As the scientific reading material publication, the EDUKASI aimed to provide readers with a better comprehensive understanding of Religious Educational Studies in Indonesia, and even around Asia countries and the world. We invited all researchers, lecturers, teachers, and whoever interested and have a manuscript of religious education to send off what you have been researched and reported to be published in EDUKASI. The articles should be original, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in any other journals. All submitted manuscripts will be blindly-reviewed by qualified academics in the field. This process may take several weeks or months.

Abstract

Pesantren as a system of education has reciprocity with the other system. pesantren education system changes seen in the pattern of adaptation which may range from a very gradual adaptation to change very responsive. the adaptation of changes that occur the question is whether the boarding school on the subject or object position. when included in the formal areas, mobility was still limited to boarding school graduates in the sector, the religious department, and then only limited, if compared with other education. for that, the next boarding schools not only prepare the formal sector is limited, but must meet the needs of the open in the informal sector such as public and private.

Abstract

this article discusses the educational condition in the borders of northern part of East Kalimantan, one og the strategic areas being the veranda of Indonesia. to improve the educational quality there, it is necessary to specifically take into account the condition of those living in such geography. in addition, their lifestyle must also be accommodated in an educational orientation to benefit them because they are mostly farmers and fishermen. to strengthen the religious content, a “boarding" model like pesantren must be considered. for affordable educational expenses, more effective cooperation patterns between the government and the community must be attained, formulated, and implemented.

Abstract

Sebelumnya masyarakat mempunyai persepsi bahwa dunia waria adalah dunia kelam, negative, mengganggu lingkungan, masyarakat belum dapat menerima keberadaan waria sehingga tidak pernah membuka peluang, namun dengan dibukanya pondok pesantren waria dengan dibacakan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran menyentuh hati orang yang mendengar, mereka juga melaksanakan ibadah sholat, puasa, ngaji, dan amalan-amalan lainnya dilaksanakan. ustad menanamkan 2 (dua) sifat utama pondok pesantren: sabar lan nrimo dan sregep petel anggone makaryo kanti halal. dengan penghayatan agama melalui pondok diharapkan para waria mulai terbuka kehidupannya melalui jalan yang benar dan diridhoi Allah.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh strategi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. sebuah meta analisis pada penelitian-penelitian tesis (S2) dan disertasi (S3) tentang perbedaan hasil belajar antara strategi pembelajaran pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control. rata-rata besar pengaruh strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di bidang studi IPA lebih efektif daripada bidang studi matematika. khusus untuk bidang studi matematika dan IPA menunjukkan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran yang lebih konsisten dibandingkan bidang studi IPS dan bahasa.

Abstract

In the last decade, we find it difficult to obtain any publication of social mobility of pesantren alumni sociologically referred to as santri community. whereas, any research of the theme can build their image where some people consider pesantren as isolated, while in fact many pesantren alumni play significant roles in the strategic institutions. this study is intended to find a theoretical perspective that can be used for making study of pesantren alumni.

Abstract

Teacher certification programs have been implemented since 2006. teacher certification aims to improve teachers professionalism, welfare, performance and inturn, sustainable education quality in Indonesia. this research results indicate, the academic qualifications of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (GPAI) SD/MI with National Standards of S1 or Diploma IV, but the pedagogic knowledge medium category. while teaching ability in planning, implementation of learning, make contact with students, and evaluationg student learning achievement has are a good.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there is the correlation between the principal’s supervision competence with the teacher’s performances. the research had been held in September to November 2009 at State Islamic Junior High School 2 Pamulang. the research method which has been used is survey by quantitative approach. the technique for finding samples is purposive sampling. the research instruments which have been used are questionnaire instruments by using a likert scale. the result found in the research that there is the correlation between the principal’s supervision competence with the teacher’s performances.
